The Manager is Very aggressive, Food is delay service not good service / poor food
I Spent 1 night 26th Dec 2024 for climbing Adams Peak. we booked 03 family rooms We took big Van for the transporation because of the narrow road we couldnt come to to near to the Hotel when we check in they help us to carry the luggaes with Hotel transport from up to down , Dinner is very avarage there is "No" chiken in the chicken curry only gravy next day morning for the break fast we booked sting Hoppers & bread but unfortunately after 05 peopel serve the buffet there is no sting hoppers, i told the waiter but no response , then after 10 minutes i went down white house kitchen i saw they are making sting hoppers, 13 pax waiting for the buffet very bad service then i talk to the Manager he is very aggressive he raised the voice to me very bad way . do not go to this Hotel they teat for Sri Lankan's very bad way when we checked out they not given the luggage service , they have charged for 04 water bottles which we have not taken from the bill
