Excellent experience. The station was clean and modern. Security was a breeze. Food and drinks at the lounge were good. The train was on time. Onboard service was great. The only thing I would suggest is a direct stop at Miami International Airport 🙏🏻

except for an unusual train delay which we were told was not a regular thing -- my RT trip ORL to West Palm Beach was comfortable. It's amazing how well behaved passengers can be when service is decent, clean, and comfortable. When service is respectful of their passengers then passengers are quiet, courteous and considerate to each other.

The attendant in my coach was so friendly and took the time to ensure everyone was helped and took his job with pride. Came back with answers if he didn’t know them right away or couldn’t answer at the second as he was doing a count or something else! I believe his name was Mario and was the attendant on coach 1 premium on the 3pm departure from west palm beach south to Miami on Tuesday 5/13/25. Additionally the track attendant was super friendly also

Very nice and convenient location. Clean and comfortable if you have a wait time. There is also plenty of shops and small businesses around here as well. The time flew by for travel getting here such a smooth ride!

The entire boarding process was so easy! Especially the security people, who were so kind and helpful! I was expecting airport-style stress and wait times and instead was greeted by friendly faces and kind assistance straight through. My car parked in the garage at 7:17 and I was in the bathroom (after the traditional “check that the terminal [station] exists” at 7:23! Less than 5 minutes the first time I’d ever been there!

I loved everything about the Brightline experience; the service in the train, the food & drinks, the cleanliness of the premium coach and the premium lounge. It was my first experience and I loved the experience! It even competes well with European trains.

I accidentally left my backpack on the train on my return ride. I went to the counter and the lady was super helpful and understanding. She took down my info and made an effort to contact the train. My arrival was around 3pm and I had my backpack by 5:15 I’m super grateful ! Great staff and nice atmosphere at the train station

My first time actually riding Brightline from WPB station! All is amazingly beautiful, lots of comfortable chairs in the waiting area, easy to buy the tickets - however, my train that was supposed to departure at 2:03 ended up leaving around 4:30. I might have been unlucky.
