Whitsunday Apartments Hamilton Island

Recent 4 night stay on the 4th floor was superb. Impressed by the space of the apartment, large bedroom and living area. Clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony over Catseye beach are spectacular, we saw whales most days. Pool and spa area also fantastic, with beautiful tropical gardens all around. Pool towels are supplied, as is tea,coffee and sugar, shower gel and shampoo. There is an onsite coffee cart. The free round the island shuttle bus departs from outside reception every 15 minutes or so. We absolutely loved our time at Whitsunday Apartments.

We stayed at the Whitsunday Apartments for four nights during our trip through Queensland. There was a free transfer from the airport, and the apartments were spacious and clean. We had a Coral Sea View apartment on the 13th floor, which gave spectacular views over Catseye Bay, including unbelievable sunrises. We even spotted humpback whales breaching from our balcony, which was an unforgettable highlight. Sitting outside for breakfast and lunch was amazing, and we were often joined by cockatoos hoping to steal something.||The location was excellent, with the green shuttle arriving every 15 minutes, although it was only about a 10-minute walk over the hill to the marina. As long as you are on the central strip of Hamilton Island—either on the marina side or the Catseye Beach side—there really isn’t a bad place to stay, as everything is within walking distance.||We were travelling with our three children, so we didn’t use a golf buggy as none could seat more than four people. The reception staff were all very friendly. Although the apartment pool was too cold to use during our July stay, there was another pool just in front of our apartments that was lovely and warm. The sea was also warm, shallow, and very safe for children. We were able to walk far out into Catseye Bay and saw stingrays and fish.||While some of the other accommodation on the island may have a more luxurious or boutique feel, I don’t think you can go far wrong with these apartments. I would highly recommend them.

This was an overall great experience. The unit was on the ground floor with a private balcony area overlooking the pool. The unit had well equipped kitchen with a fully working stove and oven. A large fridge and microwave added to ease of meal preparation. The bedroom had a large king bed with a possible sofa bed if needed. The only downside was there was no window view in the bedroom. It was a little dark without lights on during the day.|Fabulous service from all the free bus drivers servicing the round the clock shuttle service to the Marina and island lookouts. Free shuttle to and from airport efficient and quick. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying at Whitsunday Apartments during my recent trip, and it was nothing short of amazing! If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay in the Whitsundays, this is definitely the place to be.The location couldn’t have been better. The apartments are just a short walk from Catseye Beach, which is perfect for beach lovers. We loved how easy it was to explore Hamilton Island, with restaurants, shops, and a range of activities all within walking distance. The views from the apartment were incredible, and it was great being so close to nature and the beach without being far from the island's main attractions.Our apartment was spacious, clean, and incredibly well-equipped. The living area was comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made it really easy to prepare our own meals when we felt like staying in. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, perfect for a restful night after a day of exploring. The apartment was also well-maintained and had all the modern conveniences, including air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a nice bathroom.

I can't believe what good value we got for our stay here. The apartments are very well appointed, simply managed and appropriately stocked. We found the place to be very kid friendly. The pools are stunning, the views are spectacular, even in the lower rooms. The shuttle bus is regular and useful, so we had everything we needed in easy reach. The kitchens were well set up for self-catering, including a grater and even a sharp knife! We had a lot go wrong during our stay, but all of it was attentively and respectfully managed by staff. We found glass shards on the floor, likely from a previous tenant and easily missed on cleaning, and the lovely Cindy from the cleaning crew was there in under 5 minutes to give everything a through vacuum. Our phone stopped working - maintenance was there within 5 minutes to check it and replace it. The Internet disconnected, which wasn't really a big deal, but Hayley from the front desk dispatched a rescuer within moments. Milagros was generous with towels, smiles and good spirits. All up, it made for the most truly relaxing holiday, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Large bright apartments with everything you need. Great views, just adhere to the rules of keeping the doors shut, the cockatoos are fast and smart! Staff were lovely and helpful. The pool is great but the pool down near the beach is warmer (heated).|Unfortunately when we were there the Sails pool was under construction and there were tractors moving sand for a couple of days up and down the beach. No where to have breakfast which was disappointing. Weather was a little cold and slightly overcast some days but we still had a great time, plenty to do and the warm pool helped. The ocean water wasn’t that cold and it was fun swimming when the tide was out. Wallabies everywhere, so laidback and cute!Overall great break for a week’s holiday.

We had a wonderful experience from Whitsunday Holidays. Shorelines 13 was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The view was amazing!!!|The supplied buggy was waiting us at the airport and was a must for getting around the island. Everything from booking to departure was a breeze. So glad we went for the unit because having a full kitchen and an excellent IGA we were able to cook what ever we pleased. Our few restaurants experiences were overpriced for average food…

Unless you really want breakfast included, these apartments are the ideal spot for your holiday in HI. The view from every room is stunning, the location is convenient to the walking tracks, the free busses come here as the first stop, the pool includes a heated spa, and the beach is located just past the pool. Both the bedroom and the living room are a generous size, the balcony is more than adequate and the kitchen has all you need. We were vary sad to leave this beautiful temporary home of five days!
