Amazing massage using confront zone products … perfect end to a long days walking the beautiful streets of Florence … highly recommend

I’ve been to many spas and this one is outstanding. They use high quality products here. Ms. Erica provided excellent service! She took care of me so well, I got really relaxed after the treatments. Highly recommend when you are in Florence.

This is my first time writing a review because this establishment deserves recognition! I had facial care and waxing treatments last Aug. 08, 2021 and their service is just amazing. I highly recommend their therapist Ms. Erica, she’s very gentle and such a sweet person. She knew exactly what type of products to use for my skin. On top of that she even gave me shoulder and feet massage with no added cost. I was very satisfied with the results that I ended up buying their skincare products. Ms. Erica went beyond my expectations and even gave me a free hand cream! If you happen to drop by Florence and looking for a place to pamper yourself, I encourage you to try White Iris Spa :) It’s worth every penny!

Excellent staff. We had trouble making the appointment on time so they allowed us to reschedule. They took very good care of us and the massage was amazing!!!

I highly recommend White Iris Beauty Spa if you are looking to pamper yourself in Firenze. Ho avuto un'esperienza molto positiva. The spa is conveniently located and the spa environment is relaxing. Mi sono sentito in pace. I had a pedicure and was lucky enough to meet Erica. She was lovely and did a fantastic job. I will definitely return when I am next in Florence. Grazie mille.

I have never been one to celebrate my birthday, but I decided to make it special this year by going to the White Iris Beauty Spa, located in Hotel Continentale. In 12 years of living in Florence, I am happy I took the opportunity to go. The spa is quaint, cozy and wonderfully designed, and the staff is warm and professional. Not to mention, excellent at what they do. I treated myself to a facial and a full body scrub and felt rejuvenated despite feeling a little bit older :) I would recommend their services to my friends and family without hesitating. 5 stars all around!

Absolutely incredible couple of hrs massage with Gloria. She knows intuitively body from a-z If you have jet lag, or tired after long flight ✈️ come to see her at this spa.

I have American standards for spa service, which I have come to learn that in Italy my standard is reserved for 5 star (like Four Seasons, which is incredible). Unfortunately I have yet to be impressed with any Spa in Florence that boasts to have high quality, other than Four Seasons. I am not a snob, but if I am paying 100 euro for a mani pedi, I want a really nice experience. White Iris has nice spa beds, but then you have to awkwardly put your feet in a bucket on your bed... the spa smelled (like so many basement spaces in florence) like sewer. The spa tech told me once we got there that 2 of our 4 treatments would have to be 2 hours apart b/c she wasnt staffed properly to fulfill our reservation. No massage, no scrub, no special potions and lotions that you expect with a 100 euro mani/pedi. I miss the states, where at Burke Williams you can treat yourself for a 50 dollar pedicure and get parafen wax and all the works, plus use spa like steam and sauna. Not impressed at all with White Iris, other than the fact that the nail polish didnt chip for over week.
