Though this mall is quite a ways away from our house, it's almost always worth the trek. It's got the important anchors stores like Nordstrom's, Macy's (they've even got a separate men's and house wing), etc., a bunch of nice boutiques like Louis Vuitton and Tory Burch, as well as the tried-and-true go-tos like Ann Taylor, LOFT, and lululemon. The one surprise I had a few weeks ago was that there was no Abercrombie & Fitch here, though the kids' abercrombie exists, so if you have an A&F return or exchange, you'll hafta shlep to Providence Place Mall.
All in all, it's a big mall with all the basics and then some (including a random Peleton platform in the middle?!), which makes for a nice one-trip shopping stop. Especially if you've got little ones in tow to see Santa or check out the Disney store. However, the one downside is the fact that there's no real food court. Sure, you've got the attached restaurants like P.F. Chang's and CPK, and the fast "sit downs" like Dunkin and ABP, but if you want a place to lounge around, graze, and people watch for a while, you're outta luck.
Despite this small quirk, I am very happy that we've got this mall, and I'd gladly make the trip for some decent shopping. Woo hoo!
