White Mansion Boutique Hotel

The White Mansion is a small, hidden gem in Phnom Penh. It's on a side street surrounded by lush greenery. The staff are absolutely lovely. They constantly greet you and offer to help. The whole place is spotlessly clean. My room, a Junior suite, was elegant. The ceiling and tall shuttered windows were French colonial. The bathroom was very well appointed. You could pick your preference from a variety of options at the included breakfast. And lunches and dinners were reasonably priced and very good. The small pool and area was beautiful. It's a 5 to 7 minute walk to the river and the palace. Numerous convenience stores, shops, and restaurants are nearby. There are cheaper options but for what you get the price was very reasonable. I can't wait to return!

I am sharing this review, as I got somewhat concerned reading some of the feedback here prior to our arrival. The hotel is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are sparkling clean and spacious, and the restaurant is amazing. You can choose from more than 10 options for wonderful breakfast sets, coffee or tea and fresh juice included. The location is perfect, very central and close to restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. Highly recommend this hotel for a family stay.

I just spent 4 delightful days at the White Mansion. The building kept its old charm while offering all the modern facilities. I booked a deluxe room with a balcony and it was huge with a separate sitting area (not sure all deluxe rooms have the same setup). The grounds are impeccably maintained. It's in a quiet location, close to the Riverside. As a solo female I felt very safe walking everywhere even late at night.||The whole staff is purely wonderful, all were so kind, professional, and helpful. I had breakfast every morning in the garden, and the pool is long enough to swim laps. The food was fresh, I had dinner once and it was very reasonably priced for a hotel. They also offer a happy hour for cocktails. ||It is dog friendly, and there was no problem having my dog sitting with me in the garden (always on a leash). ||I highly recommend this hotel, it felt warm and inviting. The hotel upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost which was a nice thing to do. |The room was massive, super King's Size Bed, a small balcony that overlooked the swimming pool. |The air con was good, great facilities, |You go to the cafe which is part of the hotel for breakfast which is delivered to you by a waiter, which made a refreshing change to the normal self service.|The reason a star has been knocked off was due to the bathroom, the grouting needs attention and we found the floor tiles on the actual bathroom floor can be slippy when you step out of the shower, even though there is a mat.

This is a fantastic little hotel. Staff are really helpful and friendly. So nice to have such a warm welcome. Breakfast is good and more importantly hot when you receive it. Rooms are clean and big. Wifi is excellent, I was able to hold several Teams calls without any issues. A big well done to all the staff. See you again soon.

Beautiful hotel and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It’s in the heart of Phnom Penh. The small cafe has a delicious breakfast, too. Street parking wasn’t too bad. The lobby was beautiful with lots of Khmer decor. We would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable rooms in a terrific location. Dining on site is good, with a menu that satisfied all of us. The staff is very helpful and gracious.. The pool, while small was perfect for unwinding after a day of touring and shopping in Phnom Phenh

An amazing experience at White Mansion beautifully refurbished old American Embassy nothing was to much trouble the staff were so attentive kind and professional ensuring our stay was special. Sang Nham was exceptional she will go far in this profession am sure! Food was wonderful and spa and swimming pool were too! The whole place is a peaceful paradise.
