Clean mall on smaller side compared to other international malls, but sufficient. Has 3 levels, underground parking, a Carrefour supermarket, Decathlon and other athletic stores, a few fast food restaurants, sit down eateries, and cafes. Escalator entrance to movie theater is next to Kid's Zone on top level.

Not a big mall but nice one, many shops and coffee shops, there’s a place for kids to play, it modern place

As a traveler, The Westgate was pleasantly surprising. This mall matches up to the world standard and doesn't lack any international features and on top of it all, it is well maintained (even the Public toilets are clean)

It was easy to find exactly what I needed while also indulging in a bit of window shopping. After shopping, I enjoyed a delicious meal at one of the mall’s many restaurants. The dining options cater to every taste, from quick bites to gourmet experiences. The ambiance was lively yet relaxing, with excellent service that made the experience even more enjoyable. What stood out most was the family-friendly atmosphere, with plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. Whether shopping for essentials or enjoying a nice meal, Westgate offers a perfect blend of style and comfort.

Kenyans generally are very hospitable and well mannered. This place is an exception. I visited this place as a tourist and wanted to capture some videos inside the mall as memories without showing anybody's face or whatsoever but then I learned that they do not allow you to record videos inside. A person from security approached me and asked me to delete the videos. He also asked me to delete it from recently deleted folder. No worries I can delete them and to be honest I would not want to spend time in a place with such rules. But the thing is while I was deleting them he was trying to look at my phone screen. Dumb rules and intrusion of privacy. Maybe you should relocate the mall to North Korea?
