Great place to shop with validated parking for 90 min when you spend $10. 5 min walk from Grove Path. Plenty of 365 products that are affordable and great quality. Check out the meat department for that old style butcher feel and buy some truffle butter to smother your steak in! Seafood has a special on oysters every Friday. Plenty of things to fit any budget

Update on January 6th, 2025. There was a time when Whole Foods was a great store before Amazon owned it. Just returned from vacation and went to get some groceries. There was nothing on the shelves. This doesn’t happen at Trader Joe’s. They prepare before the store opens. It was so frustrating to shop there on a Monday morning, note to self not to do it again and to get to Trader Joe’s instead. When I asked for help locating some produce, the employee told me he didn’t know if they had any that he just got there and continued loading his lettuce, not interested in helping at all. He said there’s nothing on the shelves because yesterday was Sunday and busy! Really? #TraderJoe’s please come to Jersey City! No fresh pizza dough! Sold out by 3:00. In the past in NY and CA, the pizza chef is happy to share the dough. Not here. Nothing in frozen either except cauliflower and almond crust. Only whole wheat in the bread section and nothing in front end. Now that owned by Amazon, service is down and unhelpful. #traderjoes we need you! Please come to Jersey city! Update: On Sunday June 8 and Monday June 9 there was so many bear shelves once again. Heard on the news that this was due to a cyber security attack on a distributor. No signs warning shoppers except on empty shelves. Have not heard a peep from Whole Foods. Update Oct 6, Need to ask food health services to check this WF out. Yesterday all the lettuce was brown. It seems others before me had also been searching for fresh lettuce as they were strewn all over the place. Awhile back all the ice cream was half price because it was so soft. Such a disappointment. See the bags of brown lettuce below .

The positives are, the staff is wonderful and they have great sales. However, this location makes it very clear they don't care about their customers. If you need an extra bag, the only option they have is a cheap quality bag for $5. So they either don't want someone to shop there who can't afford that, or they'd rather know they got that extra $5 from you rather than have a more affordable way for you to feed your family. If you realize you forgot your bags, it's cheaper to take a path to New York, get a few paper bags, and then take the train back, instead of buying their option.

Nice store for non GMO and organic options. salads are good, and bakery items are so so. Veggie section is small but good for salad requirements. The Florists section was, however, disappointing, as most of the flowers seemed 2 - 3 days old and dying on the day i visited, probably its not like that and was just a one time issue , considering the rest of well maintained store. Nice cafe and sitting area to work. Amazon returns also accepted there. Plenty of parking spots and easy access to the parking level 2 to bring groceries to your car, parking ticket reimbursement was quick. Among the most clean and well maintained stores in jersey City. Quick palm signup and self checkout was great.

The store is neat and clean. It was well stocked when I got there. It is a bit crowded, which I guess means it's popular. It's for those who are into organic things and such. I had been excited about the salad bar and buffet area, but it turns out they have no plates, just boxes. They do have seating so I thought they would have paper plates. So I didn't get anything but a slice of pizza, which wasn't very good. All in all I will probably not go again, but I salute them for being clean and keeping to their mission.

Absolutely insane bag policy. NO BAGs provided at all forcing you to buy $3 cloth bag. Very rude staff that falsely claimed that's NJ law. Multiple reviewers have confirmed that's completely false. Both staff and management deliberately engage in unethical and deceptive practice for easy profit increase. I was traveling and unaware of this when the extremely rude stuff member tried to upsell me on a bag and provided no alternative. I explicitly stated that I was only there for 2 days and didn't need a reusable bag. She couldn't care less and acted like I was supposed to know about their terrible, greedy policy. I had to carry many items by hand in pouring rain and high winds. Extremely disappointing.

Had been waiting forever for it to open and it’s finally here!! I’ve been a fan of Whole Foods and this one is no exception. Great environment with a wide range of food selection and reasonable price. Great grocery option for Amazon Prime members and you can pay with palm. I really enjoyed the experience:) (they have a good lounge area on the second floor and wifi)
