West Palm Beach

EASY, clean and fast. We were visiting family in West Palm Beach and had to go to Orlando to visit more people. This was an easy option to stay off the roads. The drop off at PBI station was easy as its a smaller station. The staff was friendly and very helpful showing us where we need to be/stand/board etc. They make clear announcements of when you should board your specific train. We had two carry on bags which we could slide on top of the shelves above our seats. It was very much like an airplane, numbered seating, bathroom and service. The boarding process is very quick and they do no wait so be there early/on time. When we arrived at Orlando, the station was much bigger and had to read the signs to exit at the right door but again there was someone who saw us and guided us. Or just ask someone and they will show you. (The only negative was the food inside the train terminal was very limited and expensive. I bought a $14 dry sandwich while we waited for the train to arrive. There were way more options inside the train itself. Or better yet bring your own food/drink on board. I included photos of the train menu). Other than the limited options of food inside the terminal, it was an easy and smoothe experience for traveling. Also, the views are great!

I love taking the Brightline, but it was my first time going to Orlando on it Christmas 2024. This was by far the best. The station was very clean as usual. I did pay for premium and received more than expected. At the station, we had breakfast, snacks, and beverages. Once we got on the train, there were snacks and two lunch options and was offered more snacks and beverages were offered. James was very friendly, helpful and assisted with any request. This is for sure 5 star transportation. I can't wait to book my next Orlando trip with Brightline.

I love the BrightLine - I had to change my ride from 10:50 to 9:50 the App would not allow the change - I contacted the call center and had a wonderful experience. He was able to change the ticket immediately and send me a new boarding pass. Then the crew member who is in Car 1 - was exceptional she was so attentive to every detail. Overall an excellent trip.

Hi! I love riding the brightline. My boyfriend and I used it every week and it is been a salvation for us. I live in aventura and he lives in stuart. I take the brightline from AVE to WPB and he does the same. The quality of the service and the price is very accesible for us. It is really confortable if we want to work in the train or if we want to take a small nap. 100% recomend to anyone.

It was my first Brightline ride and I was very satisfied. The stations at both ends were very nice and the bathrooms were clean. The train itself was comfortable. Compared to being in an airplane, it was really wonderful! There is so much more space and the bathroom on the train was big and clean. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I only caught the name of one of the exceptional team and it was Ana. She was the hostess/food woman on our trip from Miami to WPB. Even when a customer was extremely rude, she remained pleasant and professional.

I live between Nashville and Chattanooga TN and I fly into Lauderdale often. I love ❤️ being able to jump on a black van and go to the terminal, buy my ticket and then get off in West Palm Beach. I saw these trains go right by my house as they were headed to South Florida a couple of years ago now. I just wish there was something similar to this where I live. The place is always clean and very quick to get where you're going.

The entire crew, from lounge, train station and on board team members were fantastic. Trains very clean, comfortable and very low noise train ride.

The woman in the front desk was very accommodating and full of life. She had the aura of a warmth Filipino. The ride was smooth and the cleanliness adds up the total amazing experience.
