One of the best experience I ever had. A great place and with excellent service , I would like to commend Mr. Ferdinand for making our experience a truly memorable one. Definitely will come back and will recommend to family and friends.

My family had a lovely afternoon here at Wet Deck. The large pool has a swim up bar, an awesome slide that the kids enjoyed a lot, and a lovely ambience. I think this is the best pool amongst all the beach/pool clubs here in Singapore. The staff, especially Ferdinand, took very good care of us, moving us to a shady spot without us asking. They definitely went above and beyond to help us make the most of our visit. We will be back, thank you Ferdinand and team!

Had a splendid experience at Wet Deck recently. The place is spectacular and we had a great with the Wet Deck team especially Mr.Ferdinand - he is such an amazing person. He really served us with so much professionalism and he is has a great sense of humour where all of us were really entertained by him. Truly a memorable and remarkable experience at the Wet Deck. The service was impeccable, especially from Mr. Ferdinand. The experience made me feel like home. There are luxurious hotels and venues out there. but Wet Deck service significantly stands out. Aside from being professional and knowledgable; knowing thay it was my birthday meal, Mr. Ferdinand went out of his way to ensure it was an unforgettable birthday for me. This personal touch made my day and will be back with more friends soon! Will be there next week!

We recently had our staycation at W hotel and the experience was superb! The staff are all welcoming and check in was a breeze. The room is cosy and spacious. Bed was neatly done and bathroom was clean. We really love the pool especially my kids! We would like to give a special shout out to Mr Ferdinand for helping with carrying our things to the poolside and very patient with our endless request. He is also very good with kids and super friendly! My boy liked him a lot! Thank you so much for entertaining my kids :) Great time to just unwind and relax with family and thank you W Hotel and Wet Deck team for the remarkable experience! :)
