The interaction had with staff (from the check-in, ticket taker, and train attendant) was outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The train was clean and spacious. Overall the experience was impeccable and I look forward to my next ride.

The whole process was great except for proof of parking that I paid for. I also wasn't able to download a receipt and had to ask an attendant at the station to print it for me and verify that it shows in your system that I paid to park in the brightline parking lot in West Palm Beach. Other than this all went well.

Taking the train made our trip so exciting. We relaxed, had a drink and snack on the way and taking in the sights. The train glides across the tracks-smooth ride and arrived at our destination in record time. It was a wonderful day

Excellent experience. The station was clean and modern. Security was a breeze. Food and drinks at the lounge were good. The train was on time. Onboard service was great. The only thing I would suggest is a direct stop at Miami International Airport 🙏🏻

I was in awe with the train station, and actual train. It was so clean, and there was anything you needed. Also - i travel a lot and the directions were very clear to find the train, including the board and the overhead sound. 10/10 experience. Can not brag enough. There are outlets, comfortable seating, a BAR.

Great ride to event at Broward Center. No fighting traffic. Got there on time. We missed the train home by seconds....grrrrr however, the representative kindly gave us new tickets for the next available train at no cost. We went to the bar and had a leisurely drink while waiting. Clean, lovely experience. I hope more people take Brightline, then, hopefully, they might have more service hours.

except for an unusual train delay which we were told was not a regular thing -- my RT trip ORL to West Palm Beach was comfortable. It's amazing how well behaved passengers can be when service is decent, clean, and comfortable. When service is respectful of their passengers then passengers are quiet, courteous and considerate to each other.
