I don’t give businesses one-star ratings lightly, but this time I feel that I need to, and might adjust if I get a response from Whistling Bird. I have been trying to email and call both the US toll-free number and the local number, and even reach out on Instagram to ask about the rooms, but no one picked up the phone, answered emails or responded on social media. I cannot imagine how guests can get a hold of them in case of emergency or delayed flights. For a business, this is not acceptable.
