Service was so so, definitely a bit of an attitude from the older woman with glasses in the shop. The reason that I am granting this shop 1 star is that they significantly over charge for items that you can buy from the designers directly online. I paid nearly 192EUR over what the designer is charging by purchasing at White Bird . Had I done my research earlier, I would not pay such premiums! Shame really, as I was excited to support this business on our recent trip to Paris.

This was my first time shopping in a White bird store. And I don’t regret it! The seller was so helpful and professional. It allowed me to discover lovely jewelery designers, and to offer myself a beautiful ring from Yazuko Azuma. I can only recommend !

Word of caution - make sure you ask for all the relevant terms prior to making a purchase here. This review is not a reflection of the products at this store, which generally are quite nice, but a reflection of the extremely frustrating customer service I received. I made a purchase here, and at the time, their website unequivocally stated that they would refund return items withing 14 days of purchase. When I attempted to return my ring to the store, they said that the return policy applied to online purchases, not in-store. They did not inform me of this distinction prior to my purchase and they refused a refund (though they did offer an in-store credit). To me, the fact that they are adhering to a misleading policy has been extremely frustrating and underhanded. I also note that they have updated their terms on their website to clarify this issue, but are not willing to admit that the policy as it stood when I made my purchase was misleading.

L'accueil est charmant, les vendeuses à l'écoute. J'ai fait réparer une bague . Je suis contente du travail mais pas de la rédaction de la facture : alors que j'ai payé pour un rubis , il est simplement mentionné "réparation "! Aucune certitude du coup .Pourtant pour avoir la facture , j'avais dû donner jusqu'à ma date de naissance !

Je suis rentrée dans cette boutique à la recherche d’un cadeau pour la naissance de ma fille et j’ai flashé sur la bague Diana ! Il y avait 2 modèles dans la boutique (tourmaline et aigue-marine). La responsable de la boutique a fait venir le 3ème modèle (saphir) quelques jours après pour que je puisse l’essayer. Coup de foudre ! Après une mise à taille offerte, je suis fière de porter ce très beau bijou. Je remercie toute l’équipe pour son expertise et son accueil ! Je reviendrai certainement.

Un large choix, plutôt pointu et éclectique. Laurie, la responsable de la boutique vous fait bénéficier de toute son expertise. Très appréciable

J ai pas osé entrer. Boutique intimiste. Cela dit, la vitrine contenait de très belles pièces qui auraient pu m’aider à franchir la porte.

The design is stunning and the selection excellent. I wear my lovely Anaconda ring everyday, thank you Clarisse for being so helpful :)
