Solid friendly neighbourhood restaurant. Friendly, attentive service, fast kitchen and perfectly cooked steak. The menu selection isn't vast, but I like that sometimes. It's got a great drinks list and even better cocktails. We will definitely be back regularly as it's very reasonably priced and handy that we're only a short walk away.

Ambience was nice (good to see full restaurants again after the COVID chaos). Service was friendly and pleasant. Food was hot, fast and beautifully presented. Well priced and great overall experience.

Nice suburban restaurant in Bronte. No wait for a table and friendly welcoming staff on arrival. It was busy this day but we still got a table with no wait. The menu is classic and the quality of the food is good.

Had dinner here for the first time last night. Service was impeccable and the food was really really good. I had the fish special which was a pan fried barramundi - best barramundi I’ve ever had. So sad they’re closing soon

Great atmosphere, good location, great food, very accomodating with food intolerances, nice cocktails, great interior and nice cocktails. Overall reasonable priced. Great for a birthday dinner or catch up with friends.

Fantastic food. I had the slow cooked lamb. It was cooked so nicely. The waiter Andy was a standout. Nothing was a problem, very quick on servicing us. I’d definitely be back.

We've always had great meals at Wet Paint. Our last meal was just the two of us, but with two, or even with a large group, the service has always been pleasant and attentive. The food is delicious, and we are unable to resist the desserts.

This is a great local, the meals are really great quality and price. Had the Bouillabaisse, to die for.

Yelp
I know you set yourself up to fail when you have expectations - but I couldn't help myself - Wet Paint looked so great from the outside and it's called "Wet Paint" whats not too love? Well I guess to answer that I would have to say the food. I guess you would call the food "Modern Australian" with a mix of meats and fish on the menu - and whilst the descriptions sound alluring - "Salmon Petits Pois quick seared and finished in the oven with petits pois and chive creme fraiche" its pretty average and nothing too exciting is happening in the flavor department. The prices are.... ok... mains cost between $25 - $30 - so it's middle range for Sydney I suppose... the atmosphere is nice.... but when you're a more "sophisticated" restaurant, I think it's only fair that you live up to your patrons expectations... A disappointment.

Yelp
The place looked great from the outside and I had good expectations from the look of the restaurant. Although, It is nosier than most restaurants, and yes a little tight on space, but I found both of these added to the ambience. The food was good, generous sized servings. Although I can't vouch for the rest of the menu, although I'm sure the other items are also big portions. We were there on a busy night and the service was pretty good considering it was full. The service was fine, extremely timely, and all up a pleasant evening was had. But when the food was brought out, the chicken was dry and not of substance, and the best part of the night was the dessert but then, it was only a piece of banana bread on a plate with a rich butterscotch sauce. We wont be coming back anytime soon.

Yelp
Went there on Saturday night. The staff were confused the food was confused the decor equally confused. I had the lamb cutlets they were over cooked and the cous-cous was inedible, way too much salt and I can't describe the texture. Avoid this restaurant or eat at your own risk
