What Goes Around Comes Around

This is a very honest review. I am very upset and feel ripped off!!! I paid $1,600 for a purse to present my wife and the leather began to crack week two of her utilizing it. My wife loves purses and this is the first bag that I thought was an authentic Louis Vuitton. Never Again!!!! This is so wrong and I had to pay it off or ruin my credit. I sent letters and messages and never received a reply. Yeah, I’m not happy at all!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

Beautiful store with such an incredible collection of quality, unique designer pieces but what left a lasting impression and makes us want to return to purchase was the customer service. We came here after a long day of travel, looking quite dishevelled and probably not like their typical paying customer. None of the less we were greeted with warmth and friendliness from all their staff and were helpfully informed about their store and selection. Their passion for what they do was very evident. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM - I purchased a Chanel watch in December of 2024 which was listed as being in "Excellent" condition, however the watch I received looks like it was dragged across concrete. The dial and hands were also damaged and the crystal even fell off 2 days after receiving it. I emailed customer service asking for a return or exchange and received no response. 3 months later the sales rep texted me about a coupon or something and I laid it all out again over text and they literally left me on read. Clearly I was not sent the watch that I believed I was getting and this was a malicious bait and switch. Still to this day a year later I have not received a response.

I'm so in love with this store!! I found the perfect vintage Chanel handbag I've been looking for for years!! I also bought an awesome Chanel belt/necklace that I'm so in love with.

DO NOT GO THERE! THEY’RE RACIST! I went there 2 days ago with my mom and my husband. When we got out of the store two cops came to « talk » to my husband (who is black) and accused him of stealing something (an employee called the police)! My husband is not a thief and anybody that came in this store know that all the bags and stuff are in glass boxes and you need a key to open it! I wait more than 1h in the rain with my mom, we could’nt wait in our car nor in the store !!! When the police watch the surveillance camera and realize he did NOTHING, nobody came to apologize, not even the manager! WHAT A SHAME. I’m never going back in this store, I’m more than disapointed! 🤮🤮

Reviews speak for themselves. This place is horrible at customer service. Why waste your money on rent when no one buys anything because of how you all treat them?

High end vintage designer clothes and accessories store .. prices seemed ok .. you get what you pay for, lots of very unique items for sale here and if your looking for unique this is definitely a place to visit, good selection of both male and female items available.

Super rude. I had just left the Broome location and was sent to this location Bcs they had the item I wish to purchase that the Broome location did not. I went to line up to the store to receive entry (despite no one being in the shop) but that's okay.. someone open the door and told me I had to wait a few minutes (again that's ok) but then they brushed me off with a dismissive hand gesture (like I was a fly) and told me I had to wait further away from the door. Again.. that's okay. I was waiting about a minute (again no one in the shop but it's cool) and another person opened the door and they immediately let them in without a wait. If that person had an appointment that's all good but to a person looking to purchase a specific item and waiting outside the in cold it feels unwelcoming, rude and frankly a bit embarrassing. It's funny bcs you can go right across the street to the Chanel and receive a warm greeting. Kind of a bummer I've gone to the Broome location a bunch of times and had the best experience. Just be more welcoming people wanting to shop don't deserve to be treated like that. Not cool fashion is abt having fun and great experiences not exclusivity and pompous attitudes
