Very dated rooms with dingy lighting. The bed was clean, but the blankets were ripped.
The rooms are not well soundproofed, and you can hear cars driving by quite loudly. If you’re there in the summer, don’t expect good AC: they have a portable AC unit on wheels set up in a window.
The amenities are so old and run down that they almost look scary. This place is worthy of student housing and brings me back to my college days, but not for the better.
The hotel itself is a maze, good luck finding your room!
At least the staff is very nice.

Came with a family of 4. 2 adults, 2 teens. Had the 1 bedroom sofa pull out bed. Excellent location. |Best thing was the washer & dryer. Bring/buy at store washing pods/dryer sheets. Steps away from village walk with stores, restaurants & pharmacy||Close to Whistler Mtn. So an easy walk to the slopes. ||Observation: |Bed in bedroom is set very close to the wall so one side is open. No bedside table so electronics were on the floor. Not a lot of outlets so bring travel outlet extender. ( we had 4 phones, electric hand warmers, phone chargers & iPad. I uploaded a photo of my portable outlet extension 😳😂) ||Would stay again. Place is like a condo

Great place to stay with a family (4).: The second double bed is a Murphy fold out rather than a sofa so works great as you can pack it up into cupboard and create more space in room. Kitchen was very functional and the room we stayed in had a washing machine and dryer (not sure if they all do?)Main bed very comfortable and the Murphy bed surprisingly too. Vallet ski service is just at reception and only to store at the back rather than to take to and from the slopes (as wife had hoped and mentioned more than once 😂). The location is really great and the side street to slopes really only took about 5 mins walk which was brilliant. No getting away from how much everything is over here but whistler peak lodge is really great value under the circumstances. The late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am) isn’t great but they will hold luggage.

We stayed for 2 nights mid February at $400/night for a standard room! prior to arrival called them to say we will be arriving at 9am and asked for early checkin - could not check in until 3pm, they said they were busy - ok fine!
Once checked in we discovered that the hot tub/ jaccuzzi has been out of order for some time and the gym is really 2 elliptical machines from the 90’s; no weights or anything.
In the evening we tried to connect to ‘Netflix’ on the ‘smart tv’ but realized there were no streaming apps, movies, or anything, only live cable. After waiting over an hour for a technician to come , nice guy but visible annoyed by all the issues in the hotel, he fiddled around w it for 30 minutes and gave up too!
At night we realized there is a loud constant clicking sound from the baseboard heater almost like a bug clock! we notified the front desk and they said this is ‘normal’!
night before leaving I checked online and they has a ton of rooms available the next day… we called the front desk and asked for a 1 hour late checkout to at least offset the terrible experience we had, and they lied and said they could not accommodate because the hotel was fully booked!
The only good thing about this hotel is the location which is right in the middle of the village, but out of the dozens of times that I stayed in Whistler. I can confidently say that it is the worst run and managed hotel that I’ve ever stayed at! We had a 2/10 experience…. Luckily our room was clean (we were missing 1 night stand for some reason though) and we had no issues with cleanliness, but later I read under reviews that some people had experienced bedbugs as well ! Unless you absolutely have to stay somewhere else!

Paul at reception and Greg at housekeeping were superb and was so accommodating. First, I had forgotten my daughter's cellphone in our room and we were escorted back to our room and housekeeping already had it aside for us. Went around village and came back to pick up our luggage at reception to realize I had forgotten our work pool lottery ticket in a small envelope. I thought it was a long shot asking if housekeeping found it. I asked anyway and thank God I did because Greg found it in the nick of time 20 minutes before our bus was leaving. Both Paul and Greg was so quick to help.So grateful for both Paul and Greg for assisting this single mom's first alone travel with daughter. Phew. ||The property itself is basic but clean and comfortable. Location is excellent in the centre of village. It's so close to EVERYTHING. I'd stay here again.

Two bedroom unit with pullout couch bed in living room comfortably accommodated 5 adults. Well equipped kitchen included laundry machines (we did not use). Small terrace was nice. Located right on the Village Stroll so very convenient location. Underground parking good though for a fee. No central AC. There was a stand alone AC unit in living area. One bedroom had windows that could open for ventilation. One bedroom has no windows or AC. There was a portable fan which we needed as the room gets stuffy when door closed. We left the 2 bedroom doors open for air circulation. We were not there during peak summer heat luckily.

TLDR; DO NOT STAY HERE! BED BUGS
I booked on Airbnb, and it’s both deceitful and sneaky that they have so many listings on the site, as you do not get the true address until the day you arrive. Thus, you can’t Google a location and see the slew of horrible reviews. The room certainly didn’t smell great and had broken furniture, but as I wasn’t planning on being in the room too much, i was disappointed, but willing to look past it.
HOWEVER, I realized my hotel room had bed bugs at 10 pm last night and was terrified. I packed up quickly and spoke with the manager named saikiran on my way out. I showed him all of the video footage. You could see a plethora of small rusty and reddish stains covering the bed skirt and mattress, mattress protector etc. (aka caused by bed bugs being CRUSHED - per the EPAs own website) it was in the classic spots you are told to look for bed bugs. He advised I should contact Airbnb for a refund and he wouldn’t dispute it when they contacted him. Lo and behold less than 12 hours later, Airbnb contacted me to advise that the property is DISPUTING that there’s bed bugs and won’t refund me.
I spent hours and money driving back to Vancouver, washing every single belonging at a laundromat including the clothes on my back & booking another hotel room. Shame on them. DO NOT stay here. It simply isn’t worth the risk to your health or your home.

We had a terrible experience at the front desk with Monica, prior to booking we attempted to make an enquiry for parking and amenities at the front desk, at this point Monica offered us the deluxe queen studio for almost double the online advertised price and put the room on hold so that when we tried to proceed with the booking.com website the room was now unavailable and she would not release it back to the website, my partner was asking Monica if she could release the room and Monica was very ignorant and proceeded to pick up a phone and make a call regarding parking.
Whilst we waited we also noticed Monica serve other parties and charge different rates for parking, one gentleman was charged close to $37 parking per day another gentleman was charged $22 for the exact same amenities, the lobby was also filthy and cluttered with boxs of TV's and trolleys.
