White Swan Suites And Apts

We stayed at White Swan apartments for 12 nights in October and loved our stay. The accommodation is a family-run establishment with a super friendly lovely family and we were made to feel very welcome. Dora and Maria were a delight on reception, very friendly and always keen to enquire if all was ok with our stay. Also handy recommendations for eateries. ||The location is superb, being close to the lovely sandy beach and crystal clear waters, as well as plenty of restaurants, tavernas and supermarkets. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well designed and the ground floor room we had was spacious and well-equipped. Air conditioning was great and a nice big comfy bed. Complimentary toiletries regularly topped up were a nice touch and the maid service was excellent. ||The rooftop sun terrace and jacuzzi pool was an added bonus. The pool was refreshing to cool down in after catching the last few rays of sunshine after a day spent on the beach or exploring. ||The accommodation is within easy walking distance of the venetian harbour and old town. We loved strolling down there and back after dining out each evening. ||The kitchen facilities are adequate to prepare breakfast or a light lunch which we did most days. That said plenty of places close by to get a bite to eat or a sandwich etc. ||We loved our stay and would love to return one day, God willing.||Thank you all at White Swan |Stephen & Lesley B

We rented the executive suite. It was a beautiful apartment, one of the prettiest i have ever seen. Very nice and cozy place, especially with the jacuzzi. Very nice location, next to the center. The apartment had everything, and a great , comfortable bed. Would highly recommend for everyone, especially couples. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the room was modern and clean. It was a quite large room with a kitchen and a balcony. It was close to everything we needed and also at a good location if you want to explore other parts of the island. The cherry on top was the wonderful staff at the hotel, especially the reception staff. They made us feel welcomed and at home from the beginning. We would recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Crete! ;))

We stayed here with our kid (4y) for 1 week in October 2025. The room is very clean, modern, everyone is helpful and always smiling, providing recommendations for restaurant nearby. Location is great -very vlose to beach, a stroll to old town + a playground next to the hotel. If we come back to Rethymno we would definetely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and cleaned every single day. Everything looked spotless and perfect throughout our entire stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we especially want to mention the two young ladies at the reception who truly made our holiday. They were so caring, warm, and kind. We felt genuinely welcomed. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. The price–quality ratio is perfect, and if we ever come back to Crete, we will definitely stay here again.

We spent 6 nights in this hotel with my partner and we had the best time ever. The owners and staff were increadibly nice, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious and most importantly really clean. We had a cloth horse on the balcony to dry our swimsuits and the hotel provided us with fresh towels everyday for the beach. The roof top jacuzzi and garden were cute and cozy. What made our stay special were the nice little chats and tips we had with the front desk ladies: Maria and Eleutheria.

Brand new hotel, 15 min walk from the old city, spaciouse room,king size bed, equipped with all you need for your stay, the staff is very kind and welcomming and took care of everything. I recommend sincerely. I only managed to take photos of the bathroom and balcony, nevertheless the room is absolutely great!

Me and my partner stayed here last month and loved it. It’s a 2 minute walk from the beach and a short walk to the old town. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The ladies on reception were so lovely and helpful and would always go out their way to give us recommendations/ book taxis for us. The maid was also very friendly. We will definitely be back!
