I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience at WeWork Jerusalem. I reserved a desk for the day, expecting a dedicated and peaceful common space, but to my dismay, no such area existed.
Instead, the desks were situated in the bustling kitchen and reception areas, resulting in constant noise and distractions due to heavy foot traffic.
To make matters worse, many people were inconsiderate of others, engaging in loud conversations. Moreover, the shared desks available were significantly undersized and overcrowded, leaving little personal space and making it uncomfortable to work alongside other people.
Furthermore, I was disappointed with the lack of helpfulness displayed by the team. It appeared that they were not proactive in addressing my concerns or trying to accommodate my needs. Instead of making an effort to assist and find a suitable solution, they seemed indifferent to my dissatisfaction.
I was offered to use the phone booth or book a meeting room as an alternative. Needless to say, the phone booth was an unsuitable option as it lacked a proper desk, and its cramped and claustrophobic nature made it impossible to spend the entire day there and booking a meeting room was excessively costly, consuming ten times the credits for the entire day, and unnecessary for my needs.
This lack of attentiveness and willingness to work towards a resolution further added to my negative experience.
If you're seeking a quiet place to concentrate, I must caution that WeWork Jerusalem is not the right choice, and I would suggest considering other alternatives. Frankly, a café would provide a similar ambiance and level of overcrowding, making it a more practical choice in this case.
