White Mansion Boutique Hotel

Fantastic hotel! Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The staff are very welcoming with excellent local knowledge. The hotel is very well located with the lively streets of the river bank a short walk or tuk tuk drive away. The food there is excellent…we loved the fresh sourdough bread and choice of breakfasts in the mornings. The room was spacious with high ceilings and the hotel itself was very beautiful with lots of history as the old American embassy. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Stunning hotel in central Phnom Penh, once an embassy. Looks are impressive, rooms are large, airy, cool and clean. Bathrooms are massive and beds are comfy. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Spa is limited but worth it. Food options are limited to the adjacent French cafe, whose bread is beautiful. Offer a range of meals and room service but, like breakfast, portions are minimal. There was talk of other restraunts they 'have' blocks away but l thought the area a bit intimidating at night. I got lost/ walked past the hotel during the day! I enjoyed my short stay. I was able to do what I wanted. Staff arranged a taxi for my trip to the Genocide museum, S21 and the Killing Fields and a tuktuk to the Palace. Pool looked good but I was put off by the lack of a handrail.

We were upgraded on arrival and everyone was so welcoming. The fresh passion fruit juice on arrival is also super tasty. Our room was comfortable and spacious with views overlooking the city. There was a plate of fresh fruit in our room on check in as well. We booked a massage that was a high value for the price and available at the time we inquired for one. We ate the traditional Cambodian breakfast everyday and it was delicious. It was also super easy to get around the city and Tuk tuks were widely available.

Outstanding stay at the White Mansion. The hotel is gorgeous & in a great location, the rooms are huge & extremely comfortable. The staff amazing, so helpful & anything needed they were on it straight away. Breakfast menu was great & really nice to have a change from a buffet. Can’t recommend highly enough.

This hotel looks beautiful and the staff knows how to service guests and make them feel welcome. Check in was smooth and the friendly lady explained us everything about the city. We got an upgrade and we were very pleased with the large room. It felt royal! Breakfast is a la carte and very good in a nice place with street view. I very much like that they have a water station where you can fill your bottles with water. |Houskeeping comes by in the afternoon and brings cookies and asks if you need your towels changed or whatever you would like. What a great service! This hotel is fantastic and I hope to come back one day.

My fiancee and I enjoyed our second stay at White Mansion, having previously visited in January 2023. We love the huge rooms, the delicious breakfast, especially the fresh baguette and jam, the friendly staff who make you feel like you are at home and the quiet, relaxing and cooling pool. The hotel is closeby to the BKK 1 area with its restaurants, shopping and spas, and a easy tuk tuk ride anywhere in the city.

Beautiful room with a sky line view and everything you need. We ordered room service — it worked perfectly and the food was delicious. Great breakfast served at the hotel’s café, with freshly baked bread, yoghurt, fruit etc. The swimming pool was refreshing, although the pool area could use a refresh compared to the photos.

If there's one hotel in the world that stands out for me it's the White Mansion hotel in Phnom Penh. The level of service me and my friends received from each and every member of staff was of such a high calibre we were made to feel like royalty. From the exceptional parking team to the concierge and every one in between we were made to feel part of the family. Best hotel I've stayed in. Period.
