Karen is the best!! She is is super sweet and very knowledgeable. I fly from NYC 3 times a year to be treated by Karen. My lips and Botox always looks fab. I’ve also seen some of her other staff for laser - everyone at the office is so great!

I’ve Never had a bad experience and she is not after over charging and most importantly, she doesn’t take it to the limit. Her only desire is to achieve you looking younger. She does this in a safe way and explains every detail. This way you don’t look like the typical Hollywood overdone and obvious look that people in LA have. I highly recommend her! If I could love my nurse, it would be Karen! She's sweet, funny, professional and NEVER tries to sell me or upsell me. She often will talk me down and say "let's give it a couple weeks and if you feel you want more, we can do that!" Thank G*D to find someone in aesthetics more concerned with her patients welfare and needs than her own pocket book! And the best double header is the facials with Melissa. While Karin works from the inside out, Melissa is the most knowledgeable and welcoming aesthetician. A very professional and relaxing environment. The front office is very welcoming. Karen is up to date with new products and incredibly knowledgeable regarding the best ways to achieve clients' goals. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was at West Valley Medical Aesthetics. First, the lovely Karen saw me for a consultation to address scars and discoloration I have due to various skin cancers. She then suggested I see Lynne for an IPL photofacial and resurfacing... and I couldn't be happier or more grateful for that suggestion. I love this medical spa. From the front office girl Christina to the Nurse that does my treatments. I love that they do not sell you. They are honest and do exactly what I need. I have been seeing Karen for years. Whatever you want she can do. Fillers, Botox or Lasers, Karen is confident and experienced. I'm a wimp when it comes to my lips and she offers a dental block that makes the experience tolerable for a beautiful outcome.

Karen! How is it that I've never left you a review?!?! I've been coming to Karen ever since I left my job at a plastic surgeon's office in Beverly Hills like 10 years ago. Having been injected by lots of people over the years, I can tell you Karen is THE BEST. Truly. I was sending so many women to her (because I have zero shame about getting botox and will tell anyone who asks) that I ended up just throwing parties every 3 months at her office so that a group of my girlfriends and I could just come in together. I can't say enough good things. First, she's an expert. She explains what she is doing, why, what to expect, etc. the whole time before, during and after injecting. Second, because she's so good at it, she is able to use tiny needles...so no bleeding, no bruising. And lastly, her dilution rate is excellent. So your botox lasts longer. Not like some cheap Groupon bullshit where they charge a few bucks per unit but then it wears off in 3 weeks. Oh, and Melissa! One of my favorite facials of my entire life. She does a thing called the "goddess treatment" that made me look dewy and gorgeous. I went out that night with no make up on at all! She had tinted my lashes, so all I needed was lipgloss and I was good to go. Go see Karen and Melissa, you won't regret it! You'll just wish you'd found them sooner. ;)

Karen is not only the queen of renewing youth.. but teaches the followers in Beverly Hills how to transform the magic! The drive is worth it! She doesn't over do it, leaving you looking like a duck. Beyond that she's an honest, amazing person! Her work is beyond amazing!
