White Desert

It was a great experience to see and to feel White Desert and the art of nature. I am glad I chose to sleep under the open sky and watch the stars in a peace. We travelled in April, and it wasn't too hot in daytime or too cold during the night.

Ibrahim and Medhat organized a great visit for my friends and I at the Black and White Deserts. They were very dedicated, hospitable and fun company! I have recommended them to friends if they travel to Egypt and will definitely call them to organize other trips for me when I’m back. They are awesome!

Totally recommended!! It was a great activity. Ibrahim showed us the black and white desert and it was amazing. He prepared also the dinner and we slept in the middle of the desert. In the morning he prepared also the breakfast. Amazing!!!

We took one night tour from Cairo, it passes by the Black Desert, Crystal Mountain & White Desert. It’s a long drive but was worth it, very unique and beautiful, combine that with sleeping one night in the desert

An amazing other worldly landscape full of natural sandstone sculptures. Every view was amazing. Definitely add to your bucket list of places to see and if you are in Cairo, set aside a few days to head out into the Sahara desert…

We did a 2 day 1 night tour of the white desert with Hamada and his partner in crime Salah. They are absolutely wonderful people and as a team they are the best you can get. We were advised against going on the trip to the desert by several people saying that it is not safe but this is something that can never be missed. It is absolutely safe and they make you feel at home. From the pickup at the hotel to the stay in the desert and the return journey, everything was flawless and well planned. The way Hamada treats the desert shows the passion and love he has for the desert and he is a wonderful host. Salah, his friend and travel companion is an absolute jem and he makes the night exciting with his music and cooking and constant jokes. Sleeping under the open sky and watching the milky way in the night was an experience we can never forget. I would totally recommend this tour to everyone who visits Egypt and trust me it is totally safe in the desert. We would definitely come back to stay for more nights in the desert as promised. Thanks Hamada and Salah for an unforgettable experience.
