White Crater

Very beautiful place to go, the road to the Crater is not in a good condition, if you walk it is about 5km up the mountain. Sulfer damp is coming from the Crater and there is a lake with great views inside.

An absolutely amazing place to visit! 🤍 The view of the turquoise lake surrounded by mist and mountains is breathtaking, it truly feels like a different world. The air is cool and fresh, perfect for a short nature getaway. The ticket is 89k, and it already includes the Ontang-Anting ride (the small shuttle car) to reach the crater point. The trip is fun and quite scenic along the way. Everything is well-organized, and the area is clean and safe for visitors. Totally worth visiting at least once, such a beautiful and unique spot in Bandung! 🌿✨

I have visited this place a few weeks ago. This place was great. You should wear a jacket when you will visit here because the weather was cold. I looked many places here such White Crater, Ibu Sunan like hill to see the White Crater from the high and tea gardens . The entrance fee was affordable. There have large parking area, toilets and prayer room. If you wanna capture the moment, there are much local photographers but not free. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, unfortunately some point of the road to the location has broken.

Reaching this place takes about 3 hours from Bandung and the entry is a little too expensive in itself, but the place offers some really breathtaking views. I visited the place on a weekday morning, and it was worth the patience. Beautiful and surreal views. Loved the place. Strongly recommended. You'd find quite a few photographers, but you can politely refuse them if you're not interested.

Stunning views available around the crater. Low temperatures reaching as low as 13°C in the morning, so I recommend to come prepared.

One of the best local places in Bandung area to see live crater up close and personal. Opens from 6am in the morning and sunrise point up above it from as early as 5am. There's parking location just before the entrance point. And also one near in the main road entrance with public transport to get you up to the main location.

There are photographers to offer you their services, if you are not keen then reject them politely, do not show your hesitation, otherwise, they will keep offer you their services. If you keen, you may negotiate with them the pricing after that.
