Whippoorwill Retreat Treehouse

I actually meant to leave this review a couple years ago when I stayed there in the Fall with my previous partner and her young son; My apologies for the delay. I was too busy daydreaming about my extremely special time there. It was very clean. The natural view was a breath of fresh air and so inspiring. Their private chef went out of his way to designed a vegan menu for my partner and myself at the time of our stay. This was easily the most unforgettable, serene, and cozy place I have ever experienced. The trail was so perfect for hiking and hearing the crunch of leaves underfoot. Even the wine they provided local to Trenton, Georgia was so delicious. Those are only a FEW highlights and I will be forever grateful that I got to live my dream of staying in a treehouse thanks to my Mom's generosity of the coziest vacation ever. 🤍🍂⛰️

The Whippoorwill Retreat Treehouse was such a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable place to stay. What a great treehouse, and to be surrounded by God's creation is amazing! The rocking bed is a must to sleep in (they also have another bed on the upper level with a skylight), and the kitchen comes equipped with necessary items, such as plates, cups, paper towels, soap, microwave, and a minifridge/freezer. We also enjoyed spending time on the balcony. It is nice to hear the sound of nature around you. The staff at Whippoorwill go out of their way to make one's stay a pleasant one. And it was so kind of them to have a gift basket waiting for us when we entered the treehouse! We were also grateful that they left the lights on for us along the path when we arrived in the late evening. And Amber was really helpful in answering questions we had regarding our arrival. Many thanks to Whippoorwill staff for making our stay a pleasant one!

Awesome getaway for the weekend for my husband and I to spend in nature. It was very peaceful. Susan and Billy are great hosts!
