Westgate Shopping Mall

That mall is one of the best modern shopping center in Nairobi. It’s clean, secure, and well-organized, with a good mix of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and international brands. The layout is easy to navigate, and security is visibly strong, which makes visitors feel safe. Food options are excellent from casual cafés to proper dining spots so it’s a good place to spend a few hours, not just shop. Parking is decent, though it can get busy on weekends. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable mall for both locals and visitors.

The malls ambiance was nice but quite dirty at the kids area.Their Decathlon was pretty big and had a nice and large selection. 4/5 would recommend but I personally like Sarit Center more.

Westgate Mall is an excellent location right in the heart of Westlands. Security is top-notch, and you genuinely feel safe and comfortable while you’re there. The food scene really stands out. There are amazing restaurants and beautiful cafés with great ambience, perfect for meetings, dates, or just spending time. Shopping is also strong, with clothing stores like Mango, stylish shoes and bags from Aldo, and elegant jewelry stores such as Swarovski and Erita Jewels. There is also great entertainment for kids, including bowling and a cinema, which makes it an easy place to spend the day. Overall, Westgate has great vibes, a relaxed but polished feel, and is just a really nice place to be.

Great mall for a family day out. My kids love the play areas and the gaming zone. There’s a huge variety of food options at the food court which helps when everyone wants something different. Parking is usually plenty, but the exit can be a bit of a headache during rush hour. Overall, very convenient.

Westgate offers a premium shopping experience with quality stores and restaurants. The layout is easy to navigate and the place is well maintained. Great for dining and lifestyle shopping. Security and cleanliness are also top-notch I can't mind going back just one more time 😂
