Stayed here for due to all the trains being canceled out of Birmingham. Everywhere was fully booked and we found these beautiful place by the grace of god .|Our hosts were amazing accommodating us at such short notice in one of the busiest weekends in Birmingham for a few years.||Nothing was too much trouble and went out of way to make us feel welcome, Bedrooms lovely and clean, nicely decorated, en suite bathroom, hairdryer, fan and fridge. Dining room, kitchen, living room also available for all to use.||Beautiful garden to sit out in and the atmosphere was a lovely calming which was needed after a stressful few hours.||Would recommend staying here , especially if you want out the hustle and bustle only 10 mins in a Uber from centre .||Can’t express enough how grateful we are for their assistance

Norma is a very friendly and lovely host. She literally saved our trip by having two terrible experiences with airbnb and close to being homeless in birmingham for our first night. There's also very spacious communal rooms to use and a kitchen as well. With Uber you'll be in the city in 10 minutes but there's also Bus stops and a tesco within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Just checked out this morning 17th March. What can I say? Norma is a fantastic host, courteous and professional. The place is spotless, you get access what what I can only describe as a clean industrial type kitchen with every cooking equipment you could need. The room although I was told was a small room, I’d say it’s not that small, but the linen/bed was quality as was the room with fridge lovely corner modern shower and it was lovely and warm. Could not fault this place at all. Would always stay here if I was working in this area again, absolutely good value for money, secure and quiet with the added bonus of free off street parking. This place was an absolute godsend for me and my group of three. After three accommodation failures and spending an entire day trying to book on Airbnb and Booking. We were able to call the Westbourne and immediately book two rooms for the weekend while we were seeing Charli XCX. Norma warmly welcomed us to the Lodge and showed us to our rooms when we got there around 9pm. There is a lovely kitchen area along with beautiful sitting rooms to relax in. There's a big courtyard in the back and the rooms and entire facility was clean and felt very inviting. 10/10 would reccomend this area to anyone in Birmingham! Go see Norma at the Westbourne Lodge!

Norma was amazing, very helpful and friendly, and my train was delayed so didn't arrive by the time I said, she waited for me....room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again! |And recommend to friends|Thanks Wendy

This is a great place to stay and so convenient with busses into the centre of Birmingham at the end of the road. Norma is a brilliant host and is always on hand to help with anything needed. The room I had was clean and spacious with a lovely bay window looking out to the quiet road.

A great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere close to the city but away from the chaotic night life! Best for people working in Birmingham as close to city centre and 5 ways. The hotel is situated on a nice part of the hagley road. The service is excellent and the staff are always helpful. The food is very high class and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Good if you are in Birmingham to work but not very family friendly (children are likely to be bored!). Very nice Hotel away from the hassle of the city!
