I called regarding one the Wholefoods stores that I've dealt with as a third party as far as Contractual Interference, Harassment/Retaliation, Slander, Etc... The Corporate office sweeps it under the rug, doesn't make a report on the complaint about store leadership and overall doesn't listen to the real issue example: The lady I spoke with had me on hold for a long period of time and then comes back on the phone and asks you didn't get paid your salary correct? I said no that's not the complaint, were you even listen to my complaint?. They need to step up their game because what happened to me can get legal real fast.

Pretty sad state of consumer care when one must go to online ratings to provide feedback on chronically faulty packaging that I presume no one will ever read. The reseal band detaches. I’m done with shopping at Whole Foods.

Whole foods store needed in Concord North Carolina. Also, for people who are on strict restrictions for food, it would be helpful if they carried a wider variety of fresh and frozen organic vegetables and meats. I hope to see more people desiring a healthy life so that this becomes Whole Foods Markets' goal. Cow products and grains are very unhealthy, no matter if they are organic or not. The only healthy grains are sprouted gluten-free grains. Whole Foods Market needs to recognize this in order to stick with their healthy policies. I hope to see results sooner rather than later. For Mankinds benefit.

First of all, I think this chain is generally a rip off. But, I had friends help with a few house projects on January 1, 2020. THEY like shopping here, so I sent them a gift card as a thank you for their help. I found out the gift cards wasn't even shipped until 1/3. Why wasn't it shipped a day sooner? Here I sit on 1/14/2020 and my friends have still not received the gift card I sent them. I contacted the 1-800 number and was told it can take up to 9 business days to ship the items. I'm told by the folks at the 1-800 number that if it isn't received by 1/16 I can have a refund issued. Why does this have to be such a frustrating experience? Why does it take so long to ship this?? I would have liked my friends to have received this gift in a timely manner as a sign of my gratitude for their efforts. It really takes the fun out of sending the gift when you have to ask the recipient if they received it yet, when you want it to be a nice surprise!!! I live in NC and regularly send my friends in California greeting cards, that usually takes about 4 days for them to be received. How come THIS is taking so long? Ordering a gift card online is supposed to be a simple and easy experience, but it has been anything but.

If I could give wholefoods market a 0 I would. Yall dont care about your customers nor do you return people calls or complaints just know that your company is never to big to fail. When you dont treat people right it will always come back on you. Every since the amazon CEO took over WF never been the same. Organic is not really organic your products are cheap with high pricing. Wow what a shame.

I am appalled at the amount of plastic packaging even in produce. This is environmentally unconscious and should be taken seriously by corporate heads.

The one star is NOT the rating for the food but for the display of PRIDE in one of the stores. Absolutely unacceptable. Sell food WFs not an agenda to support any lifestyle, regardless. Whoever is at the top of the company and permits this is unacceptable and should be fired or step down. This is NOT ok. I go there to buy food, good quality food, not to be propositioned or exposed to some agenda or promote a sexual or relational lifestyle, regardless of whether I agree with it or not. Sell food WF please!

Arrogant, rude, ignorant GLOBAL support people who dont even know THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY published on THEIR OWN site! File a BBB complaint against them if you have issues or join class actions!
