Westender Inn

This resort is stunning, offering picturesque pools that overlook the sea. The bar is inviting, and the food is delicious. The staff is exceptionally kind and welcoming. The rooms are spacious with breathtaking views. Conveniently located near both cliffs and sandy beaches, it provides an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this resort for an incredible getaway.

We stayed between June 10 and June 14. Our stay was nothing short of Amazing. The ambience of the location on the Western tip of Jamaica was the perfect mix of peaceful tranquility and the crashing waves. The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I'll definitely give Westender Inn a 10 out of 10 experience.

We will be back for sure! The perfect get away - the property is beautifully maintained, room was very clean and bed was very comfortable - what a great mattress! The view from our room was outstanding. We took the shuttle a few times - always on time and a nice ride and it's free! Dan and Sue are the perfect hosts- always happy to talk and accommodate any question or need. The food was fantastic! Can't say enough about what a wonderful, relaxing, beautiful get away this was - thank-you Westender!

Absolutely beautiful!! Sunset at the pools! Beautiful room. Great food and friendly staff!! It was a magical stay. Shuttle to the beach is a plus as well.🏝️🦜🌺 we will be back! Bonus that it was snowing at home while we were vacationing at the Westender!!

If you are looking for nightlife and excitement this is NOT your place, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, delicious food, amazing sunsets and views and great hospitality all round this might just be perfect for you. It was for us. While not the newest or glitziest hotel on the cliffs for sure, the Westenders has another rare quality: charm and warmth. The owners are absolutely lovely people who run the Westenders Inn with love and dedication and offer you a glimpse into life in Jamaica. Be it the Friday night movie night with popcorn, the bonfire Sunday with buffet or Dan (the owner) walking around offering freshly baked raspberry squares. (Yum) You feel very well taken care of at the Westenders! To make up for the distance to the beach, a free shuttle is offered several times a day that will take you straight to their sister property on the beach. Excellent arrangement. So to sum it up: If you are looking for peace and quiet, lovely nature and friendly people this could just be exactly your place. And yes, the pools are great too as is the bar..... :) Wonderful eight days!

This was the second time that I stayed at the Westender, and it has honestly become my favorite place in the world. A little slice of heaven on the coral reef, the entire property is gorgeous. It's so peaceful, especially visiting in June, the typical off-season. There were times that my husband and I were completely alone, watching the sunset over the ocean as if we owned our own little resort, just for us. I definitely recommend to any couples looking to get away, but it is also safe and low key for a family vacation.||The staff are gracious and welcoming. They will do just about anything to make you more comfortable and accommodate your needs. The chefs in the kitchen are experienced and make the most delicious authentic Jamaican food. It's cheaper to eat at the resort than going out to restaurants in town,but if you wanted to go into Negril, free shuttles take you to the hustle and bustle of Negril 3 times per day. ||My husband and I will definitely be back!

The inn and its location are exactly what we needed. The sunsets from the pools and deck are beautiful. Snorkeling right off of the landing is amazing. The staff are absolutely beautiful. Nelia and the crew made us feel at home with big smiles and open arms. I almost left my family. It was a great experience.

The Westender Inn is the most peaceful waterfront hotel I have ever experienced. I was so relaxed, spending time above the low cliffs by the water, relaxing in the saltwater infinity pools, and enjoying great food. The sunsets were amazing, each night it was an event to sit out and watch. The owners are engaging and so sweet. I will definitely return to the Westender!
