SOooo tiny! The sheets did not fit the bed, so they road up all night. The bathroom was so small my hubby could barely take a shower. The kitchenette featured a tiny stove, only a few of the burners worked. My kids were soo excited for the pool that was heated and beautiful on the website. We get there...no pool. Closed. The website says open year around, but no. We go to the office to get a few extra pillows, god forbid, I have a bad back, The desk clerk actually questioned us, and made us feel terrible for asking. He said, "I'm sure there are enough pillows in that room, why do you need more?" It was strange. The rooms are not cleaned day to day, so you have to get towels as you need them. Everyone had showered and we were out of towels, my boys went to the desk to get more, and again were confronted, by the same man, as to why we needed more, and when we were leaving. We were booked over the entire memorial day weekend, Fri. sat, and Sunday, this was on Saturday. To top it off...There was no television. They had taken down all the satellites, so there was no television at all. The internet is unavailable, maybe one bar of coverage, I had not expected fancy tech, it is in the mountains, but nothing. There was no phones in the room, I could not call my mom to tell her we had arrived safe, or call my husband we he went for food. I needed help during sunday night, and there was no one at the front office, NO way to contact an employee or get to a telephone. It was shut tight with no info to contact anyone. I ran down to the convenience store down the hill, and again no phone. The room was musty and poorly maintained. The décor was early...yucky I guess. We will never be back, and regret the money being spent. We drove all the way to Morton looking for a new place to stay after our first night, but the whole area was booked up the whole weekend. In conclusion, disappointed, my boys cried after weeks of wanting to swim in an almost hottub temperature pool in the middle of a wilderness paradise with snowy hills looking on was swept away with incredible disappointment and no tv to watch at night.
