Google
It's a great mall with free parking, variety of restaurants, gym, cinema, Woolworths, nice place to meet up with friends and family, split over two sites connected with two sky bridges, rooftop restaurants are quite unique with a playground, there is something for everyone

Great and welcoming mall with lots of places for kids, entertainment, shopping and bites. Go there very often. My second home. Highly recommended

Love this shopping mall. A great selection of shops and eating establishments. Ideal place to go to find something different or special. Shame that the carparking is a rip-off and you have to constantly watch the clock.

Google
Great shopping and dinner experience. Was very impressed with the parking space and the size of the parking slot. Joined the membership and got few hours of free parking, totally worth it. The shopping centre has two part and both part is amazing to look around. Especially one of the part has luxurious brand like balenciaga. Overall was very impressed by the design of the centre, also had some really good food at the top level of the shopping centre.

Parking is great, selection of shops is ok. Really this place is about the entertainment and dining. Foodcourt is pretty good. The rooftop dining is nice and can be paired with a movie - you can get extra parking if you do this, so about 4 hours free all up. Toilets are pretty clean and tidy. There are a couple of small playgrounds for the kids to play as well. Beware: traffic getting in and out of the carpark can be a headache if you choose a rainy day to visit... plan accordingly.

So big and got so lost. Couldn't find the car but customer service knew exactly where it was. Great work

Google
Honestly love this mall, become a Westfield member and get free parking, so easy - sooooooo many shops and eateries here, I’ve been four or five times and still haven’t explored everywhere. Does my wallet enjoy? Maybe not 🤷🏼‍♂️

I was there on Friday afternoon with a friend to pick up my online order. We planned to stay just 15 minutes—but ended up spending three hours! We noticed the glass roof with the waterfall and couldn't resist exploring further. Our curiosity led us to the top, where we discovered beautiful views and a variety of eateries. We were truly fascinated by Bodrum!

Yelp
This is a large mall where the Kmart was located. It reminds me of a typical mall, but with larger department stores that cater more to you every day needs. They have a Kmart for clothing and department items, and a Woolworth for grocery shopping, inside the mall! They also had some of the typical mall shops of namebrand clothing, a food court, and downstairs a little convenient store, kiosk, and even a massage parlor! I could've easily stayed here all day and explored for hours on end!

Yelp
An American mall that we wouldn't have stopped and except we were so hungry I couldn't find anything opened near the museum. We took the escalator up to the eatery food hall. We had chicken & salad, it was just okay. There were many American chain stores @ some New Zealand as well. It wasn't too busy the week before Christmas.

Yelp
Newmarket Westfield is like no other Westfield I've ever been too. Which is a sentence you've probably never heard before. But once you go there you'll know what I'm talking about. I guess they really had to up their game because Newmarket is such a great shopping place. And the people who shop there love upmaket stuff. In the mall is the typical chain stores but there's also a greater percentage of high end stores that mean the mall is a whole lot more luxurious. It's also smaller which is a nice change from the huge mega stores like Albany and Sylvia Park. It's good to not have to run a marathon around the mall when you go from one end to the other. And it's a great place to park if you're shopping for a while as you just need to spend $5 at the mall and you get a few hours free. Sounds like a good deal to me.

Yelp
Two Double Seven kind of makes Newmarket in a way. Which is an odd thing to say about a generic mall brand. But really, you can shop here and dream you're in a much nicer mall than your local Westfield. it's mostly the shops here that set it apart - sure there's a supermarket and a St Pierre's Sushi and a Glassons, but most of the other shops are fancier, along the lines of L'Occcitane and Country Road. It's heaps smaller than other Westfields but better because there are none of the cheap and tacky shops, just the good stuff. Make sure you save at least one receipt so you can get two hours of free parking, and try to squeeze in a nosey just outside the mall too - there's Redcurrent and Zarbo across the road, my all-time Newmarket favourites!

Yelp
A deceptively large mall with pretty much every popular New Zealand High Street store in, Westfield 277 caters to men, women and children in its spacious centre. I also found the stores themselves to be of a much bigger size and, in some cases, have much newer and nicer stock than I've seen in some of the other out of town malls. This alone always keeps me going back to 277 rather than anywhere else. The food court on the upper floor is vast, and has fast food favourites like Maccas, Tank and Sal's Pizza but nothing out of the ordinary there. The only annoying thing is that you can only park there for free for up to two hours (providing you have a receipt for over $5 from on of the stores) so if you really want to go on a shopping spree in some of Newmarket's best stores outside the centre (check out Nuffield Street for some amazing stores) or sample any of the great restaurants in the area, you will have to pay for the privilege.

Yelp
I know what you want. You want a place to park your car while you go to the supermarket, don't you? Of course you do. I do. The two things which make this mall a worthwhile visit beyond all the chainstore shopping you expect to find at any mall, is that it offers the only decent supermarket in the vicinity and more carparking than the rest of Newmarket combined. It is amazing that they have actually managed to build a convenient supermarket in the middle of a Newmarket mall. Newmarket can get a little traffic heavy during the day but if you do your grocery shopping after 7pm, you can just coast through. The rest of the mall is just average.

Yelp
I have mixed feelings about the Westfield mall in Newmarket or the 277 mall as it's also known. What I like about it, is that there is great shopping and is a cut above some of the chain stores you get in the mall. They have more classy shops as I guess they have to appeal to the stylish women who shop in Newmarket. Also, it's fairly compact - you are not walking for miles like you do at Sylvia Park. The food court is good too and it's handy for a quick bite to eat. What I don't like about this mall is the parking. Firstly, it's often hard to find a space. Then you are expected to pay for the privilege - you need to show a valid receipt for at least $5. I guess they don't want people abusing the system but it can be quite annoying having to queue at the tills in Countdown to buy something just to get your receipt. I wish they could think of a fairer system of doing this as it can be a real pain at times.

Yelp
I really, really don't like this Westfield. It's just not right. It's like it's missing a section. Or maybe I just can't find that missing section? I feel like I have to dress up to come here, which is stupid, I know. I think people think this mall is different to other malls, because it's in Newmarket and this place is 'two double seven' so it sounds cool but I am sorry, it's just a generic mall with generic shops in an inconvenient location that is always far too busy. Whenever I come here, by the time I get down horrible Broadway and find a park, I'm annoyed, and by the time I leave and have bought nothing and get my car out of Newmarket, I'm annoyed. So not an overall good experience. Boo. I don't have any specific reason why this place annoys me so badly, just typical mall reasons I suppose, which is odd because I love malls. Just not this one.
