WestCord Hotel Eindhoven

The location is super central, and the room was huge with a very cool industrial design, I absolutely loved it. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. Breakfast was amazing, and the service was always nice and professional. Parking right in front was a great bonus. The only downsides were that there was no AC in my room and I would have expected at least one bottle of water provided. Overall, still highly recommended!

We had a pleasure to spend a night in a Superior Spa room in this hotel and this was the best choice for a relaxing time together :) the room looked like brand new, super clean, really spacious, with a super comfortable bed, large shower, and of course a really big jacuzzi which worked perfectly and was easy to handle. The breakfast was very tasty with many sweet and salty options. The possibility to have prosecco for breakfast surprised me nicely. We would like to thank very much for the receptionists on the 29-30.11 who were extremely helpful and welcoming and made our stay even nicer. Westcord hotel is a place that we will definitely visit again <3

We had a lovely one night stay here. The superior spa room made it very relaxing! It's perfect if you just want a night to chill. The surprise dinner was also very good!

We stayed here for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very well-structured and organized, which made everything easy and comfortable. The reception was warm and friendly, and we immediately felt welcome upon arrival. The breakfast offered a good variety and was fresh and satisfying. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is very good overall. The exterior looks fantastic — a beautiful building with well-kept surroundings. The entrance lobby and the restaurant are also excellent, both in design and atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent as well, with great quality and variety. I found two things that could be improved. First, the reception staff have to stand behind the counter the entire time, with no chairs provided. Seeing them constantly on their feet gave me an uncomfortable feeling and left a slightly negative impression of the lobby. Second, the wayfinding to the rooms in the rear part of the building is confusing. Improved wayfinding would really help.

Good: unique, central location for train and city center, healthy options at breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable bed. |Disappointing: tiny room that didn't have a desk (only a small counter with the coffee machine & kettle) or a chair (only a stool). Curtains were "darkening" but not "blackout". Room was too warm. Sounds from my neighbor made me think someone was coming into my room. Chatbot told me that I would have a minifridge, which I did not, and sent me to a nearby parking structure rather than telling me that the hotel had underground parking. No healthy options for dinner in the restaurant. ||Not a place to stay for a multiday business trip.

Everything was great. The staff were lovely and very helpful even joked around with us. Our room was large and clean. We absolutely loved the huge bathtub. Would love it if we could chrome cast or if there was a chance of Netflix on TV. The location is amazing. Everything is close. Definitely a good place to stay when in Eindhoven.
