I have been working at this coworking space for over three years, and unfortunately, I’ve seen a significant decline in the quality of management — especially at the level of the site managers.
There is a growing sense of disregard for paying members. People who hold valid memberships are often limited in their use of common areas due to poorly planned events. For example, when events are scheduled on the terrace or in shared zones, regular members are asked to relocate or leave, which directly affects our ability to work.
Sadly, the experience has become frustrating due to the behavior and attitude of the site managers — particularly Yomi and Misa — whose approach often feels more exclusionary than supportive.
As someone who has invested in this space for years, I believe all members deserve respectful treatment, reliable facilities, and transparent communication — none of which are currently being delivered.
