White Sands Negril

I can only agree with all positive comments made here before, the beach is super clean, perfect sand and water, the staff is very polite and attentive. The rooms are clean and thanks to the air conditioner perfect at temperature. The mattresses are surprisingly very comfortable, considering the low price. The garden side is right by the jungle and therefore comes with the perfect sound and an amazing tropical view. I slept wonderful! But most important to me, there is the option of a personal little safe for each guest at the front desk, big enough for passports, money and more. It is a two key system, one you will carry with you during your stay and the other remains with the front desk staff. Only when both keys are inserted simultaneously, the box will open. So you have access to your valuables from 8am-8pm daily. This made me feel super safe, locking your doors and windows in addition is common sense. Would I come again? Of course!

Booked the deluxe room for 2 nights. Got there the first night and as soon as I stepped into the room I immediately felt uncomfortable. I knew I could not stay there. Left and went back to the front desk which was already closed. There was no way to reach the manager any one but the security guard who seemed to be afraid to call the manager and tried to convince us to stay the night. That was absolutely not happening, the room was dank and there were gaps in the top and bottom of the door allowing lizards to come in. Furthermore, it was not the same room that was advertised, therefore not the room I booked. It did not feel comfortable and I did not want to stay. I spent the rest of the night trying to find somewhere else. I returned the key, arm bands, and wifi passwords to the security and immediately sent an email letting them know that I would not be staying there, and that I was requesting a refund. The next day, I received no response to my email so I went back to confirm that they received it and that a refund would be issued. The manager refused to give a refund for both nights and would only refund one. Stating that he would not have been able to re-book the room the night before so he can’t refund us for that night even though the hotel was not fully booked (clearly there was no one else trying to book a room). The manager's energy was not welcoming or accommodating. I found his responses very passive aggressive. Not a nice feeling not a nice space. Would never step foot on the property again.

Fantastic hotel on Seven Mile Beach—I loved the small scale nature of the hotel and Indies 957 across the street made you feel at home as well as other guests. It is very lowkey and relaxing w/ the beach literally across the street. I would gladly stay here again. Only negative was paying for your own towel—it was non-refundable as well. I have never experienced that. Other than that, I had a great time.

White sands is value for money. Location is perfect . Rooms are clean. I would recommend to pay a little extra and get the superior room which has a bit more space. Restaurant and bar is reasonably priced.

Outstanding staff! They are very accommodating and friendly. They work to make you feel right at home. This property is one of my favorites in its simplicity. Located directly on the white sand powdery beach in the middle of 7 mile beach. You will feel safe and protected all while enjoying the beach. The views are amazing and close to everything. You can get everything from fresh fruit and greasy squeezed juices, lobster, dirty banana and salt fish fritters. All from your beach lounger.

Everyone was very professional and caring staff. My room was very clean and comfy. Upon arrival I had flowers placed around my room. I Will definetly book again!

wasn't sure what to expect staying on the gardenside. . What a beautiful surprise, room was spacious, clean yet simple,beautiful view from the balcony. The walk across the street was quick and guards helped stop traffic when necessary. Bar and restaurant with good food, drinks and service! and what a gorgeous beach. location made it simple to walk to many of our favorite bars and restaurants. can't wait to return!

AMAZING! One of the best hidden gems in negril Jamaica 10/10 would recommend! Very cozy and comfortable. Tara was our amazing waitress and pebbles our beautiful bartender 💯💯
