Weston Suites Hotels

I have to be a little bit brutally honest here. It makes no sense to put a nightclub on the top floor. This literally ruins the stay for all guests since they can't sleep from Thursday through Sunday night. The music is so loud you can hear it through your earplugs even from the second floor. The safe inside the room had no batteries and was falling off the wall. The shower did not drain properly. The kitchenette had a stove but no cups, plates, cooking equipment, or anything so you couldn't use it. The toilet seat always falls down. There were other things too but I can't remember everything. I sincerely hope they correct these things for future guests. If you have another option, it would be good to consider what I mentioned above before staying here. The breakfast was good but sometimes was cold when it came out. It would be good to learn some Spanish before coming since the staff doesn't speak much English at all.

Staying here for the second time now. Rooms are big and spacious with mini kitchen which is awesome. The location is right on the road but that area is always buys. They really need to work on their breakfast. VERY LIMITED options which is terrible if you stay there for a week. I stayed there for 7 nights and I asked for boiled eggs instead of scrambled eggs a few days and I was denied. I quote "It's not on the menue so we cannot do it and I (waitress) was called out because I served it a few times to you". I asked for bread instead of croissant, after a few days they started reducing two piece of bread to one piece. This is a very CHEAP behavior from the staff. Very disappointing.

The hotel is as basic as it gets. The rooms are ok, if you're staying for a night or two. The location is really good, but that's all. |The towels were old and threadbare. The shower was dripping water the whole night.|The breakfast area was pretty basic, and there was a "beverages buffet" but you had to order your breakfast choice, which is not bad. The problem was the quality of said breakfast. My son and I ordered the Continental breakfast which consisted of 2 stale mini croissants, plain yogurt and fruit. My husband ordered the American Breakfast and it was fine. |About the service, front desk was really nice and cheerfull, but the ladies from the breakfast area were very negligent. |Also, no matter if you are 4 people in a room, you get 2 towels. If you want more you need to call housekeeping. |And, there's a casino and a club in the location, which represents an issue with parking spaces since there're not enough.

I want my money back! This place is horrible! Can't believe I booked 5 nights! Horrible view! Strong smell of mold/mildew! Fridge not working! TV not working! AC filter vents dirty! Safe box not working! Door latch broken! Bathroom has mold and not enough towels! No hot water! Stove not working!

If I can put zero stars to this hotel, I wish I could! Im extremely disappointed in the treatment I received in this hotel and here are the reasons why! First off, I was falsely charged for a HOTEL TOWEL, which is complimentary given by the hotel to use by the way so I was extremely shocked to receive this charge. They claimed it had a “stain” which I never saw and when I asked to speak to the manager, the person was nowhere to be found. The front desk staff was incompetent and unprofessional to respond to my concerns and questions. They NEVER apologized or even gave a valid reason from this “stain” they somehow found in the hotel towel which was completely false and there was no proof or evidence. The front desk receptionist literally said “pay for the towel and take it home if you want” …Again, I was charged for something I did NOT do! Secondly, at the time of breakfast, me and my family HAD to notify staff there was no more breakfast so they can bring out more (this was after we patiently waited for staff to add more breakfast to the buffet table which never happened until we had to get up from OUR table to ask them to do so) and lastly, my parents AC stopped working in the middle of the night around 2:40 am. The overnight staff did not know how to fix it, finally found someone & took forever to fix it and my mom almost fainted from the heat and humidity. Not only did me or my family had complaints but other guests also had complaints and the staff failed to help out. If you plan to stay in this hotel, please plan to stay ELSEWHERE. It is NOT worth the money or time to be honest. The staff lacked professionalism, etiquette and respect. No apology or form of understanding was ever given at the time of my checkout from everything that happened and I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this hotel. WORST HOTEL EVER!

Avoid. Stayed here a few times during the week and it was good. Made the mistake of staying on a weekend. Who puts a disco on a rooftop of a hotel???? If that noise wasn’t bad enough the people coming and going honking at each other and playing loud music and yelling at each other. Good thing the disco closes at 6:00AM, should be peaceful after that.

The hotel is at an ideal location if you're trying to experience Santo Domingo. I really enjoyed the room, however the WiFi access was poor. The breakfast was really good; the options were not vast but it was tasty.

I had used this hotel many times before! Is a really nice and clean place! But after they open a roof top in the night time is a nightmare to go inside the hotel bc this security guys at the entrance just want to let in the people they think they have money or they like ! Is a shame in the other hand the guy at the front desk Evan Castillo!!! He is another that don’t even care about the guest because even if the security guys didn’t let me come inside the hotel I told him I was a guess a he didn’t care ! They need to stop that ! Because if people are coming to the hote or to the club is because they can adopts to go there! Me and my others 5 friends couldn’t coming in ! I also called at the hotel many times to speak with the manager and even left my number and nobody called me back! This hotel was nice before! I don’t recommend it ! Anymore to nobody I know and I am Dominican !!!!!
