Whitepark Bay Youth Hostel

Children turned up as part of a school trip to discover no rooms and those that were available had damp and mould in them!! We are hours away from them and unable to help. £600 per individual well spent - not!!!!!!!!!!

The location was very pleasing, all you need is a car.

Amazing place 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Having a coffee in the morning just behind this window bay is just awesome. Great location. Rooms are comfortable and you can't beat the location! Angela is very nice and does all she can so that everyone has a nice stay. Will highly recommend ❤️

i did two days trekking along the coast that this hostel's location was super with reasonable price. That was very good. But Short of power socket at room. I stay at 6beds dorm but only one socket. I think they encourage people charging phone at living room

We stayed at the White Park Bay Youth Hostel over the May bank holiday weekend for a friends birthday and the unanimous opinion from everyone was that we couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The location is next level, just a short stroll from the beach, with stunning views in both directions, great walking options from and around the hostel and located a short walk from Bothy Coffee (a must visit on trips to the north coast). The hostel itself is fantastic, with a great kitchen, large common areas (accompanied with incredible views of course), a convenient mix of bedroom sizes and the whole place is kept spotlessly clean. The manager, Angela, couldn’t have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful both in the run up to our stay and while we were there! Very much looking forward to returning again and we are already considering options for next year.

Room was the bare minimum, internet and electricity were unreliable. Kitchen did not have salt or oil to bake with. Lounge/eating room were also very old and really not cosy or decorated at all. The lady working there was quite friendly but a bit tired of life.

Sitting right above a stunning sandy beach, the hostel is close to Giants Causeway and footbridge. Common room with beautiful view over the bay, rooms are basic, shower just a little more than a trickle and a few loose tiles in the bathroom, kitchen well equipped but only one slightly manky tea-towel and no cleaning sponge. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in glorious weather, great family hostel and very friendly staff.
