We have been using this tent since September 2020 and it’s been in every condition imaginable. From heavy non-stop rain to very dry desert conditions on to heavy winds to snow and back and it’s held up flawlessly! My bf and our 3 kids occupy the space. I have one of the larger tents. It takes all of us about an hour to get it setup and a little less time to get it broken down. We live in this tent full time and it’s very cozy. We actually prefer to be in it rather than a hotel or air b&b. This is our home away from home. Perfectly designed with quality materials and honestly no other canvas tent compares. Love white duck!

Me, my wife and 2 children have the pleasure of owning the 20' Avalon for 2 years now. We put it up on our recreational river property and it's there ever since standing pretty. Never leaked, never snagged a zipper. Just Overall GREAT! Highly recommend this product, very durable, build to last...

White Duck Outdoors = World-class customer service. Every interaction I've had with them has been top notch. I've never had any issues at all. The products are excellent quality and definitely stand up to the elements. Why would anyone buy a tent anywhere else? *Update: 7/19/2021* I can't give enough kudos to this company. Talk about awesome customer service and exceeding expectations. I decided to order a 5M Ground Sheet to go along with my previously-ordered tent to add an extra layer of protection against the ground. I was told, due to the high demand of the product, that the ground sheet wouldn't be available for a few months, (understandable). Lo and behold, I get a shipping notification months earlier than expected, and it was delivered just this morning. Why shop anywhere else? If you're gonna buy something you want/need, buy one that's gonna last forever from a company who obviously cares. They've got a lifelong customer who can't stop talking about their products now. *Update: 10/31/2022* I still have nothing but respect and appreciation for this company, their service, attention to detail, and staff. I now own 2 tents, (5M and 3M), and they are perfect for year-round camping. All of their products are high-quality and made to last. Why shop anywhere else?

High quality. Good value. Great customer service. Kumbar and his team delivered for our action sports Roamer Sites with ten tents. Our guests think they're beautiful. We are about to go into our first winter at Mt. Hood with these so we just bought the fly sheets to shed rain and snow. Fingers crossed that they withstand the mild snow load at 1,200 feet above sea level.

We had our first family experience with our 16’ Regatta. Our family of 5 had PLENTY of room. We’ll be bringing friends and dogs with us in the future. Our first night the tent “floated” on 2” of water as an underground water line to our site ruptured. For 3 hours water gushed. Our tent was directly between the rupture and the ditch. Zero water got in. Very pleased!

I love my 10ft regatta bell tent. Gets lots of attention. And I got the big dog bed and very happy with the quality. My dog really likes it very happy with whiteduck products. Thinking about getting a bigger one. Great in rain. Way more warmer because it is cotton canvas it will last a long time.

All I can say is WOW. We got this tent before our elk season here in Oregon and had been looking for a canvas tent that could stand up to the elements of camping on top of a mountain in November. The tent was perfect size for two of us, and with a heater going it kept us warm inside while it dropped into the low 20s overnight. On our last night, there was a serious windstorm that went through and I had thought for a moment while laying in my cot "I hope this tent can take this storm, otherwise we are going to be in for some trouble"! The tent barely budged when the gusts hit, I was impressed! One thing I liked was how there was an overhang on the front that kept our gear dry and that we could secure the door open during the days. Overall, thanks White Duck Outdoors for making a bulletproof tent!

Purchased an Avalon bell tent on Feb 27 2024. It's now July 22, 2025, and look at the pics. It also goes without saying their customer service is complete garbage.
