I have purchased products from White Flower Farm for many years and have consistently been impressed by their products. I had no gardening experience when I started and used their catalog and website to choose products and have always gotten a lot of compliments on my yard. I have purchased bulbs, perennials, annuals, shrubs, roots, everything-- and it arrives intact, has grown very well and looked beautiful. I get many compliments and look like a gardening pro when I am definitely not. The times their plants have not grown well have been my error. I wanted something that definitely was never going to work, their information was clear about where the flowers would thrive and where they would not, and I ignored them and wanted to try it anyway. Needless to say, white flower farm has given me years of gardening joy and for that I am very grateful.

Love the amaryllis. And the service. I even had the one from last year come back. When the leaves died back I stuck it in the basement for several weeks. I figured it was a long shot but I would give it a try. And it worked. So when I ordered a new one I decided to get two stakes. When the I only one stake was delivered I simply emailed costumer service and they acknowledged the miss pick and got the second stake out the next day.

I've been a customer for years, buying many gifts for others as well as the potted annual collections each year for myself. However, when I called to check on my order, I was very unhappy with the dismissive attitude of the customer service person. Additionally, I'm not happy with the way my questions were addressed. I simply wanted to know when my order would ship since there's a delay in part of my order shipment. It certainly could have been handled in a nicer fashion. It will be my last purchase and I will no longer recommend White Flower Farms to my friends or family.

My son ordered a plant and pot for me for Christmas on 12/15/19. It is now 1/14/20 and still no plant. This plant was advertised as ready for Christmas delivery. No communication from White Flower Farm. Only by calling have I gotten any information although no one has been able to say why the plant and pot have not been shipped. I am a long time customer, both in person at the garden and online. This is very disappointing service and will make me think carefully before I use them again. I’m editing this review. White Flower Farm got the plant to me and after apologizing, refunded the cost. I appreciate the change and am glad I will feel comfortable shopping there again

I order 6 plants. 3 salvia. 3 fuchsia Received an email I was being refunded my money minus 30 dollars for shipping Ups sent it back for wrong address which is my correct address. Ups is at my house almost every day So they re ship the order. Only I get one saliva and one fuchsia plant for $44 dollars This is not a good way to do business or keep customers. I have been in business forever and I would make sure my customer is happy Very disappointing that you have bad customer service for a company I thought was supposed to be excellent

Every year I receive as a gift from a relative a Christmas amarylis from White Flower Farms. They have gorgeous iridescent petals. They are much more spectacular than grocery store ones. I cant begin to describe how delightful they are in the window with dreary winter outside. White Flower Farms sells the rockstars of Amarylis.
