Location is great, only 50m to sea shore. Rooms are cozy, large enough and clean. Breakfast is made in different styles. Limited parking on the street although you can find a free parking nearby and also a couple of paid ones.

The food was pretty good but other than that's it was awful the service was abysmal it took 45 minutes to get a pizza after the rest of us got our food and about an hour to get our food in the first place the after the waiters were rude and tried taking extra money as a tip on top of that they didnt even offer to get us more drinks during the night and left the empty glasses on our table

We've arrived here as a random choice, as it is placed on the main pedestrian seaside walkway in Balcic, but what a fortunate and lovely choice it was. First the staff in this place is very good, knowledgeable and really helpful. We informed we just want some drinks and they were ok with it. Eventually we had food as well that was tasty and arrived very fast. prices are more then fair. We would come back here without any second thoughts with any choice we have. Waiters speak also basic Romanian English and of course Bulgarian

The best restaurant at Balchik! Our whole group enjoyed incredibly good food as well as service. The waiter was humorous and helpful, and the menu included various Bulgarian traditional dishes. The view cannot get any better as well. Definitely recommend going!!

The restaurant's menu doesn't match with the reality.The salads looks quite different,taste not good at all.The offered beer is not existing in the menu list,therefore the price is not clear for the customer.In general,with this quality and service,the restaurant can't achieve customers.

Great food at a decent price for the Bulgarian sea side. The quality of the mussels was excellent! The view only adds to the atmosphere. It’s very pleasant under the shade, when you feel the sea breeze on a hot summer day. The service was also really friendly. I would repeat having lunch there.

The hotel is quite nice, centrally located and the staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious rooms but on the other hand it definitely needs renovation, the bathroom was not very clean either, basic things were missing as well like towel racks and clothes pegs. The restaurant is not good - the service is not good at all, the food is average, there are much better places to eat just 5 mins away.

The rooms were okay, although a bit worn down with cracks in the ceiling and falling wallpapers. The door to the balcony nearly didn't close and open. I would avoid the restaurant at all cost. There are much better places to eat around the area. The service was so bad at the restaurant we opted to go elsewhere every day. Not to mention the food quality was poor at best for the prices they were asking for. Saunas were dirty unmaintained, I wouldn't use it as well. Got screamed at the reception when I tried to leave the hotel because I asked them to open the gate for the parking. 🤷🏻‍♂️ All-around would look for other locations to stay in Balchik next time.
