WeWork - Office Space & Coworking

Overall just alright - dropped in on demand at 945am and place was quite filled with early bird chopesters who wanted to reserve their seat. Counter staff service was average for this space at suntec - I had to enquire about the facilities as it was my first time at Wework, but wasn't super friendly or engaging like what the app said the engagement teams were. Overall spaces was pretty well lit for a two storey space with high ceilings but the place warms up quite a bit because of the sun, maybe management can look into turning the aircon temp down? Got a bit uncomfortable. Drinks were included in the package such as made to order coffee by a barista, and sparkling water starts at 12pm while beer starts at 4pm.

Good service by Beverly, she gave a very quick intro to the layout and barista timing, the essential info that all first time members need to know. What a contrast to the Poor service at 22nd Cross St Wework. The downside to this Wework is that its crowded on the 1st Level, with the view and high ceiling.

Mainly reviewing the signing up for a membership here. Lin, the Community Manager went above and beyond to conduct a virtual tour with allocated places for power sockets, calling booths and communal areas. I did not experience any hard selling as is usual with such service oriented industries. Lin really surpassed all expectations by going the extra mile with me. She did this while maintaining clear communication and even got back within an hour of our tour with a subsidised plan outside of regular memberships to meet my needs as a freelancer. The loveliest experience booking a virtual here! I am sure her added touch of service and bright demeanour is a highlight to the overall Wework co-working experience.

It's a great co-working space in a very convenient location. The office is clean and well maintained, staff very helpful if you need anything. An in house barista serves great coffee :)

WeWork with a great view of the city. If you’re coming from L1, take the escalator next to Starbucks to L2. The office lifts are opposite Watsons (L2). You’ll see two small lifts on the right - those are for the mall. Keep going until you see the counter on the right where you need to register to head up.

Nice and cosy place to work, free beer and coffee, relaxing seating what does one need. 😀
