We had our wedding at West Rose and it is the BEST venue! Jesse is the absolute best to work with and made the planning process incredibly easy. The entire staff was incredible on the day of the wedding and made sure our guests had a great time. People are still RAVING about the short ribs and they were abele to accommodate all dietary needs. We highly recommend hosting events here or at any of their locations.

Actually insanelyyyy good. The roasted chicken with polenta is weirdly the best chicken I’ve ever had. It’s so good. The mushroom pizza everyone loved. My mom also said it was some of the best pizza she’s had. Get the tuna - it’s great. The kale Caesar is amazingggg. The garden salad is better than average but nothing too special. They also have great mocktails. The vibe is great for a group dinner, date, anything. A bit fancy. Really cool.

Have dined at West Rose on several occasions and have always enjoyed it. However, recently went for an anniversary dinner and feel they went above and beyond to make our night special. Delicious cocktails, oysters, hummus, and Strawberry Mascarpone Oil Cake!

This place is a hidden jem. From the outside you wouldn’t have a clue how amazing it is. The atmosphere is cool, the staff are honestly so nice and friendly, and the food….the food is spectacular.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at West Rose and could not be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Jesse was incredible—touching base with us throughout the planning process and making sure every detail aligned with our vision. The event space was absolutely perfect for our guests, and it meant so much to us to share our favorite Ellicottville restaurant with our closest family and friends. The food was nothing short of phenomenal—everyone was raving about how delicious everything was! Each dish was timed to come out seamlessly from the kitchen, and the service throughout the evening was warm, attentive, and professional. Thank you to the entire West Rose team, for making our rehearsal dinner so perfect. You brought our vision to life and gave us a night we’ll always remember!

Stopped here while driving through the state for a quick dinner. The weather was amazing and they had a few outdoor tables on the sidewalk. Seems every restaurant in town serves pizza so we got a margarita to split between the two of us. It was really really good. Inside looked very clean and nice and the staff were friendly too. Definitely recommend!

Google
West Rose checks all of the boxes for either a fun night out with friends, a place to gather for a celebration, or a romantic evening with your loved one. The main floor features an open kitchen and bar that provides continuous entertainment, and the upstairs bar is a more casual social spot fitted with games and a projector to watch the game. The food is tremendous and although the menu is small, it brings out the best options the chef has to offer!

AMAZING. Came here for brunch and got to downtown a bit earlier than we expected, we had a reservation for 12:15 and they were still willing and able to seat us at 11:30. The hostess noticed the note on my reservation we were in town for an anniversary, congratulated us and sat us at the chefs bar where you can eat and see the chefs prepare food. We ordered mimosa, breakfast pizza, pancakes and the pork bowl. The services was excellent, the food was incredible and our waitress even brought us a celebratory rose to toast. Loved the aesthetic of the restaurant and it was nice chatting with one of the chefs. Can’t wait to go back here again and we’ll have to try dinner next time!

Yelp
We wandered into this restaurant around 8PM on a Saturday night. The place was lively, the interior was modern and it had a great vibe. It's located right on the main street in downtown Ellicottville. We were immediately greeted and given options for where we wanted to sit. We sat at the Chef's counter to watch them prep and cook. We spent the day doing outdoor activities and may have been underdressed -- but no one seemed to care. I ordered a blaze suzy cocktail and it was refreshing. This place has a small menu and it was so much fun watching the chef's prepare each dish. Each option sounded unique and I struggled to make a selection. I finally decided upon the Smoked Chicken and my wife ordered the New Orleans BBQ Shrimp. Everything was amazing, the chefs answered our questions with enthusiasm, our waiter was attentive and chatty and we had a really wonderful experience. We can't wait to return and try the freshly prepared wood fired pizzas or their smash burgers. We saw these two items being churned out by the chef's and they looked delicious. Thank you West Rose for a great evening!

Yelp
Such a vibe in here. Hard wood floors, you can see them cooking the food behind the counter! Huge pizza oven. Everything on the menu is unique and the food we ordered was very tasty. Great service!

Yelp
The hubs and I had tried to dine here last year during our trip down to xc ski at Allegany, but West Rose was closed at that time, so this time around we made sure to double check hours and make a reservation. They have limited hours, Thursdays through Sundays, and close at 8 pm. We made a reservation for 6:30 pm, but got lost skiing the trails at Art Roscoe in Allegany State Park, and extended til 7 and again til 7:15. We cut it a little close but we made it! We walked in to a very chill atmosphere: few folks dining at the bar, pizza oven blazing in the open kitchen like a fireplace, several tables for two set, waiting for patrons, and a really cozy decor with lots of wood accents, plants, and white and neutral tones. The hostess was ready for us and sat us immediately, and when we announced to our lovely server that we were STARVING after 2.5 hrs xc skiing over at Allegany, she told us she would let the kitchen know. Not expecting too much, I settled in to wait with my phone, and the hubs went outside for a cig. And miraculously, within 10 min our food arrived!! We ordered the double cheeseburger, which comes with a dressed side salad; the burger was on a soft sesame-seed bun, with minimal condiments and a couple small gherkin-sized dill pickles. It was large, so we asked for a second small plate so we could cut it in half to share. It was cooked perfectly, the meat very well seasoned and the perfect temp - the fact that it was 'plain' (just cheese, no mayo or ketchup, no sliced tomato or onion) didn't matter because it was that juicy and flavorful. We also got the patatas bravas and the shaved brussels sprouts salad. The patatas bravas were prepared really nicely: crispy outside and soft inside, generously seasoned and served with a creamy vegan aioli. But the shaved brussels sprouts were the star of the show! Sitting atop a pillow of cashew butter, then topped with pomegranate seeds and a drizzel of sesame oil, this vegan salad was tender, fragrant, flowery, savory - all the things!! It also perfectly complimented the burger and patatas! Because we shared everything we still had room for dessert. I've been following their Instagram and saw this chocolate concoction that looked absolutely decadent, so we ordered that. It was a chocolate, hazelnut, caramel tart, with almond butter and a smear of chocolate ganache - it was rich but also light, perfect for sharing, and the kind of special treat that really caps off a simple but delicious meal. We live in Rochester and don't make it down here often, but I would drive 2 hrs one way just for another meal like that! If you are in town, definitely plan a dinner here at least one night, and leave room for dessert!

Yelp
Had such an amazing brunch here last weekend with a group of friends! It was our last day of our visit to Ellicottville and it was a great send-off to a fun weekend. West Rose is centrally located in the town center and feels vibrant and new, compared to the other dining options in the area. The interior is beautiful - you're immediately greeted by a modern bar area and bright, open decor. The downstairs seated dining area is cozy but does not feel crowded. We were seated on the second floor, which was bright and airy with big tall windows looking out at the mountains. The brunch menu is compact but diverse - options ranging from pancakes to a hot honey chicken and grits to breakfast pizza, with many things in-between. I ordered an iced coffee and the patatas bravas (also ordered by two friends) with a poached egg and a side of bacon. The coffee was excellent, and the meal itself was flavorful and generously portioned. A friend ordered the breakfast pizza which could have easily fed two, and my husband and another friend ordered the aforementioned chicken and grits. Everything was fresh and presented beautifully. The food also arrived relatively quickly, I don't think we waited more than 30 minutes for our dishes to come to our table. I wholeheartedly recommend West Rose for brunch, and I'm certain that dinner would be fantastic as well. If I find myself back in EVL, I will definitely be sure to visit again!

Cozy restaurant with delicious food! The wood fired pizzas are a must! In addition the drink and cocktail list has good variety and the service was very welcoming and friendly.

Yelp
This place was a dinner pick on our trip to Holiday Valley. It's two levels - downstairs is fancy pizza and apps. The upstairs is a noodle bar. We ate downstairs. That floor is sort of minimalist in design and came across sort of cold and bland. A day, we ordered some salads/apps and two pizza. I thought the crust on the pizza was nice, but I didn't really love the sauce or toppings. I was alone in that, I think. My companions thought both pizzas were really good. Where they lost me was the service. We felt really rushed. The food came out so fast with no real separation in the courses. The apps came before the drinks and then the entrees came only a few minutes later. We all thought the timing was bizarre and off putting.

Yelp
A magnificent brunch in EVL! My friends and I had a reservation for 11:30 AM - we showed up 15 minutes early and they were still happy to seat us. The aesthetic was open, chic, and clean. We were sat upstairs, where we had lovely views of the town and the mountain. I ordered a mimosa and patatas bravas, both of which I would highly recommend! Our table got a mix of that, the breakfast pizza, and the chicken with polenta. Our server was attentive and gave great recommendations. I would say it was one of the best meals we had over our ski trip weekend and the perfect Apres ski destination. They were closing up for a few hours in the middle of the day because of the Bills playoff game so we got our food pretty quickly, but we didn't feel rushed at all. I would love to come for dinner or to try the noodle bar, but I can certainly recommend for Sunday brunch!

Yelp
THE BEST. SIMPLY THE BEST. In town for a wedding when we stopped by West Rose for dinner with a large party last minute on Friday night. They accommodated us at a beautiful rooftop table and it only got better from there. We ordered some wine & beer and a few pizzas, Caesar salads and a cheeseburger (which was extremely strong). Incredible pickled green tomato, peppers and veg put it over the edge. We were in a rush trying to get to an event and had beautiful service. Got out right on time and everything was perfect. THEN, if you are still reading, came the icing on the cake. A much needed brunch after the wedding night where we were able to meet friends and order breakfast pizza and the local pork sausage breakfast sandwich. It. Was. Heaven. Don't sleep on the hot sauce either (it's special). Needed a lot of TLC this morning and left feeling a million times better than when we went in. Service. Again. Slayed me. Literally don't go anywhere else. This is it. This is the place.

Yelp
The Scarlet Vetter says....Absolutely fabulous. I did not want to cook on a Thursday night after working all day. I convinced the hubs to take me to EVL, 20 plus minutes away for dinner. Having had a five star brunch at the West Rose many months back, he suggested we give the place another go. I readily agreed and off we went. EVL is usually slammed and we were bracing ourselves for crowds, but it was decidedly quiet for the Thursday before the Memorial Day weekend. We were sat right away after being offered our choice of a table or the bar. We ordered a glass of house Pinot Noir and a spicy Bloody Mary. For appetizers we ordered the Hummus Plate and the Lamb Meatballs to share. We then ordered the Double Cheeseburger to share. For desert we had two wonderful special offerings...a scoop of ice cream (Lemon Ricotta Pistachio cake) and a lemon ricotta ice cream sandwich with Crushed pistachio and poppy seed wafers on Strawberry Sauce. The hummus was just fabulous creamy and light, with crispy chick peas, and warm laffa bread. The hummus was served with roasted root veggies....beets and sweet potato. White sesame seeds were sprinkled on the veggies. The only criticism was that the sweet potato needed to be cooked a little longer....one should not have to saw a sweet potato. We really liked the lamb meatballs. Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. The meatballs were made with pine nuts and they sat on a bed of rich sage green puree garnished with parsely. The cheeseburger was quite good, cooked perfectly. It was served with a side salad and some unusual pickles...cornichons, and pickled butternut squash and thinly sliced pickled beets. The bill came to $92 before tip. So nice not to cook!

Yelp
10/10! Spent the day in Ellicottville and have been dying to go to West Rose for a while. We finally carved out some time to go and it did not disappoint. The aesthetic is so charming with white brick face walls, wood floors, gold accents and arched doors. We sat at the chefs counter and watched as all the food was prepared. We ordered the focaccia to start and omg it was warm and fresh right out of the oven, accompanied with a refreshing buttery spread and spicy tomato oil paste- yum! We each ordered a double cheeseburger and Ellie our server suggested we substitute the standard garden salad for the kale Caesar as our side. So, so good!! Top 5 burger in WNY! Our meal was so filling and delicious. We can't wait to go back :)

Yelp
A friend and I went to West Rose on a Thursday night as we had heard many good things about it and our general conclusion was that it deserved every rave review. We did make reservations, and were greeted and promptly seated by our hostess in a minimalistic yet charming dining room. Our waitress came over to take our drink order and informed us of the special of the night, a smoked Koginut squash soup with pancetta and pecans. The menu is not large, a preference of mine, and it seemed to be inspired by the flavors of Spain,Italy and Turkey. For starters we got the Koginut soup, Hummus and Patatas Bravas. The hummus was served with a delightfully thin, crisp yet soft, wood oven baked laffa bread. The smoke in the Koginut soup was a bit overpowering, as it was all I could taste, but still enjoyable and I appreciated the creativity. The potatoes were amazing! Crunchy, well seasoned, not greasy. Could have eaten a second bowl. For the mains we got the mushroom pizza and Ajillo marinated shrimp. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and decoratively served with merquez sausage on polenta . The polenta's creamy taste and texture complemented the char on the shrimp and spice of the merquez. The mushroom pizza, which was very good, was made with local flat 12 mushrooms, and came out steaming hot from the wood oven. The wait stafff was knowledgeable, attentive, and yet, not intrusive. I dont go to Elicottville often, but If i do, this will be my go to place for dinner or drinks. We had a lovely evening.

Yelp
I think the ambiance and overall esthetic is great. The service had been hit or miss and well as the quality of food. The menu is small. Of the food I have tried, I would recommend the humus platter, kale salad, burger and pizzas. I think they make an excellent cocktail and would recommend West Rose for drinks. If I could give a rating of 3.5 stars I would.

Yelp
We picked this for our family dinner to kick off our Holiday Valley Ski weekend and it was a fantastic option. A felt a little jealous walking by the really stylish bar on the way to our table in the upstairs dining area. It was a tough decision here as you have two choices...the full menu or a separate area upstairs that serves as a walk-up no reservation noodle bar (think ramen, soups). We really wanted the wood-fired pizza so opted for the full menu. We had the spicy pizza and the Mushroom Pizza, the raw Ahi Tuna Crudo (think Sashimi) and the roasted cauliflower. Everything we ordered was amazing and the service was on point. The guy watering our table was able to keep up with some of water-guzzling family and they actually thought he deserved an award! The Cauliflower appetizer sat on top of an amazing slightly spicy mint dip and was a creative spin for a healthy option. Both pizza's were incredibly flavored and had a great crunchy/chewy crust with slight burnt edges typical for oven-fired pizza. I had the mezcal drink and it was very balanced....everything I expected with a $103 bill for a family of five...thank you West Rose...what a great addition to Ellicottville's restaurant and bar scene!

Yelp
We wasted over an hour of our time at Steelbound, which we could have gotten into West Rose reservations. The hostess was very understanding of our situation and sat us immediately at the couch. She got us drinks and snacks within 10 minutes! Then took care of everything else with dinner and more drinks while the place was completely packed solid. We're big fans of the Grange family of restaurants and the OP outpost, but listening to our 2 family's distress and making us feel at home, is exactly what a great restaurant should be. Having a excellent staff is a core value and definitely not something you just say, doing it is another thing completely. Incredible. Thank you

Yelp
If you're seeking elevated flavors, upscale drinks, and well-thought out aesthetics, West Rose is the spot for you. Went here on a little staycation in Ellicottville a few weeks ago, and I'm so happy I did. The interior is nothing short of gorgeous: beautiful color palate, lush plants all around, and thoughtfully placed lighting. I'm a sucker for good aesthetics and this place is full of them. The service was incredible, from the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile (I could tell the host was smiling behind his mask). Our server was kind and considerate and we had a great experience. The food was delicious! My boyfriend got oysters to start, scallops for his dinner, and I got a margarita pizza. Everything was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The cocktails were refreshing, too! I wish this spot was closer to Buffalo. Lucky for me, they've got a sister restaurant tucked away in Hamburg!

Erin B.

Yelp
My husband and I sat at the chefs counter, which I highly recommend. We still had an intimate dining experience but were able to chat with a few of the chefs about the food and what they recommend. We had the chicken liver mousse, kale Caesar and the mushroom pizza and it was all so, so good. The experience of sitting at the counter allows you to see everything they prepare and it all looked so delicious I don't think you can go wrong ordering anything. The servers were all very kind and helpful in answering questions. Had the Pinot Blanc which was such an enjoyable wine and they even brought out a complimentary piece of cake with a candle for my birthday!

Yelp
This is Ellicotville's finest, no questions asked. The vibe of this restaurant is always super warm and welcoming. The food is UNREAL. They switch their menu often, but always on the menu are delicious pizzas (breakfast pizza goes off). The drinks are also incredible and when I was there, you could get them Togo in a flask to bring with you to Holiday Valley which was very clutch. TLDR: stop reading and make a reservation!!

Yelp
I had an amazing time here at West Rose. I'm a first time go-er and for sure will be a frequent guest. The ambience is spectacular. They have a BALCONY with a fire ( I wasn't seated out there. But best believe I looked around).. Big shout out to the waiters and waitresses for their amazing service. Poise and resourceful to say the least. Okay now to the dishes. I tried 3 items (2 appetizers and a main dish) 1. Homemade focaccia bread with whipped ricotta and Calabrian chili- wow. A great start to my dinner. The perfect blend of crisp crust in the outside and a soft warm center. The crust is seasoned to perfection. Lay a mix of the whipped ricotta and the Calabrian chili on to your bread and let your taste buds be amazed. The chili is dampened down by the whipped ricotta. Be moderate. By far the best appetizer this year. 2. Roasted cauliflower- I was hesitant about the texture and taste of the cauliflower due to the ingredients ( garlic and herb tahini, pickled Fresno chili and mint) but that was all gone once I took my first bite. The seasoning isn't overwhelming, a good blend of spices. Although If I had to choose an appetizer it would be the focaccia bread. 3. SCALLOPS - I wish there was at least two more! My dish contained 3 big scallops. It was fulfilling because I order appetizers. Had I not. It wouldn't suffice. The vegetable purée and brown butter vinaigrette is a much needed addition to the scallops. Impressed. Extras: love the bathroom set up! Go take mirror pics!

Yelp
Ate here early in the day (4:30). The place got very busy, very quickly. Had the hummus appetizer and a pizza. Both were great. Sat at the "chef's" counter. It was like sitting at the bar, but with the cooks right in front of you.

Yelp
West Rose has a fantastic atmosphere. The service is pretty good. The food is outstanding and one of a kind for the options in the area. You can't go wrong with pretty much everything on the menu.
google avatar

Jennifer R.

Yelp
As expected by the people who brought us The Grange, West Rose is exceptional. We came for their brunch, and I loved the variety of options - you could go "traditional" with pancakes or an egg sandwich, but of course each item is tweaked - The egg sandwich is on homemade biscuit with house ground sausage, the pancakes have a hint of bright lemon that made the perfectly chewy but not tough breakfast staple stand out - and you could also go lunchier with an burger, salad, or ragu. The breakfast pizza was so good I tried to eat the whole thing and hurt myself. I can't wait to come back for dinner.
google avatar

Edlira G.

Yelp
Positives: Olives, Pizza, and hummus were tasty Friendly staff Negatives: - Left smelling of smoke from the pizza oven - it cost $8 for 10 olives and came with no bread, just olives in a bowl. - it cost $17 for the hummus and it came with 1 pita, no other vegetables. - the iced tea cost $4 and was reminiscent of Lipton. Nothing special. I was highly disappointed

Yelp
West Rose was a dream!! A group of my girlfriends went to dinner at west rose one evening while we were in town for a bachelorette party! We made a reservation and were seated right away when we arrived. Our waitress was awesome!! She was sweet and had so much patience with our big group! She was knowledgeable about the menu items and gave good suggestions. We started with drinks and multiple apps, which I did not get any pictures of them but they were delicious! For dinner, I had the shrimp and polenta and it was very yummy and filling!! Everyone seemed very satisfied with their meals. The restaurant was beautiful and chic with a very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere!! We had a great experience, I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
My family and I came out to Ellicottville for the first time for my birthday and we made a reservation at the West Rose for a birthday dinner and upon arriving, we were actually shocked at how beautiful of a space it was. The design of the restaurant will have you looking around and noticing new details all night. The rounded archways, copper accents tying everything together and the open floor plan had such a "high end" fee to it and it was an absolute delight to even sit down! But I digress, let's talk about THE FOOD! The amount of detail they put into the design is carried over to the food as well. Every single dish we had was delicious beyond question. We all got a bunch of stuff and just shared everything but everything was a highlight. The scallops, the Nashville chicken (I didn't even know you could make chicken that crispy!!!) and 2 pizzas as well and I had a smile on my face during every bite. I never want another scallop again unless it's from the west rose. Their drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic are also delicious, definitely try their ginger soda if it's available. I know this review is super long but the place blew me out of the water. I literally can't recommend this place enough. Rating: 11/10 if you don't do anything else, please please come here for a meal.

Yelp
Currently the best food in EVL. 4/8/23. Great atmosphere and mixed cocktails. The pizza special is always worth trying.

Yelp
Excellent place. Highly recommend dining here when you're in Ellicottville. Craft cocktails, wood fired pizza, breads and vegetables. Steaks, Seafood and Cheese Burgers prepared to perfection. Fine service. Bonus is the Upstairs Bar aka Noodle Bar for a relaxed vibe.

Yelp
Sister restaurant to the Grange community kitchen, one of the best places in Eville for dinner and Sunday brunch, farm to table menu that changes w the seasons

Kristie K.

Yelp
Finally got to visit this awesome restaurant in the heart of Ellicottville. The "sister restaurant" of the Grange Community Kitchen in Hamburg, is every bit as "cool" and tasty as that original location. Having walked past West Rose several times while strolling through town, I was super surprised by just how large the interior is. We were seated upstairs overlooking a snow covered outdoor patio/roof. All COVID-19 safety procedures are being followed, and the size and openness of the space made the widely spread tables even more comfortable if you have concerns. Started with some wine, although several cocktail options looked interesting. Note a great list of local craft beers was attached to the menu so likely changes pretty regularly. Definitely had a tough time making selections because it all sounded so good. Loved the selection of warm olives and the focaccia was nicely accompanied by a yummy cheese/olive oil topping. I was personally so happy our group of 5 decided to double the order of the "patatas bravas" -nicely crisp pieces of potato and perfectly dressed with lightly spiced aioli. Dinner choices at the table included halibut, Jake salad, margherita pizza (great fresh mozzarella!), roast beef, burger and Nashville hot chicken (that Pullman bread- wow!!).cannot wait to return and try even more!

Allie J.

Yelp
Bartender was nice and knowledgeable, drinks were tasty and the food was so good. I had the burger with no bun and it was so flavorful! The bar was a comfy location to sit and have dinner. I will definitely go back here.

Yelp
Excellent! We chose the chef's counter and had a great time watching the food being prepared and talking with the chef. Crispy confit chicken and shrimp, sausage and polenta dishes were amazing. Cocktails were delicious and service was great. We definitely plan to go back!

Yelp
My wife and I stopped by this place based on the reviews. I'm very glad we did!! When we got our seats we were greeted with fresh water, this to me is always the beginning signs of a good meal. We started with an appetizer we had the house made focaccia bread with whipped ricotta and it seemed to have a hint of lemon in it, It was incredible till the last bite. For drinks I had the Death by coconut drink and my wife got the Venus Flytrap. The were mixed to perfection!! For dinner we had the Margherita pizza, when it arrived it was a work of art, every bite was incredible. I honestly wished I could give the more than 5 stars. Our server Amanda S., was fantastic and others could learn from her hospitality.

Yelp
I have been to West Rose three times now and have not been disappointed. Oysters were excellent but quickly became overshadowed by the other amazing dishes we had. Shishito peppers were a must get. The soy glazed pork belly was incredible and finally the summer squash pizza was flavorful and spicy. Oh and the drinks are extremely delicious also!
google avatar

Erica L.

Yelp
I loved everything about this place! The decor is amazing and the food is to die for! We got the four cheese pizza which was out of this world! Followed by the kale Cesar and it was one of my fave salads to date. We also split the grange burger which was cooked to perfection. We didn't get dessert because we were stuffed but this is a must try place! Highly recommend! They take reservations on open table!

Yelp
The West Rose restaurant is an incredible place for food and ambience. It is cozy, clean, modern and beautiful. We had a reservation for 6:45 on a Friday, arrived early and were sat right away around the open aired kitchen. One of the chefs welcomed us right away. It's quite the experience watching your food be made right in front of you! The kitchen staff behind the counter were all very professional and changed gloves repeatedly. We ordered two cocktails and the whipped ricotta and focaccia bread to start. The whipped ricotta had hints of lemon and WOW is all I can say. Next I ordered the delicata squash salad, how can they possibly make a salad so heavenly?! My fiancé ordered the grange burger and said it was absolutely delicious. Last but not least we tried the patatas bravas, a dish I haven't had since I went to Spain many many years ago. I felt right back in Barcelona- all the flavors were there. If you're looking for a cozy delicious place to eat with food options for everyone, the West Rose is the place for you. The price points are all great and I cannot say enough about the food! I ate everything too fast to get proper pictures. Guess I'll have to go back and try everything they have to get some photos!

Yelp
We had a delicious brunch here last weekend. Beautiful atmosphere and great service as well. If you're worried about Covid/distancing they do a great job here!

Yelp
West Rose upped the food options for brunch and dinner options in Ellicottville, NY. They have a delicate eye for serving great-local food options and it's not just for adults. My 7yr old had the yogurt dish for brunch and I went with the burger. We very much enjoyed both.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Highly recommend the three cheese arugula pizza (but all the pizzas where great), scallops were great, patatas bravas SO good. We started off with the whipped ricotta and peppers - also awesome. Their still rosé and aperol spritzers also topped off a perfect meal! A definite MUST if you are in town!!

Yelp
Groovy cocktails. Outstanding service and yummy eats. I wish they had a gluten free pizza option as well as gluten free burger buns.
