"Whistler Farmer's Market The Whistler Farmer’s arket is the ideal place to find a cornucopia of fresh produce and artisanal goods from the surrounding Pemberton Valley area in the warmer months. The combination of live music, beautiful produce, artisanal food products, and local craft vendors culminate to create a uniquely Whistler market experience. On a hot day, nothing beats a couple scoops of handcrafted gelato from the Whistler based artisanal Italian gelaterie Lucia Gelato. For the more adventurous foodie, there’s Jeggs Okonomiyaki, a Japanese savoury cabbage pancake stand. The market runs from mid June to mid October in Whistler's Upper Village. I recommend finding your way to the market by foot, as the market is a popular weekly event and parking can be a major headache."

This has got to be one of the best farmers markets that we have ever been to! The variety of food vendors compliment other vendors that sell local products so well, and the organizers have done a fantastic job creating a welcoming and fun environment for visitors/ guests/ tourists of all ages :) The food prices here are very reasonable (in terms of a farmers market, so don’t expect a bargain by any means) and all the vendors we visited took cards, which is a huge advantage over the other ones we have visited. The quality of the food was also top notch - big shout out to Taiwanese Bento for the mouthwatering scallion pancake wraps 🤤 The live music was a cherry on top of an overall amazing experience. I can’t think of a better way to kickstart your morning in Whistler if you are around the village on Sundays 🤭☀️

I recently visited this farmers market and was thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of organic groceries available. The fresh produce was vibrant and flavorful, and it was clear that the vendors took great care in growing and preparing their goods. I particularly enjoyed the innovative products on offer, from maple syrup, artisanal jams and handmade cheeses to unique baked goods. The market had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly vendors eager to share their stories and offer samples. It’s clear that there’s a commitment to supporting local farmers and small businesses, which I greatly appreciate.

The farmer's market happens every Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM. We got there at around 1, and there were a lot of people, but it didn't feel overcrowded. They have lots of vendors selling local goods, jewelry, arts & crafts, produce, and some food vendors - but not a lot. The only ones I recall were scallion pancakes, bibimbap, lemonade, shave ice, and pizza. We ended up getting some scallion pancakes and bibimbap. We also bought some syrups from the shaved ice stand. Most of the prices seem very fair, considering how expensive Whistler is in general. There's nothing amazing about this farmer's market but it's nice if you want to check out some local items, and if you have nothing to do.

The Whistler Farmers’ Market is worth checking out if you’re in the village on Sunday during the warmer months. There are vendors selling cooked food, beverages, fruits, vegetables, art, clothing, jewelry, and household goods. Lots of local vendors from Whistler and Squamish area. There is even live music.

Among the Vendors in the Whistler Farmers Market is Whistler Artisan HOLLY MITCHELL. Her prints on the flora and fauna are vibrant and colourful. The Whistler Farmers Market is held every Sunday from mid June to October. Her prints are also available at the Whistler Visitor Center.

We were here during Crankworx at the end of July. Very crowded and busy (as was all of Whistler). Thought that was a lot more “crafty” type vendors than actual produce vendors as the lovely photos others have posted here. Still a nice chance to stroll and enjoy the experience.

Great market, lots of cool things! My favourite is the British Baker, super delicious fresh and awesome baked goods. Very professional kind food handler.. Always courteous.

Not user friendly for disabled persons. Less vendors, yes covid, I know. I am sure Whistler could have found a better spot than the current one. No bakery booth. But at least the hand pies was there ❤❤❤

Yelp
Whistler is home to my absolute favourite farmer's market! For starters, their produce is always in season. Depending on the time of year, you may only see one or two produce vendors at the market, but on my most recent trip I noticed three; two fruit stands and one veggie mini market. One of the fruit stands was carrying fresh, local goji berries, which was a fun surprise. I'd never seen or tasted a fresh goji berry before and the fact that they were local was just an added bonus. The variety of food/artisanal goods is phenomenal. Whenever I come, I always binge on, well, basically everything. This time, I got a snow cone from Frost Bites, a horchata from Aguas Frescas, and a plateful of paella from Entucasa. When was the last time you had a snow cone? If your answer is "too long ago" then you will not be disappointed if/when you buy one from Frost Bites. They use their own syrups to flavour them, leading to some unique--yet downright delicious--flavour combinations. I got lychee yuzu and peach with lemon verbena. I seriously recommend that you try Aguas Frescas; they've recently expanded to selling their products at markets outside of Whistler, and for good reason; people--myself especially--can't get enough of them! I love all their flavours, I love that all the ingredients they use are simple (no preservatives here!), and I love how friendly they are. The paella from Entucasa was good; there was a nice portion size on the plate but after paying $15, I wanted more than just one spot prawn. Also, I missed the chorizo, which was not included in this dish. Whether you've never been to a farmer's market before or love them like I do, the Whistler Farmer's Market is a nice place to start.

Yelp
The food scene in the Whistler Farmers Market sure has blown me away! I can't believe the variety they have here and it was really great to discover the new vendors along with a few of our old favourites! Some of the food we tried included Seafood Paella + Okonomoyaki + Guanbana + Apple Pocket Pie. They were are very tasty! And you can't leave Whistler without one or a bag full of of the pocket pies - they are so fresh and packed full of fillings inside!!! Highly recommend making a stop when you are at Whistler on a Sunday!

Yelp
Lots interesting stuff, like gelato, pizza, crepes, pies, gluten-free baked goods and things like plant holders, artisan crafts etc. But not many fresh fruit and vegetables.

Yelp
The Whistler Farmer's Market is usually open Sunday mornings from Jun-Oct, but I lucked out and it was open on Saturday as well. There weren't as many vendors, but the market still had a fair amount of action. You had the usual and always welcome fresh local fruit as well as some ice cream samples. There were free goodies, balloons and inflatable slides for the kids. If you're in the area, I'd recommend checking it out.

Yelp
From Sunday from June to October (11am - 4pm), the Whistler Farmer's Market is opened to many local vendors, bringing total uniqueness and flare from jewelery, home bakes, clothing, organics and much much more.... I love the kiddy activities that are happening at the upper village - mini golf, jumping trampoline, along with the hustle and bustle of everyone walking around (with and without their dogs), scoping out what is "in".. and trying out different samples from fudge, breads and dips, and sipping on a cup of coffee or having lunch at one of the local cafes. Prices are reasonable, people are friendly and there is something for everyone.

Yelp
I stumbled upon this market coming up for an early breakfast on Sunday morning. I was surprised at how organized, and how fresh the products being sold were. Just be advised, bring cash, as their may be things you will find, that you will want to buy. From starting to just have coffee in the upper village, I kept on eating at vendor establishments. The fresh produce was abundant, and the prepared baked goods just begged me to come and spend my money to sink my teeth into each of them. There are many samples to try, from breads, nuts, spreads, and whoever is participating at the market. I hope to come here again before this market ends in October, as there was some stuff I just forgot to buy, but if you are in Whistler, do come up here and enjoy all that is offered here, you will not be disappointed!

Yelp
I don't understand why it's called a farmers market when there is zero produce being sold except for wild mushrooms by one lady. I came with grocery bags hoping to buy some delicious veggies but left with no veggies. After strolling for a few minutes, we realized how silly it was to think there would be veggies when this market really caters to tourists. There was food and baked goods but only the mushroom vendor. No fruits, vegetables, potatoes etc. They ought to change the name to Whistler Artisanal Market/Fair because that's more fitting. We also found the parking situation ridiculous. Could they not have negotiated with the village to hold it in one of the huge parking lots and allot the rest to parking? Other than that, some of the vendors were really awesome. The coconama chocolate stand was phenomenal. I don't even like chocolate and I couldn't have enough of hers. They weren't overly sweet and she had so many flavors to choose from. We got a necklace from another vendor and some amazing homemade flax crackers. Come visit with the mindset it's an artisanal experience and not an actual farmers market, and you won't be surprised or disappointed.

Yelp
Such a wonderful farmers market at the Blackcomb Base. Great mix of vendors from kettle corn to soaps to fine art. We always get shave ice and pick up some berries and produce for cooking in house while on vacation. Something for everyone at this summer venue.

Yelp
There's hardly anything I love more than arriving at a place off season. Not that there's really an 'off' in Whistler, but it's nice not to have to bump your way through a crowd. Pausing at the many booths/tables with out peering over someone's shoulder or reaching under their arm (depending how short you are) is SO much more pleasant. I'd personally rather trip over a dog than a whole family. Pups are welcome and the spirit is high. The quality and variety at this very locally grown market makes it worth a stop if you can catch it on any Sunday from mid June until October 7th. Highlights: Maison Cote gourmet spices, salts, balsamic and olive oils. Pure Bread rustic 'peasant' style bread loaves, (enough to drive you insane if you're Celiac.) The maple guys with their maple on a stick candy. Kettle corn. Yes of course there are stall after stall of local Pemberton grown produce and fruits, the last of the season. Next will be jams and jellies, no doubt. There's even a pickle stand and a Pizza food truck! What more could you want but pickles and pizza? Gelato? Yup, there was a gelato stand as well. Eat yourself silly, in one of the most gorgeous places in BC.

Yelp
Little farmers market in Whistler which is held each Sunday during the summer. We had some amazing bibimbab, fresh fruit and ice cream here. Our items were reasonably priced, but I saw a few stalls were I thought the pricing was just ridiculous.

Yelp
I must admit that this market is pretty good. For a tourist, it has some tasty food options. Of course, it has the fruit and vegetable stands and a bunch of specialty booths too, but for someone who looking for some different food choices, it meets the requirement. We always have the Aussie (Aussie Pie Co.) pies $8 -they are all really good, but the bacon cheese one sells out fastest and we missed it too. The traditional is a good standby, but I think the Ned Kelly might be my second choice now. You can get them frozen. We also tried the okonomiyaki, which was good. While waiting for that, I went across the walk and got some Argentina baked empanadas 2 for $7. We tried all four of their flavours and liked the caprese and the caramelized onion flavours the best. We finished things off with some churros. It was hard to resist some of the other food offerings ... Maybe we will try them next time after we get our Aussie pies.
