Only headaches in my 1.5yrs living here. Some highlights: unit had many things broken when I moved in, extremely high management turnover (at least 4 different managers so far), current manager is overworked and/or incompetent, service requests not addressed in a timely manner (or at all). This included our window being broken and our heat not working. At one point I literally could not get in touch with anyone from management for about 3 months despite endless calls/emails. The latest "fun" is my parking fee being randomly increased >200% as a way to effectively raise my rent mid-lease. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've lived in lots of LA apartments and none has made me look forward to being a homeowner more than this one. The new company has decided to hire one building manager for 4 buildings and there is no longer any management on site. As a result any issues that pop up (e.g. keys not working, lease renewals, maintenance requests) are handled slowly and poorly. I've wasted so much of my life trying to get management to the most basic things. Definitely would not suggest renting here!

The maintenance team is great. We’ve always had all of our repairs done by Sonder. He always goes above & beyond to get everything fixed in a timely manner. We had a light issue in one of the bathrooms & he had the wiring fixed within the hour. We have also had some issues with leaking in our fridge & he ordered us a new fridge promptly. Amazing service!! Very happy with his effort, thoroughness and friendly personality

Great apartment complex in a quiet neighborhood. My apartment was a recently renovated, spacious 2 bedroom with hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. Public spaces were kept up well (I saw someone cleaning the elevator and hallways every day), maintenance was very quick to respond and very friendly, and the management was very accessible and helpful. I found this apartment to be a little bit on the expensive side but I did feel like I got a good value for what I was paying.

I love Sonder! He's amazing. He is the only thing here that is worth the price. He moves very efficiently, quickly, professionally and is just an all around pleasant person. Whatever raise, praise and love this man can receive, he is fully deserving plus more. He has fixed every problem I have had with this apartment. Other than that, I would never recommend anyone live here. I have been here for 3 months and have faced PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM and I do not mean cute little issues like an outlet not working... I mean 4 kinds of mold in the fridge the first day I moved in, oven that literally smokes like a chimney, AC that doubles as an indoor rainforest. If it wasn't for Oliver's patience and Sonder's amazing skills I would have absolutely moved right on out. Giving this place another 3 months to redeem itself.

Just recently moved in and love the neighborhood, easy access to the frwy, and close to the mall. I met the new manager Suzy by requesting a work order and she seems very nice and has been very helpful. Love that it’s a small, quaint, and quiet complex. Overall I’m enjoying the apartment.

This 5-star rating is exclusively for our dedicated handyman Shawn Witte. In the face of the often unscrupulous and demanding nature of many tenants and management, Shawn puts his heart and soul into all of his work and has shown himself as (in my opinion) by far the most important member of the Westside Villas squad. That said, management would get one star from me. They claimed that my roommate and I didn't give sufficient notice to vacate, even though we informed them multiple times to no reply or slow reply. They then proceeded to dock more from our security deposit over this bullshit claim, comparable to voter suppression efforts in the wake of false election fraud claims. Shawn's awesome, but do not move here if you want to avoid any bullshit.

Under no circumstances should you live here. They lied to us about the apartment. Showed us an apartment with lots of light and said the unit we will get would have washer and dryer in unit and then stuck us in a grown level apartment that was very dark without washer or dryer. We never occupied the apartment (except for placing boxes there) for more than a few days and we were charged thousands of dollars they never returned. The leasing office is DISHONEST. They are liars.

I live almost two years at this building 2201 S Beverly Glen Blvd, it was amazing service and management was on top of maintaining best service but recently new owner bought the business out and everything became worse than horrible!!! trash nobody cleans for weeks, meaning just pull it outside to get emptied but none done within 10 days collecting!!! disgusting! ten units per floor yet only one laundry machine working and other laundry stays with old water half way full smells like dead body but manager doesn't care much to call repair service. my door lock wasn't working and I texted manager, called, left voice note, eventually I fixed out of my pocket, I even called emergency maintenance line talked to representative left request for emergency service and nobody ever called back!!! if you had thoughts to move in here, do yourself a favor, find better place!!!

We recently just moved in and needed some repairs done. The HVAC was noisy and we almost didn't think it was fixable. But we scheduled the repairs through their app (which is super helpful) and Sonder and his crew came by to fix each individual repair INCLUDING the HVAC which is now brand new thanks to Sonder. Repairs are fixed in a timely manner and always get done.

The location is absolutely perfect. Shawny assisted me with the viewing. Main downside, no in-unit washer/dryer. Complex is well maintained. It is also not one of those mega complexes which I can't stand.

Don't live here if you care about security! I have had over 7 packages stolen (with proof of delivery from the carrier) over the last year, and absolutely nothing has been done about it. Leasing office is rude and unhelpful in resolving issues.

Sonder helped with the water intrusion that had come about due to the tub of the upstairs neighbor having a leak. He did everything and anything to fix the problem, and thankfully succeeded. He was extremely communicative with every step and made sure I knew everything going on. Appreciate his help.

Shawn always goes above and beyond when it comes to providing service. He first came to fix a broken lightbulb for me, and after he completed that job, he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. He was so good that he helped do paint touch ups and caulking in my shower for me even though I hadn't requested for that originally. I was so impressed by how precisely and neatly he did his work. He was the first service technician who cleaned up before he left. He was pleasant and nice, and he did his work very professionally.

I just moved in to westside villas building 5 and had a lot of maintenance issues that I was waiting to be fixed. I luckily bumped into Sonder Singh in the elevator and he helped me fix the glass closet doors in my baby room, a clogged sink and purchased a new faucet within 15-20 minutes out of the goodness of his heart! He didn't even have to because the orders were not placed. His so willingness to help made this initial move so much better. He is a diamond in the rough and west side villas is lucky to have him. It's not the building or apartment that is amazing - it's Sonder and his amazing service/maintenance skills!

Moved in 3 years ago to the Westside Villas. When we first moved in, the original staff with Nielco etc. were great. Nielco was moved to a different property and new staff came on. At first, it was a little bumpy with a little hiccups here and there. But now, they have been great! Suzy was very easy to work with. She is kind, understanding, attentive and sticks to her word. Moving out can be quite the process and sometimes you are stuck with hidden charges. However, Suzy let me know exactly what to expect and she delivered. She was transparent and answered any questions I had. Suzy made the process easy! Great location and a great complex in Century City. It is just a 15 min walk from the newly remodeled Century City Westfield Mall.

I have been living here since 2012 and the old management was GREAT! I felt safe, I felt like they cared, and they took care of the place. It felt like home as a single parent of two little children. They had all packages delivered to the office so people could not steal them if left outside our doors and would do what normal management companies do, if a lightbulb was out, they would replace it. New management has taken over and they manage office buildings and honestly I feel like a business to them, a dollar sign, not a family in a home. When I walk in with my kids, the manage looks and treats my kids like they are vermin, not friendly at all, they no longer take packages unless they don't require signature (so the important ones are left outside our door so others can steal them, and yes, Ive have things stolen here, from the laundry and from my porch, so NO it is NOT safe. Also, they no longer change lightbulbs!!! I have no clue how to get a ladder and change these super high fixtures or where to go... and was told if I ask again I will be charged for the time and the lightbulbs...really????? What are people with disabilities supposed to do or short people? I have lived in apartments in various parts of the city for over 30 years and NEVER has an apartment manager not changed lightbulbs at their expense on THEIR fixtures. They changed the recycle bins for a HUGE complex to just one small bin, not a ROW of bins...yeah lots of heart there...NOT and..this is even better THEY TRIPLED MY UTILITIES! The number of people who live in my apartment and our usage has NOT changed and they tripled it! I'm looking into my legal rights on this...but REALLY???? I'm NOT in a position with my children at the moment to be able to move for a few personal reasons related to my children, so I hope they get their act together and start having a heart and going back to being a heart based place that treats the many families that live in the building like a family place..NOT a corporate OFFICE BUILDING with BUSINESSES as tenants... Oh and there is constant construction of some kind making it super unsafe for my children to even get to the pool or the elevator or the office unless we walk a very long way around and for MONTHS since they got here I do NOT have access to the laundry right outside my door (a big reason I took the unit) or ... on the second floor- there is a HUGE hole in the ceiling and the wall trying to be covered up with plastic and it keeps breaking and super unsafe to walk by and they keep having fans so now Im wondering about mold??? who knows but its a disaster and unsafe and I have no word on when it will be fixed... so not sure about what people got to write those positive reviews but its NOT reality here. Anything positive has to do with the PRIOR management, Moss & Company who were great! But they are gone and now VESA Commercial runs this place like a heartless corporation.

My husband and I lived at Westside Villas since the building was constructed in 2001. In that time, we went from boyfriend and girlfriend to husband and wife to loving parents. We absolutely love the convenient location with great proximity to everything! We appreciated having an apartment with all the appliances. After 17+ years at Westside Villas, we are relocating, but I wanted to thank everyone at Equity Residential and Westside Villas for allowing our family to grow in such a great place! Great and friendly staff and maintenance crew!!! We are going to miss everyone!

I am writing to discuss our recent encounters at this apartment complex, which have immensely shadowed our living experience. We have repeatedly mentioned and asked the management office here on multiple occasions that we would like to get rid of the carpet flooring. But we were turned away because we lived on the third floor. We just learned that our next-door neighbors on the same floor are getting hardwood flooring throughout their apartment. This way of dealing with tenants in the same complex is not only incorrect and deceiving, it is discriminatory. We also learned that the building had bedbug infestation in multiple units, but no one was informed about this huge unsanitary problem! Note that on top of everything, we all share the same washing machines. Also note that my husband and I have been having itching problems and I had to see my internal physician and my dermatologist. After several tests they concluded that there were no systemic problems and my dermatologist asked if we have bed bugs. We said we didn't think so because we expected to be notified and accommodated by the community if this was a building issue. The lack of any notification to the tenants is not only negligence and, it promotes a serious health issue. On top of all that, there have been multiple reports of open threats made by neighbors towards other neighbors which led to numerous accounts of police presence in the building as well as some tenants suspecting possible prostitution in one of the units. We came to realize that we have been raising our newborn child in an unsafe, and unsanitary environment. After sending the above in an Email a couple of times the management finally brought the terminator company to inspect our unit although she could not visually see bedbugs during the day she confirmed that we had carpet beetles that cause itching, etc. Due to the above mentioned issues we decided to move out instead of renewing our lease. Besides all of these issues, after we did our walk through I took a video of the conditions of the apartment and sent it to all parties involved, including the maintenance team and the management team. I demonstrated that we are leaving the apartment without any more than normal wear and tear. There was no comment; instead after we moved out we got outrageous charges for paining and cleaning. They only agreed to remove $50 off of the over $230 charge for painting. Since they never objected to the painting being beyond wear and tear, which per contract is not an extra charge, we never attempted to paint. Had we been given the chance per the law we would have been able to avoid any charges. All of this aside we have been going back and forth for over a month to fix our bill so we could pay everything off. Although they have agreed to fix it, the balance is still incorrect and we are being threatened to pay or deal with a collection agency. This is by far the worst customer service we have received anywhere.

As a current resident, I can say with confidence that Westside Villas is quite possibly one of the most poorly managed buildings I have lived in. There is a complete lack of communication from the leasing office, constant turnover, and something is always broken in the apartment or the building. The maintenance crew is great, but the leasing office is just terrible. It was not like this at all when we moved in; however, things have really gone downhill in the past year. It is beyond just serviceable at this point.

This is the third time we have lived in this building, always coming back because we liked the community. This last time has been a nightmare! The new office staff of Lizzeth and Oliver is horrible. They do not address concerns in the building when questioned, instead they make excuses for why they aren't doing there jobs. When you do complain, they put the blame on you and claim to be innocent. We have been singled out because we are a gay couple and I have emails and event dates in writing to prove so. I have even spoken to the district manager Kevin who was of no help, claiming in an email to circle back with me and never did. Packages are stolen from the mail room (just look at the other reviews), the units are not maintained properly with screws in vents missing and sliding patio doors and windows with inoperable locks. The only plus is that the tenants are actually nice and respectful. So if you really don't care about concerns being taken care of or even being respected as a human being then this building is not for you .

Love the entire staff and energy the building has. The feng shui is enhanced with the talented Isaac who is always extra friendly and speedy, and Oliver, who is always warm and welcoming. Very clean and spacious. Have lived many places and this is by far my favorite. Thanks to everyone who makes this environment one of tranquility and peace. :)

Suzy and the entire team at Westside Villas was just incredible. Having first moved into this complex 2 1/2 years ago and then moving to New York and recently moving back to this same complex just last month, The experience was perfect organized and the entire team true professionals. I can't say enough about the incredible job this team has done to maintain their units and make the entire leasing experience a pleasurable one

Disclaimer: I am planning to move and am not a current tenant of this building. Last week, I called Westside Villas Apartments to schedule a viewing of any open units they may have. I was immediately connected to the property Manager Suzy and she was so helpful. Not only did she have answers for all my questions, she also let me know of the additional amenities the apartment and neighborhood has to offer. I saw that there were a lot of 1 star reviews and my experience with Suzy is definitely worth the 5 star rating. I'm going to be viewing a unit next week and she let me know she would be there personally as well to make sure everything went smoothly. A++ for customer service, this girl deserves a raise!

AVOID DEALING WITH THIS PLACE! Yes it looks nice and new but you will hate it the second you have to deal with management! The main manager is the most rude person I have ever met. She will act all nice to you and like she's doing a good job but takes weeks to return messages, gives numerous excuses to certain problems and is very inefficient. The other people working there have no clue about anything. Also, moving out is a nightmare, don't expect to get your deposit back. They will do anything not to pay and come up with stupid little fees here and there. And even though they take long to solve ever little issue they expect you to pay the second they solve and if you don't they right away get you to collections. (This happened to me, took them 2 months to get rid of unnecessary charges and didn't even give me a 5 day period to pay them even though I moved 2 hours away) They are Ridiculously overpriced and will make you hate living there. Trust me I've lived at many apartment complexes and have never had such a horrible experience with ignorant management people.

Ok, I know that everyone says this, but if I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would. Please, PLEASE do not move in here. I can't even begin to tell you all the problems I had with this place. The building I was in was infested with cockroaches. I would see them outside in the courtyard and eventually they made it into my unit. When I contacted the management and maintenance came, I was flat out told that it was a problem in the building, and they wouldn't do anything about it! NOTHING! I had bugs in my unit for over 4 months before I was able to get management to send somebody. I have never been so miserable. Add to that how disrespectful everyone I encountered was. They won't give you the time of day. I would call, leave messages, and send emails and it would take weeks for anyone to get back to me. They are severely understaffed and just don't care enough about their tenants to properly take care of them. It's a pet friendly building and almost everyone has a pet. A neighbor decided that their chinchilla would be happier roaming the courtyard than being in their unit, so it let it lose in the building and would feed it by the elevators. I would come home from work and see it eating the plants. It made a mess everywhere and when myself and other neighbors contacted management about it, they could have cared less. It's probably still roaming around for all I know. And no one picks up after their pets. The tenants above me let their dog pee off their balcony on onto ours. The man across the hall from me would just let his dog pee in the hallway. The courtyard smelled rancid, and the lobby area was always filthy. I could go on and on. Bottom line. Moving out was the happiest day of my life. Please, do yourself and your wallet (considering they'll raise your rent $500 after the first year) a favor and find somewhere else to call home.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES I MADE!!! I am a current resident! yeah unfortunately I have to deal with this apartment for 9 more months. The leasing consultants are nice but inefficient. If you sign a lease with them make sure to secure copies/proof of every single payment you make because they messed up my account several times and now I have a new accounting problem. So what they did was they deposited my check to the wrong bank, which resulted to of course me being charged with two late fees and a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit! Another thing one of their maintenance guy almost burned my unit by leaving the gas oven on!!! So be careful this place may look pretty but I would turn my head the other way!

I live in the Beverly Glen apartments and I love it. There are 3 large buildings, the building I live in has washer and dryers in each unit. The leasing office is also in the same building. Each apartment has a fireplace, column and striped laminate floors. You can pay rent and submit maintenance requests online and they will be on it within a day or two. There are over 40 floor plans so any one should fit your needs. The fountains and greenery make a calming atmosphere. The rooftop has a great view of century city skyline and Wilshire high rises. It is also pet friendly.

Don't rent from here. My electric bill is $400.00 every other month because my neighbor likes it hot and the insulation between units is shit. I hear the person above me every night moving shit around all night. The management staff is rude. I had my car broken into my first night here Someone is stealing my mail from UPS signing as someone from the office. Bullshit building, bullshit company, dont rent.

Great customer service. The staff here is hilarious and very helpful. I've had a great experience every time I come in and couldn't ask for anything more from a leasing consultant. D'angelo specifically was extremely helpful with getting the apartment and I highly recommend checking out Westside Villas for a quality place to live. The apartments are very kept up. The places are very modern and they will take care of anything immediately. I'm thoroughly satisfied as a current renter.

This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. While some of the staff is nice, Shawny in the leasing office and the maintenance guys, the rest of the management actively works against the tenants. They are constantly conducting all day fire alarm tests and "garage cleaning" which require you to move your car at 7am. They offer no amenities and charge top dollar. On top of that there is a fluctuating water bill that started at $111 per month and is now at $160 per month. My water usage hasn't changed. These terrible apartments offer no privacy as tenants can see in through the windows as they walk to their unit. This place is so awful. I can't wait to move out.

We rented one of the top stries 2 bedrooms and it was not a pleasant experience for the amount they charge (over 3,000 a month!) The walls seem to be made of paper, the AC unit had constant problems and never cooled down our unit. Neighbors leave trash and pizza boxes outside their doors. We let the office manager, Nielco Pate, know of the situation, but sadly, she is completely useless and will never respond to any of your complaints. Not to mention all the added fees they will literally steal from you during the application process. Water pressure is so low that it is nearly impossible to wash dishes, scratched cabinets, ugly bathroom finitions and the list goes on and on. But the worst part is how inefficient the management company is and especially the leasing office. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER.

Absolutely the most unprofessional leasing company I have dealt with!!!! The leasing consultant was so nice and tried to be helpful, two weeks before move-in we found out FROM THE CABLE COMPANY that we would not be getting the unit we already signed a lease for. The leasing consultant was not informed by management about the changes, so two weeks before our cross country move, they did not inform us of any changes. They tried to offer a unit one floor above without the same amenities, would not even consider giving a 1/2 month to month off. THE LEASING MANAGER OF THE BUILDING MUST BE INCOMPETENT. We already paid about $4500 in fees for the unit. We are two physicians, they lost great tentants. This level of unprofessionalism to not notify us is completely unacceptable. They did not even try to remedy the situation. I am having my lawyer look into the situation and we better get all of our money we put on this unit back!

I have lived here for over a year now and I can not explain how much I regret choosing this place. The management was great at first, but once they try to raise the rent by $400 a month plus after your first year....it all goes down hill. 1. Safety..... they allow anyone to live here. The building is supposed to be smoke free and people are always smoking weed and cigarettes INSIDE. Throwing up in elevators here is apparently normal as well. Disgusting. The garage is not secure and the gate breaks constantly. Someone hit my car and did not leave a note IN MY OWN garage. They did not let me see the cameras and told me " most of our cameras are actually broken" 2. Price...... for $3200 plus ALL utilities, you can do way better in LA. The only positive about this place is the location and the interior of the apartments. I am moving out of here as fast as I can. Horrible place! Beware!

Since most of you wont read this novel, i'll save you a few minutes. Bottom line-STAY AWAY. The only way for management to respond is by writing a review that will be read by others so here we go. My girlfriend and I have lived here for a little over a year and our experience has been satisfactory at best. However, recently the management has become lazy and refuses to protect its tenants. Last week I was legally parked in a parking space on the property and was hit by a visitors car. The total damage to my car was over 3k. My car is parked in a fully lit surveillanced area with a camera pointing DIRECTLY at my car. When I asked for management to help me view the camera, she replied that we needed a "court order" to view the camera. This is completely false and rather than reporting the incident to upper management, my "leasing coordinator" (Neilco Pate) decided to play lawyer and acted like she knew the law. I asked many times to speak to someone in the corporate office and was ignored. I then went around her to speak with someone in the corporate office named Chad. Chad was equally incompetent when I approached him for help and simply replied "I'll get to the cameras when I can". What does that even mean? The only thought as to why they will not help me get to the bottom of who hit my car is either because they are lazy or they are protecting an employee who hit my car since I park right next to employee parking spaces. When I called the police to investigate the hit and run they also told me it was "bullshit" that they wouldn't help. Moreover, there has been weed smoke coming from ONE particular unit that just moved in. I made a request for management to look into this as it VIOLATES everyones lease agreement to not smoke anywhere in the building, and I have been ignored. The weed smoke is violating our quiet use and enjoyment of our home and qualifies as a PRIVATE NUISANCE. If something is not done within a reasonable time, to at least investigate or warn these tenants I will file a lawsuit for damages. Security- There is none. The front door is open half the time and you never know who is coming in and out. Other issues: At least once a week there is some person who thinks it is ok to just vomit in the elevator and leave it there. This is a common occurrence and although our maintenance team does a great job cleaning and maintaining the building, management and the leasing office has done nothing to investigate the issue. **Insert useless response from social media director here.

Do not even bother.... management is rude, overpriced, then they raise your rent $150 immediately, the worst DUST problem....they don't change air filters and white stuff everywhere, even if you close the windows, hot water takes for ever to heat up, NOSY OLD PERSIAN LADIES...THEY WILL SNOOP IN YOUR LIFE....even shut front door if your carrying in groceries from car, gates get stuck all the time open, cars have been broken into. Only nice thing is maintenance people....they stay busy!!!!

I put a $175 deposit for an apartment with the understanding that it would be refundable past the 24 hour allotted time since I wasn't able to see the actual unit until a few days after. The building manager Nielco assured me that she would talk to corporate to make sure I get the refund if I didn't like the unit once I saw it. She blatantly lied and my deposit was never refunded. She completely went back on her word and denied that she made that promise. What a horrible and unethical way to do business. This company only cares about making money at any cost. Not to mention the number of times she asked me to fill out the review form after my meeting with her so she could get her bonus. Very unprofessional.

Love this place. The amenities are great and the property management is always receptive on time. That's the most important thing about being a tenant is to get help quickly as possible. Location is perfect as well. There are plenty of Destinations for food and exercise within the vicinity of the apartment.

My husband and I lived here for the past 3 years and now we're moving into our first home and we are going to miss it here! The building is always well kept and maintenance has always been great with anything We needed. Ill miss the ROOFTOP LOUNGE most of all! Suzy from the Leasing office was super helpful moving in and is making moving out super easy. We will definitely miss it here- Wish we could stay!

Service was awesome!!! Scheduled an appointment with Suzy for a showing, and she was very professional, courteous, and attentive. The units look great, and seem very well maintained. This property is currently on the top of my list as my future residence. I am person who is very particular with customer service, and the service staff at this property was very focused to their tenants, and seem like they are on top of their $hit. I will be going back to take a second tour with Suzy for an upcoming unit which will be vacant soon.

Quiet location with friendly staff. I put in a maintenance request and they are quick to fix the issues. I've lived at previous apartments where the service was absolute horrifying but this place goes beyond my expectation. I highly recommend here for anyone that's wanting a quiet location with excellent staff

If I could give this negative stars, I would. Living and dealing with Westside Villas Apartment is a nightmare. 1. I lived in the Beloit property. There was a neighbor who refuses to give up drumming in apartment. There was a point of calling the police multiple times a day, which was no help. Westside Villas, as the apartment company, was very reluctant, and tried to dodge the bullet everytime there was a complaint. Finally, tired of dealing with the neightbor and Westside Villas almost everyday for 8+ months, I chose to pack all my belonging and moved out. GET THIS, Westside Villas, not only provide any help, insisted on the punishing me for moving out early, and had me paid early termination fee, and all the utility fees even when I no longer lived there. 2. Throughout my time as a tenant, most people in the Westside Villas Apartment office were very irresponsible and hard to deal with. All they care is have you sign the 1 year lease. Once the leased is signed, they did a very good job ignoring tenants. In addition, they will prompty raise your rent by at least $300-$400 dollars yearly. They do so because they know there is a high demand due to it's location. 3. The apartment itself is full of cheap materials and thin walls. Although the exterior looks pretty new. They used very cheap woods, especiallly between the floors. I could hear every sound when my upstairs neighbor make, such as opening and closing the kitchen drawer, every sound, every time. The bottom line is that this place doesn't care about customers. Because they can easily attract tenants due to the nice location, they really don't care. I feel bad for the next person who will move into my old apartment, because I know the same thing would happen to him/her. Westside Villas Apartment, will still charge and fine him/her, regardless if there is any kind of legitmate reason. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
