Some friends and I had lunch at this establishment today. We had a Groupon and inform the waitress beforehand that we would be using it and wanted to know if there were any offers that would contradict with the Groupon. We ordered their brunch with unlimited drinks and went over the price with the waitress. She said there was no problem. When the bill came it was twice as much as we expected it to be. The manager explained that the waitress was new and gave us the wrong information. She said she would take a look at the bill. When she came back, the bill was even larger than before. She stated that the waitress had made a few mistakes and that this is the new amount that we owed. We were irrate but respectful. We explained the situation but the manager was unwilling to work with us. We let her know that we would be informing Groupon and possibly the Better Business Bureau. When we reached out to Groupon, they responded promptly realizing the business had made a mistake and compensated us for it. I would avoid this establishment at all costs until there is new management. It was a stressful ending to what should've been a fun outing.
