We had the best time mountain biking for the first time with Art! He was knowledgeable, patient and so helpful teaching us. We had a lovely experience with White Pine Touring. Highly recommend!

Great service and great guided tour of park cities best. Two shuttles up, loaded /unloaded my bike and even washed it after the ride. Highly recommend if you want to see the best of Park City with someone that knows the best of the best. Brandon was a great guide and was super knowledgeable of the terrain. Kept the stoke high.

What a great experience—from the easy reservation process and clear, timely communication, to the quality bike rental and, most importantly, my guide Chris. He was knowledgeable, encouraging, and clearly passionate about the sport and the area. Chris tailored the ride perfectly to my skill level, shared interesting facts about the trails and local terrain, and made the entire experience both fun and memorable. This was exactly the mountain biking adventure I was hoping for during my work trip. Can’t recommend it enough!

My 8 year old son and I had an awesome mountain bike ride with our guide Julie. She started out by getting us comfortable on our bikes and teaching us some basic skills. The bikes were very new and great quality and fit for us. Then we were off for 3 hours of fun biking in Park city. It was challenging and had amazing views! My son wanted to keep going but I was definitely worn out by the end of the tour. Will definitely do this again when back in Park City.

Great experience at White Pine doing the road bike tour. Communication and equipment set up was great. My guide Brandon planned an awesome ride for my skill level with lots of great scenery and challenging climbs. Would definitely do it again.

we rented Mountain Bikes, the staff spent a great deal of time adjusting the bikes and were friendly. I rode 2 days. the bikes were great except for the seat: they don't have women's ones! They have so many rentals it's hard to believe the company couldn't invest in some of those. I believe we are 50% of the population! We had a guide tour on the first day, our guide Thunder was very attuned to adjusting the difficulty of the trails to our level and we had a wonderful time.

I rented a stump jumper , the repair kit didn’t include the mount for the co2 cartridge , tires weren’t tubeless (it’s 2025) , shock was not set based on my provided weight, it bottomed out when I sat on it, and the chain was bone dry. The first day of my rental I had to ask others for a shock pump and lube. I ended with a flat tube without a useful repair kit. Thankfully the riders in Utah on the trail were able to help me to lend their tools so I could get off the mountain . We all make mistakes but the staff didn’t seem to care and said it’s not a high end bike.

This is the go-to place in Park City. I have rented high end bikes twice from them and both were great experiences. Thomas was especially helpful in helping me plan an epic ride. He’s a true asset to the shop! It’s the only shop I’ll rent from in Park City. Thanks Thomas
