I would like to begin by highlighting the positive aspects of our stay.
The hotel is situated in an outstanding central location, conveniently close to Habima Theater, Rothschild Boulevard, and Dizengoff Center. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining and entertainment options.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although a refresh appears to be due.
The service was courteous and discreet, meeting standard expectations.
Our primary disappointment, which has led to our three-star rating, concerns the breakfast. Regrettably, it bore no resemblance to the experience described on the hotel’s website.
Having anticipated one of Tel Aviv’s finest breakfast offerings, we were instead served a modest selection: a small portion of cottage cheese, a small portion of yellow cheese, a similarly modest plate of vegetables, one of fruit, and one of jam, accompanied by three slices of bread, two croissants, and coffee. While adequate in itself, this falls considerably short of the high standard promoted and expected in a city renowned for its breakfast culture.
Had the breakfast not been presented as a highlight in advance, the experience would have been acceptable. It would, in fact, be preferable not to offer breakfast at all if the promised quality cannot be consistently delivered.
It is regrettable that this aspect detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
We appreciate the service provided; however, it is unlikely that we will return in the future.
