First, I never write reviews good or bad, However, last weekend I met the most incredible person in a very long time. Logan, the front desk agent was exceptional from the moment we walked into the hotel, the rest of the staff was amazing but he was my shinning star. Marriott keep him forever because you have a diamond! Logan thank you for making our weekend memorable.||The hotel was nice and clean also.

Hotel has been renovated, beds are comfortable. Facility is nice and the staff is super helpful and welcoming, The highlight of this hotel is Kevin Robinson, front desk manager. He’s professional, hospitable and goes above and beyond to accommodate. Definitely someone that Marriott should reward for his dedication!

Google
Great hotel and great service! Was staying there for a work trip (Serc 2025) and it didn't disappoint. The room was nice and clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the shower was decent. It wasn't super fancy or anything but it was definitely great for the price.

Kim always does a great job taking care of our Tuesday afternoon BOB networking meeting! She has been serving us as long as I have been attending the meetings. She is always extremely friendly and professional!

I was totally disappointed in this Marriott hotel. This has to be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. 1. The door to the room was extremely heavy and difficult to open. Needs adjustment. 2. The bathrooms are in terrible shape, the commodes are extremely old and low. 3. The room is old looking and plain 4. Popcorn ceiling. ! No updated 5. The a/c runs constantly and difficult to adjust the temperature. 6. Staff is pleasant and managers tried to accommodate the situation, but the hotel. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt. 7. Overpriced for what you get- dingy bathrooms 8. Shampoo and Conditioner were down to the very bottom of the bottle. You had to pump several times to get the shampoo out. 9. Room Was not immaculate. 10. I would never stay here again 11. Very noisy

This is a good hotel. The restaurant has really good food and great service. The pool is small, quiet and dated - but it has that relaxing Florida vibe. For the price and location it’s worth it. Beds are comfortable and parking is easy.

⭐ Luxury? More like Marri-NOT. Stayed at the West Palm Beach Marriott expecting classy comfort — what I got felt more like an escape room challenge hosted by a 2003 Holiday Inn. Let’s begin with the lobby. A stunning display of beige confusion, accented by the aroma of mystery meat drifting from the “bistro.” Is it breakfast? Is it regret? We may never know. Check-in was a delightful 45-minute saga in which I learned the staff believes in character development — for themselves. I swear the front desk clerk leveled up to “moderately helpful” after her third attempt to locate my prepaid reservation. Room key in hand, I took the elevator — which was only slightly faster than continental drift — to a room that screamed “IKEA in exile.” The air conditioner worked in shifts, the carpet was auditioning for a horror movie, and the view? A breathtaking panorama of the parking lot and a dumpster that, frankly, had better Wi-Fi. Housekeeping must’ve been on a spiritual retreat because my room was blessedly untouched the entire stay. Towels? Optional. Soap? BYO. I started to suspect I was participating in a minimalism retreat and no one told me. Tried to call the front desk. The phone didn’t work. I yelled out the window. Same results. The "pool area" is a chlorine-scented oasis of chipped tiles and broken dreams, surrounded by lounge chairs that could double as medieval torture devices. And the gym? A couple of dumbbells and a treadmill that wheezes like a 90-year-old smoker. Peak performance! Oh, and the walls are thinner than my patience. I was intimately involved in my neighbor’s Netflix binge and his 2AM phone argument with “Brittany, who just doesn’t understand him.” Overall, this Marriott experience was a masterclass in disappointment — a magical place where expectations go to die, and your loyalty points feel like punishment.

Yelp
Beautiful and clean hotel with a restaurant in it call Bistro. This hotel is in the heart of the city and only minutes from restaurants and bars. If ever in the area please give it a try.

Yelp
I truly wanted to like this hotel, but omg it was beautiful to look at, but so gross and dirty. Hair everywhere, including my bed, in the towels, all over the shower, and even in the doors. I was afraid to touch anything. The ceiling in the elevators shakes, and it looks like it. My bed was full of blonde hair, and although this is a non smoking hotel, my room reeked, and my neighbors smoked and partied all night. The noise was insane, and 6am it sounded as if a concert was going on, and people were screaming in the halls. I could barely sleep as this began at midnight and didn't end until 11am. I hope to never stay here again.

Yelp
Wonderful, Great Location, New updated Rooms, Clean, Breakfast was and dinner were very good, service staff and amenities were everything we needed. Thanks you.

Yelp
The location of the hotel as well as the rooms are ok but nothing special. Air conditioning works well - we'll see how it does at night. The window is very small so it feels a little closed-off to me. I like having a walk-in shower rather than a tub and there's plenty of counter space in the bathroom.
google avatar

Anna M.

Yelp
Never again, sorry. The room was not ready, bed not made, dirty counters with someone's long hair and the receipts from previous guests' purchases on the sofa. That's concierge level floor too. We got one complementary drink to make up for inconvenience. Feel free to draw your own conclusions from our experience.

Yelp
The Marriott West Palm Beach was clean, with professional staff. My room was comfortable and felt fairly modernized, with the exception of the shower, which had the old cramped tub design and a loose shower head. However, the water pressure was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. My room on the second floor was quiet and I slept very well. The climate control unit had a very soothing fan that I set to high for the duration of the night. The attached restaurant is delicious, cooked to order food with good coffee. I had the breakfast bowl with eggs and hash browns. It was scrumptious.

Yelp
Stayed here for a wedding with a block so the room was discounted which was nice. For the good: The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of space. Now for the not so great: we requested a king bed, but got a room with two doubles which we just dealt with. The room was not great for Marriott standards, the bathroom was not fully cleaned and one day in the afternoon maintenance was drilling in the room next to us for about an hour while we were trying to relax which was really annoying. We mostly were in the room to sleep so it served its purpose fine but if we didn't have the discounted rate for the wedding I wouldn't stay here again.

Yelp
The beds at this hotel are absolute garbage! If you've ever watched The Flintstones and wondered how comfortable their beds were, just come stay here and you'll see for yourself! "Continental Breakfast" is literally microwaved eggs, cereal, toast and a bunch of crap with artificial ingredients. Simply put, this is a Holiday Inn with a Marriott sign on the building. They "proudly" serve coffee from the establishment which pays for abortions, so if that sounds good to you I highly recommend it!

Yelp
Worst experience ever at a hotel, let alone at a Marriott property and holding the Flagship name, nonetheless. I wish I would have know how horrible they could make this trip!!!! They don't deserve the title of Red Roof Inn. We made reservations for 2 room. 1 for our 18 year old child to share with a 53 y/o family member. The day before arrival we realize that our travel plans aren't going to let us get there before them. We contact the hotel via chat. Like we usually do with any issues. They responded only with "your child will not be able to check in before you." So we called the Titanium Elite number. We stay a minimum of 80 days a year at Marriotts and have for many years. If the service we got were like this one, we wouldn't want this status. Titanium Elite did whatever to make it happen, but the hotel was still hesitant, as evidence by the screen shots I will post to support. Upon my son and the other family member getting there the desk clerk told my son more than once that he is not to drink alcohol while there. He said ok. He is only 18. He knows he can't drink. After about the 5th time of finding another way to say it to him, the 53 y/o family member spoke up and said "Ma'am, he won't be drinking today or any other day". They checked them in telling them that breakfast was included with Titanium Elite and Parking was included for Military. They were also sure to point out that the Concierge Lounge was only for our son, and the other key would not have access. But if he wanted to go with our son, then he could be HIS guest, as long as he stayed with him. Our tournament finished early, so we checked out at 0500 the next day. With Titanium Elite, you can cancel your reservation as late as 1600 the day of, or at least according to the Website Titanium Benefits. She was sure to notify us that we would be charged for that day, "for not giving her more notice." When we got home we were going to call Titanium Elite hotline. They had actually deleted both of the trip stays off of our portfolio. After 24-48 hours they posted it back to our portfolio but with alterations. 1 of our rooms checked in on the 9th. The other on the 10th. They only posted the 1 room, starting on the 9th-12th. They charged both rooms for parking. They charged our sons room for breakfast. They removed our Marriott Credit Card from our account.

Yelp
I had a great stay at the West Palm Beach Marriott. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order and all of the employees were nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
The hotel is conveniently located to Palm Beach. I walked over to the island. There are lots of activity including the convention center near the hotel. There is a shopping area three blocks away if you are looking for a restaurant. I ate twice at the hotel and found it reasonably priced. I had mixed fruit instead of potatoes and they did not charge me extra. If I had a chance, I would stay here again.

Yelp
Clean hotel. Clean room. Convenient to the KPBI airport. I called when I landed and they came right away for pick up. Restaurant in the lobby has great service and good food!

Yelp
Came to town to visit some family. Booked last minute and Decided to stay here because it was very close to downtown (Clematis Street), and we'd heard this area was the place to be. Sometimes when I book, I can get my mobile key and not have to stop at the front desk. I tried going up and this did not work. Originally they had me on the 6th floor. When I went back down to check in, I asked if they had any available upgrades (gold elite status). The gentleman said yes, and they put us on the 9th floor which was supposed to be the elite level. Got up to the 9th floor (elite level), and it was extremely stinky. It smelled like mold and the carpet was soaked getting off the elevator. The room was basic and I actually believe that the room on the 6th floor would've had a city view because it was on the other side of the hall. The "upgrade" had us facing the highway. The room service is basic and so is the hotel's restaurant. They charge for self parking, there were no baggage carts to be found, there aren't enough charger plugs, and the cable tv was only about 10 channels. I feel that nothing about this property was up to par. We were told that they offered breakfast on the 10th floor, as well as a lounge that provided complimentary snacks throughout the day. Woke up the next morning (Sunday) and was told that the lounge was not available on Sunday and the hours were limited. I feel like this is not indicative of the Marriott standards, nor reflects any of the reasons why I choose to stay at the Marriott. Needless to say, I was highly disappointed. I only stayed because I'd prepaid for the nights and I don't believe that a refund was possible.

Yelp
Reception: friendly, in the end proven incompetent. No luggage carts, no valet help, unless you beg. Ultimately hubby informed that the polite, efficient help we finally acquired was the manager. Go figure. As someone else said, it appears the hotel has been neglected. It's a beautiful place -- downstairs. Neglected? On our floor a hall table by elevator displayed an empty water bottle, untouched for 2 days. Still there when we left. My photos show the inconveniences in the room. Ridiculous! And no bottled water in room, no stir stix in coffee caddy (worse than usual). Breakfast at The Bistro was mediocre. We were to meet friends for dinner. Not being familiar w/ the area, & the convoluted site of the hotel, a friend came to us. **But** she couldn't get in because she wasn't staying there. So, we went to her--but we couldn't. We tried and tried to escape and even though we were following the gate/card directions, we were trapped. Our friend on the other side! Back to the incompetent reception desk. Our cards had not been correctly programmed, so we couldn't use the gate! Enough. Just find another hotel.

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel previously but never did a review.. don't know why.. it's just a hotel... fine I guess. The Palm Beach area is very similar to Miami without the fun... think of it as your aunt's house rather than your own... just not an exciting area of Florida. The hotel itself is clean and service is good with a good breakfast in the lobby restaurant. It's about a 10 minute walk to the mall nearby for food, drinks etc...

Yelp
I visited this particular hotel for work. Not the most fancy or up to date but it feels clean. Its definitely dated in the rooms. Bathroom was clean. Now I arrived lastnight and went to the bar to order food. I ended up getting the fried Chicken sandwich with fries. It was a 10/10. Really good, the sandwich was big and came with a lot of fries. I went again today to order the same thing, only this time I decided to add a sangria. The sangria was really good..until I looked into my glass and saw 4 dead gnats floating around in it. Mind you I was 4-5 sips into it. When my server came over to give me my bill, I asked him to take it off and showed him. He was apologetic and offered to make another one. At that point I was grossed out and decided I didn't even want my untouched food. So I asked the server to take it off and he said "I'm sorry but once we make it we can't take it off". Now idk where he's from or even where he got that information from HOWEVER..The food was untouched AND I'm not taking any food from a place I just found not 1 but 4 dead flies in my cup. So I politely asked for a manager. The manager came out, I showed him the videos/pics and he was more than willing to refund me for my food and very apologetic and asked was there anything I can do and also mentioned they've been having a major issue with fruit flies. Would I eat there again? I'm not sure but was I grossed out and completely lost my appetite, absolutely.

Yelp
Very disappointed beautiful hotel I made my reservation over a month ago was told one price and I have the email to prove it checked in and charged another price I asked why and no one could answer but made it clear that she was short of help.next day room wasn't cleaned I called and told the front desk and I was told you have to request that no one told me and I travel a lot I asked can someone come and I was told no, so I asked what about tomorrow and I was told no the hotel is booked problem after problem here I definitely don't recommend this location

Yelp
This review is strictly for the "Marriott Fresh Bites" (Aka room service), and does not reflect my overall experience while staying at this property or interacting with the staff at this location. Flat bread & Cheesecake Flatbread was probably the worst pizza like dish I've ever ordered, I would have rather had a Red Baron pizza from the frozen foods section of the grocery store. The cheese cake was average, but lost major points for not having a crust. And to add insult to injury I was charged $5 for them to bring the food from the bar to my room in the 4th floor.

Yelp
Else stayed here as a layover to our cruise. The checkin was great and the assistance of the hotel referral from Savannah was excellent. Our checkout was speedy and quick. We had a rental car by the hotel offers shuttle service to and from the airport. We knew it was a good hotel as we saw a lot of airline personnel staying here.

Yelp
The paid parking is awful! The exit pay station is not well lit nor are the prompts good. Because my arm didn't reach, I had to get out of the car.It must have taken 20 minutes to exit! There has to be a better way!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend to attend his cousin's wedding. After a long day at work to then fly to Fort Lauderdale to Uber on up to West Palm Beach was very, very tiring. I arrived at the hotel around 10pm the Friday night and the receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I told her that my boyfriend wouldn't get in till about 1am so she was very assisting with pre checking him in, incase I fell asleep. And everything went smoothly for him once he got in. After checking in, I put my stuff down in the room and came back downstairs to the restaurant to grab a drink as well as dinner. I ordered some fries which are really nice and crispy, just the way I like them and wings. I got the sweet chili wings which were good as well - the serving size is 9 and you can't mix it with another flavour since its an odd serving number so I left back the rest for my boyfriend in case he was hungry when he got in. My experience so far was very good just being there for 2 hours but the moment it felt amazing was not when I sat on the bed to watch tv but when I laid my head on the pillow. I knocked out immediately. The bed, the pillows, the duvet made me feel so snuggly. When my boyfriend got in I barely opened my eyes to greet him lol. The next morning we got ready and headed to the wedding and came back. I know I got a full night's rest but we came back and took a nap. It should have been for an hour but the bed consumed me again for 3 hours. Then we got up and went for dinner in the restaurant. The food here is really good. For starters we got a Half Beet Salad with some bread. Then I ordered the 12oz NY Steak that came with asparagus and a mashed potato. Everything about this dish was really good. The steak tasted like Cheesecake Factory's Steak Diane but a larger steak. I finished it all. And my boyfriend ordered the Marriott Burger that came with fries. That was good as well. And for dessert I ordered a Tiramisu to go which was good as well. and then by 11pm the bed knocked me out again. I need a bed like this at home! It was a short time spent at this hotel and I enjoyed what I could of it while I was there. I would stay here again if I'm back in West Palm Beach.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for the CrossFit Games Atlantic Regional because it was walking distance to the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Truth be told, there is a Hilton attached to the convention center, but I'm a vested Marriott rewards member so this made more sense for us. The hotel is gorgeous and the walk was easy. We also walked into City Place and to Clamatis street nightly for dinners. Our room was great and we love that you can now log-in to your Netflix account from the tv. The patio was gorgeous and full of palm trees. I would definitely stay here again. About a $16 cab ride from the airport. They have a shuttle that will take you back if you let the front desk know in advance.

Yelp
Clean, sophisticated and well maintained hotel with friendly staff. After having a horrible experience at the Savannah waterfront Marriott this hotel stepped up and met my expectations.

Yelp
Very close to the airport and right on the water. This hotel is very nice. I didn't notice any valet, but there ass plenty of parking once you got past the ticketed area. The ticketed area was out of tickets so we had to push the call button and they let us in. If I remember right, parking on site is $14 a day. Three people were checking in guests at the desk so we didn't wait long. I grabbed an infused glass of water while I waited. We got our room and headed up. The elevators on the 9th floor as well as most of the 9th floor itself lacked air conditioning. It was hot up there! Our room was clean. Everything was nice and in good working order, albeit the furniture was beat up and the sink was scratched, etc. but no major issues. The bed was so comfortable! The pillows were perfect. And the Thanh brand toiletries are very nice. The shower pressure and temperature was what I wanted. We put our AC at 65 and it cooled down. My only complaint, aside from the hotel being hot, was that the windows don't have any real curtains. They have a very see through curtain with no pull down out shade or black our curtains. It looked like there were shutter doors at one point, but now they are just decoration not functional. Sleeping in was impossible. It was so bright in our room. I found the coffee maker under the tv and was thankful for the complimentary bottled water. Check out was easy. The parking lot seemed safe- our car was fine. We didn't get a chance to try the Bistro restaurant on property and we opted against having breakfast there. We wanted to head out ASAP. Great location. Wouldn't mind staying here again, but those windows need to be blocked!

Yelp
If I could give this place -5 stars I would ! From the start this hotel was awful . We checked in and someone's left overs were in the fridge ! Gross ! Then the tv remote didn't work . After getting it replaced Netflix didn't work so we called the front desk and they said call this number we don't have someone to fix it . I called the number and they told me the hotel is supposed to handle this and called the hotel and came back on the line to say someone would come to the room . NEVER DID . Then a baby crapped in the pool and the mom scooped the poop out by hand and left it right next to the pool . I reported it to front desk and twenty minutes later some guy came and just swept up the poop and didn't even tell anyone to get out of the pool they didn't treat the water just let everyone swim in the feces water !! So freaking gross !

Yelp
The atmosphere does not match the location. It is a nice location but the service is eh , waited at the bar and no one came through so grabbed a Gatorade from the fridge. The rooms do not have charging ports for the phones. The pool area turned out to be a zoo attraction and not relaxing not even a little. The best part of being there is that it was close to everything happening in downtown palm beach. We got military discount so cut the price in half and that made it feasible too. Would have been super upset if we would of paid the $300 for the stay.

Yelp
This review is for the banquet area as I attended a work luncheon and did not stay at the hotel. The buffet service began promptly at the time scheduled. The line was well stocked with salad, bread, entrees, and vegetables and replenished promptly when necessary. Everything seemed fresh and hot. I particularly enjoyed the roasted, lightly seasoned vegetable mix with squash, zucchini, onions, and peppers. The cheesecake served for dessert was tasty and a nice ending to the meal. The entire facility seemed clean including the rest room but looked as though some upgrades could be made to look a little more modern. Normally at banquet-type events, I have a cup of coffee or tea with my dessert. There was no coffee service after the meal but I saw other guests with to-go type cups in their hands. I was told that the coffee and tea were outside in the serving area. It just struck me as odd as the only drink offered to guests throughout the meal was water. Overall, the luncheon was an okay experience.

Yelp
Nice enough staff at check in. Mary was very informative about all the offerings. The exec lounge is closed so they offer $10 food credit or points. Free shuttle to airport. There is a nice lobby area with plenty of space to relax. Atm in the lobby. Fitness center and pool are open. The furniture in the rooms is so dated. Lose one star for that & the food offerings are very lacking. Understand this is still covid season but come on you're a Marriott property. Not many options at their Bistro Ten Zero One. Underwhelmed for a Marriott.

Yelp
What a great experience! Was welcomed instantly when I arrived at the hotel. The gentleman that checked me in was beyond friendly and helpful! He gave me a few choices for a room and put me in a room with a great view! My stay was only one night but I observed a lot. They have a corn hole game in the court yard which was super cool for me! I wish I had more time to enjoy it. The on-site restaurant/bar had a great selection. I only had a drink but the food looked amazing as fishes went by my table. They also do happy hour in the lobby - they had a white and red sangria that they were offering. Always nice when places do that! Staff was super friendly, in every department. I had stayed at 3 different hotels this week on a business trip and this was definitely my favorite. I did take away one star for the entrance/parking situation. The only way to get to the front is to take a ticket and go through the gate. So if you have someone pick you up, it can be confusing for them. My friend had to park outside and walk all the way around. The staff then told us that you have a 30 minute window where you don't need to pay. Having to obtain a card just to get in to the hotel was just a little annoying. Also, the way my GPS took me, it brought me through the back of the hotel, which was hard to find the front of the hotel. The back looked like the front. Just a little confusing for this out of state gal. Other than that - was great! Bed was crazy comfortable too! Recommended by me!

Yelp
Couldn't even sleep due to excessive noise in the hallway. Music and people shouting through the night in the hallways during a weekday night. Bathroom in neighboring rooms audible. The bed wasn't even made right. Too much money for a crap hotel.

Kah M.

Yelp
Expensive and not full service (unless you ask/demand). Our room was as reserved and clean. This hotel is a frequent host to airline staff, whom we observed often in the lobby, coming and going during our stay. A good sign. The only issue we encountered, and it was an issue, was that our room was not serviced until we asked. We were out all day from 9am to about 5pm. We returned to shower/change for dinner to a huge disappointment that the room hadn't been done. Housekeeping staff was on the floor and argued with us about doing the room, in fact they were rude and had to contact a supervisor to get some kind of approval to do the room. They wanted simply to give us a few new towels. Not having that. We pretty much had to demand (and then tip) to get our room serviced. Not what I'd expect at a regular business Marriott hotel. We went to the lobby and had a drink for 20 minutes, then returned to the cleaned room. The lobby staff seemed somewhat surprised and somewhat sympathetic and appeared to make a note, but there was no substantive apology. Considering the full-freight rate we paid, the room should have been serviced and no questions asked! Liked the restaurant for breakfast, liked the rest of the staff, but the awkward and uncomfortable experience with housekeeping would make me choose a different hotel property in the future.

Yelp
Pleasant staff, updated lobby, nice lounge, good sized rooms. They also have internet TV to keep you entertained in your room. The gym is what you'll find at a typical hotel - handful of treadmills, four ellipticals, some weight machines. They do give free headphones and stock it with fruit which is nice. Wish I brought my earplugs though because the rooms have random high pitched beeping noises and random prolonged flushing in the walls from time to time
google avatar

Yelp
Let's be honest, this place is a dump once you get to your room. The customer service and employees are all nice, the lobby looks good, but once you get to your floor (that isn't air conditioned??) you'll see just how dated it is. I had to change my first room because it was wet. Literally. It smelled of mildew and the AC couldn't do anything about it. The smell and humidity alone had me changing rooms. Both rooms was your standard non-renovated original from the early 2000's depressing, worn out, and kinda dirty style. Both smelled of mildew. For a quick overnight at the airport? Not bad. But don't stay here trying to impress anyone. It's just sad. Bonus points for the burger, cooked perfectly.

Yelp
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was in the area for a conference and we had a room block at this Marriott. The thing I really loved about the rooms was how spacious they were. The hotel itself was really nice, room service was good and the pool area was AWESOME. I got some good relaxation time there. A special shoutout to Alex up front for giving me great recommendations on places to go around the areas. I really appreciated his hospitality!

Yelp
I booked a two night stay at West Palm Beach Marriott, we had a Zac Brown concert and figured this is the perfect location to attend the concert and have access to the downtown area and the location was perfect. Although we were happy with the location of the hotel, the stay is another story. We attended the concert and went back to the hotel, we were in bed, and we heard a splashing sound and thought nothing of it but it continues for some time and only got louder, I got up and turned the lights on to look around and our bathroom ceiling was pouring a steady amount of water from the ceiling. We had 3 electric toothbrushes, a makeup bag with expensive makeup and lotions and everything was completely wet. I moved our things to the other side of the sink and my makeup bag was completely soaked, I called the reception area right away to report the water leak, this all took place at 12:20am in the morning. The gentleman who answered the phone said he would send someone up to look at the leak. Eventually someone came to the room with a lot of towels, he threw towels on the floor and all over the counter and said they needed to move us to another room and gave me the keys to a room on the same floor. He left after giving me the key and I never heard back from anyone. After packing up all our belongings and settling into the other room, I was still very upset and called down to the reception area again and the gentleman said he was sorry and would provide a $100.00 credit and provided us with 3 hotel toothbrushes. I paid $529.97 for a two night stay and $32.00 for parking, a total of $561.97. We had to throw away our electric toothbrushes and a few pallets of makeup which cost about $400.00 and no one seemed concerned our belongings were wrecked, not to mention my Vera Bradley make up bag has to be replaced. Honestly, we stay in Marriott's often and never had an issue before, so this was very surprising to me.

Yelp
We stayed here two nights. There was a wedding there that weekend,so we were not upgraded. It was not the best full service Marriott we've stayed at. It wasn't the worst either. You have to pay for parking and the lot was really full. No valet parking. The rooms were ok, pretty small. We hung out at the pool which was small but there were plenty of chairs. Non existent food and drink pool service. I had to go into the restaurant and order it to go. The breakfasts at the restaurant were very good. Debbie was a very good waitress. We also had dinner there one night and were pleasantly surprised with how good it was.

Yelp
A Nice Place, Not to Terribly Far from the Beach. This Marriott property is solid for what you come to expect from this hotel chain. Clean rooms, nice amenities, and not too far from the beach. The only downside is the beach is not within walking distance, so you will want to drive or take an Uber. I was not able to ascertain West Palm Beach's mass transit, so I have no idea about buses. The other thing is the main entrance to the property is a little tricky to find and you either need to wind around the property on city streets to get there or come in the back way to get to the front. Not a big deal at all, but good to know if you are driving or Ubering in. The rooms are spacious, with good natural light, and what you expect from a Marriott. The price-point was a little high, in my opinion, because I would rather stay at a AirBnB/VRBO and be closer to the beach or other attraction. I was here for a business trip and this property was just fine. Overall, I would recommend this property for a business trip, but would recommend somewhere/something else for a pleasure trip.

Yelp
Came to this hotel to escape Hurricane Ian and all of the staff members were so kind and accommodating. We definitely want to return to this hotel and West Palm Beach in general for a long weekend (under much different circumstances) because everyone at the hotel was so helpful! Thank you for keeping us safe during this insane storm!

Yelp
Staff was nice enough. However, if you enjoy sleeping in a cool room. Go Somewhere Else! The AC unit is set up with a motion sensor so while you are trying to get some sleep after a long day the only thing you will be getting is hot restless night!

Yelp
I cannot say enough good things about the people working at this hotel. Last night I received a double bedroom after checking in. I called the front desk and asked if they had any king beds as my bf would be coming to stay with me. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely courteous and offered to bring me the new room key to the room I was calling from. I insisted I'd meet him downstairs not too cause anyone any extra trouble and he met me at the elevator. I told him I accidentally left the original room key in the original room and he said it wasn't an issue. I stopped by the atm in the lobby before going up to my room and put the $40 I took out into the envelope that had the room key to the first room I had been assigned. The house keeping person ended up realizing before throwing out the room key that I had stuck $40 into it and turned it in to the front desk. As it turns out, the front desk had spent a lot of the day calling my room to tell me but I was out and about all day. The next morning they got in touch with me and returned the money to me that I hadn't even realized was missing. Now, today I was being picked up from the airport and a non-ambulatory customer was being picked up as well. Not only were the shuttle drivers so helpful and respectable helping the customer into the van, but the man driving the van ripped his suit jacket while helping the customer. And the driver continued to assist the customer without mentioning the rip in his suit jacket to the customer. The hotel is a lot like the other chain hotels, but what makes this hotel standout is the incredible staff that they hire.

Yelp
Hello, I am writing to recognize the outstanding work of one of your employees, Jeff Tenner (sp?). He went out of his way to assist my wife. His professionalism & personal service in helping my wife with a problem was very appreciated. He is an asset to your hotel and Marriott company. Please express my sincere gratitude. Thank you

Yelp
This is a very clean hotel conveniently located near the airport and City Place. The service was really good. My toilet kept running and flushing on its own and they sent someone to fix it very quickly. Room service was also very good and fast. The fitness center was very clean and had lots of equipment. The front desk was extremely helpful when I had trouble printing my boarding pass.

Yelp
We stayed here for Sunfest..which they were severely understaffed for. We wanted to get food poolside and there weren't any waiters in site, but you could see the manager leaning and lounging by the front desk pretty much the whole time. They definitely needed more people working for such a large occupancy weekend. Room was pretty dirty too. There was blood on one of our pillowcases, cherry stems on the floors presumably from the people before us, and I found a whole bunch of makeup and stuff under one of the beds. The bathroom this time was very small too. They do have free shuttles to SunFest which is awesome....Might try to stay at a different hotel next year for sure. The bartenders at the front bar were very nice.

Yelp
Marriott is always my preference and the conference was held here this year. Nice clean and well maintained facilities with a great staff right near the airport. Conference arranged all kosher meals and banquets which were tasty and fresh. Comfortable updated rooms, accessible elevators and corridors. I'll return again and again.

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The overall establishment was visually pleasing and clean, including our room, which was also a great price. The staff was beyond courteous and helpful with al our questions. Best of all, they are conveniently situated near many eventful locations, such as City Place and the downtown area. Also, they are located right by the water, so the views are great from all around the hotel, even if your particular room overlooks the parking lot (like ours did). This hotel is very nice and I highly recommend it.

Yelp
I upgraded this from four to five stars. I really like this hotel - just feels good. And really appreciate the remodeling since one year ago. Assuming the pricing remains fair, I look forward to coming back often. A special shout out to a few folks: Rima and Joanna for their terrific work and fun as servers at the restaurant. I gave feedback to Rima a year ago too ... and she is as sweet and personal as ever. She makes dinners by myself a treat. Wish I could take her home, if that were legal. So then, Joanna at breakfast was a bonus. Joanna ... you will know who I am from my user name. Thank you both for your hospitality. And Shelly Pappas, GM. She took what could have been a disastrous situation (my laundry was misplaced, so I would be the guy walking around with my nipples showing ... not a pretty site when you add the rest of me) and solved it with her persistence. Thank you again, Shelly. Again, such a nice experience each of the two times I have been there.

Yelp
Not too bad, all things considered. It's obviously an older hotel that's been renovated, although the age can still show through. The room was large and well maintained. Housekeeping did their thing fairly well each day. I was here on business with some very long hours, so didn't get to use the fitness center, but did peak in. It was well laid out with a nice variety of treadmills, ellipticals, weights etc etc. Wish I did have time on this trip. They also had a nice looking outdoor courtyard area and pool - also had not time to enjoy. I did manage to stop in to their bar/restaurant on 2 occasions. They had about 5 or so decent beers on tap, so enjoyed a few of them. Didn't try any of the food there, although it looked pretty good. The bar staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge lounge was nice, but the food wasn't really outstanding. The concierge lounge staff was ok, just ok. There really isn't much in the immediate walking area to the hotel, but it looked like there were shops and I assume restaurants about a half a mile away. If in the area again, I would consider staying here again.

Yelp
Premiere Elite Member Concierge Floor has nasty old stained torn pillows on their beds! And they claim these are not their pillows? I guess Housekeeping stealing runs the show there. Don't leave valuables or anything in your room!! They have standard problems- better yet just don't go there. And if you must Open your pillowcase and run!

Yelp
Service was meh, not many veggie options and they just so happened to slightly burn all 3 burritos when we asked to substitute meat for veggies. Next day we didn't ask to substitute and the burrito were not burnt. The following day I order a breakfast sandwich and well at least it was edible. Girls gotta eat! The room was very outdated especially the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling had those awful panels that can be pushed up and removed. Some of them had a big gap and it just looks really old. I don't even want to know what's up there. Old counter top, a missing drawer in the bathroom pretending to be a "shelf", and rust in da tub! The bathroom door was a sliding door with a piece of glass in the middle. You can't see right through it but it felt like you can and just a poor choice for a door with no lock on it. Cable and internet worked great. There was a radio with a charging station for your phone that is completely obsolete in today's day and age due to the advancing in technology aka it can charge your iPhone lol! Salsa was alright, pace picante from the jar maybe? Merritt is officially an over priced motel 6 sorry guys I believe you can do better
