White Mansion Boutique Hotel

My husband and I stayed at the White Mansion Hotel in early December, along with our little Yorkie, and we had a wonderful experience. Our first impression was that the hotel is a very clean and charming boutique property. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff, and everyone we encountered throughout our stay was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.|We booked a three-night stay and felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. The restaurant staff were also excellent—very helpful and professional, and the food was great. The security staff deserves recognition as well for being courteous and attentive.||Our room was spacious, with plenty of closet space and a large bathroom that included both a separate shower and a bathtub. While the seating furniture could be a bit more comfortable with additional cushioning, and the TVs could be larger, these were minor points. Overall, we were very pleased with our room and our stay. Our Yorkie was very happy and pleased also. ||We’re looking to book our stay again soon.

I can highly recommend this hotel! I spent six months in Cambodia for work and regularly stayed in Phnom Penh on the weekends. Every time, I booked the White Mansion Hotel. The team is incredibly friendly and attentive. You feel welcome from the very first second and they remembered me every time! The rooms are very beautiful and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. In addition, the hotel is very well located. Over time, this hotel started to feel a little like home. I really enjoyed every stay. I will definitely come back!

An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Phnom Penh. Our 2-night stay at The White Mansion Boutique Hotel – Phnom Penh was nothing short of outstanding. If there were a 6-star option on Google, this hotel would easily deserve it. The location is superb and incredibly convenient for exploring the city. From here, it’s easy to access the impressive Techo International Airport, the fairly new and fascinating SOSORO “Money” Museum (think Australia’s Mint, with guided tours available), the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (highly recommend getting the English audio guide to truly appreciate the history), as well as the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, again the guided tour here really brings the royal traditions, ceremonies and artefacts to life. The weekend evening street market is a must-visit with endless food stalls, souvenirs, clowns and possibly one of the longest night markets in Southeast Asia. The hotel itself is an historical gem. The rooms are large, comfortable and beautifully maintained, offering a calm retreat after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant and café deserve special mention, easily one of the best spots in the area for coffee and bakery items. It’s always buzzing during breakfast and lunch, which says a lot, and the fact that room service is available all day is a big plus. Add to that the spa, pool and warm staff, and you have a hotel that works perfectly for both leisure and business. Everything feels thoughtfully done, from service to amenities. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The White Mansion Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh. Stylish, central, comfortable, and welcoming, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!.

Fantastic hotel! Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The staff are very welcoming with excellent local knowledge. The hotel is very well located with the lively streets of the river bank a short walk or tuk tuk drive away. The food there is excellent…we loved the fresh sourdough bread and choice of breakfasts in the mornings. The room was spacious with high ceilings and the hotel itself was very beautiful with lots of history as the old American embassy. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Stunning hotel in central Phnom Penh, once an embassy. Looks are impressive, rooms are large, airy, cool and clean. Bathrooms are massive and beds are comfy. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Spa is limited but worth it. Food options are limited to the adjacent French cafe, whose bread is beautiful. Offer a range of meals and room service but, like breakfast, portions are minimal. There was talk of other restraunts they 'have' blocks away but l thought the area a bit intimidating at night. I got lost/ walked past the hotel during the day! I enjoyed my short stay. I was able to do what I wanted. Staff arranged a taxi for my trip to the Genocide museum, S21 and the Killing Fields and a tuktuk to the Palace. Pool looked good but I was put off by the lack of a handrail.

This hotel offers a reliable 4–5 star experience and very good value for the price. My room was comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The service was consistently helpful||The Western breakfast was good and had enough variety to start the day well. The swimming pool is a decent size and a nice bonus for relaxing or getting in a quick swim.||The hotel is centrally located||Overall, a comfortable and well-run hotel that delivers strong quality for the cost.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past month. They always remember us and treat us like family. It feels like coming home! All the rooms are amazing and the staff is incredibly welcoming & most efficient. Twice we have arrived around noon and they always allow us early check in as we have been traveling around the country. We loved the breakfast and relaxing by the pool. On our second visit, they upgraded us to a beautiful suite (118) so we could rest after our arrival. Because of this, I saw this amazing bird (the Great Hornbill) that I would never have seen from the street below. See photo. We highly recommend this fabulous hotel.
