BEST FOR PRODUCE!! Variety - 5 Price - 4.5 Price-to-quality ratio - 5 Ambiance - 5 Whole Foods in South Beach is my top choice for grocery shopping, especially when it comes to produce. Their fruits and vegetables are simply outstanding, and they truly own this category with unmatched freshness and variety. Every visit, I’m impressed by the vibrant, crisp selections and the quality that makes healthy eating enjoyable. The produce department is a feast for the eyes and a promise of nutritious meals ahead. Additionally, the store is conveniently located, making it easy to swing by even on busy days. I also appreciate the fast self-checkout lines, which let me complete my shopping quickly and move on with my day hassle-free. Overall, Whole Foods in South Beach consistently delivers top-notch quality and efficiency, ensuring that I always leave with exactly what I need for a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend this store for its exceptional produce and seamless shopping experience. Absolutely.

Google
Great location. The store is big and has lots of options to choose from. It is very clean and the layout is easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also have a good amount of outdoor tables and high tops that are shaded.

Google
This Whole Foods isn't as modern and developed as all the other ones I've been to be it new york, chicago, ottawa or wherever. Not sure why but yeah it still has the options you expect from a whole foods just docent lighting and store quality. Found some cool refrigerated chocolate bars and fresh orange juice... wasn't tart nor sweet. Was meh

Most mornings I get a coffee and a juice there, both the orange juice stand and the coffee stand are messy and not maintained well, then one day, I bought a coffee and a juice, and while I was sipping my coffee, a employee named Sam came up to me and said, "this coffee isn't free" I told her that I know, and I paid for it, once I showed my receipt she disappeared without apologizing, or acknowledging she was out of line, I spoke to the manager, but I don't think anything was done because I see her at the same place. I spend a lot of money at the store every month, but regardless, such rudeness is unacceptable.

Google
Unsanitary - lots of dogs large and small walking around this store touching their snouts and tails on the food. I informed the staff and they claimed to bring the manager down but nothing happened. One large dog walked right up to customer service and they didn’t bat an eyelid.

Great to know there is a nice supermarket in Miami Beach, this have almost every daily item to cook, as well as a salad bar, olives bar, and a good selection of cooked meals. In addition, there is a space outdoor with tables to sit and eat. Prices are pretty competitive considering the average prices in the island. Totally recommended💪😊.

I remember the days where this Whole Foods was really good. I used to go and feel good about the hot bar. Last 5 times I went trying to buy hot food the trays looked as if I was buying hot food at a no name place in Hialeah. I went at different times of the day and the trays were each time almost empty and looking bad and poor. I wish things can be turned around and be back to good

Bad service. It was very busy and I had a $25 plant in my cart. People could barely walk through the aisles and of course my big plant didn’t help, but I was doing my best to move the leaves out of the way. As I was grabbing something I had it to the side of the aisle for not even five seconds and one of the Whole Foods employees said I need to get to this, move it. I was like everyone needs to get through I’m a customer, you could offer to take it to the register for me and help me create more space instead of being rude to your customers. I expected better service for a more high end grocery store. I usually go to Fresh Market and have a much better experience.

Yelp
I go to Whole Foods Market for my grocery shopping. A supermarket chain known for its one-stop shop of minimally processed and organic selections of foods and products,. If I want a quick be snack, lunch or dinner they also have several options like sushis, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, soups and the $11.99 per pound salad and hot bar. You can have your food to go or dine in at their dining area. Casual and fast paced ambiance. Courteous and friendly staff and service, and fast self service check out counters. They also have a dropoff counter for Amazon returns. Check it out!

Yelp
Bottom line: The prepared/premade meals section at this Whole Foods Market in Miami Beach yielded a good low stress alternative to going out to eat or making dinner. The entrées and sides were pretty tasty at a reasonable priced package deal, a nice surprise. The Deets: NOTE: Review on prepared meals section at this Whole Foods Market only. While in Miami Beach recently, we had one night where we just wanted to chill out by not going out, where we could enjoy downtime and not make anything as well. In also having to pick up a few groceries at the local Whole Foods, we decided upon using their prepared meals section for dinner that night also. This idea turned out to be a nice one, as there were many different entrées and sides to choose from there. I went with their Chicken Scallopini choice while my friend went with the grilled salmon, both of us chosing the mashed potatoes and crunchy broccoli salad as our sides (see pics made). With the entrée plus 2 sides they had being $14-16 meal package, it felt like a pretty good deal and turned out to be so. The entrées warmed up great when we got back and tasted pretty good for a pre-made meal. The mashed potatoes, while not all that creamy, tasted delicious and the crunchy broccoli salad really exceeded my expectations taste wise as well honestly. In never having used this premade meal service at Whole Foods, I was pretty impressed and will do so again when I want a lowkey/low stress meal option that is fast but does not taste so "fast food-like."

Yelp
Unfortunately, pets are jumping up all over the food in this place, it's very unhygienic. now, everybody knows this has the most attractive people at any Whole Foods you'll ever see so maybe buy something in a can and sit in people watch but in terms of actually purchasing groceries that are not sealed off I'd be careful because they allow so many dogs and pets to freely roam in this place. It's just a crime

Yelp
I enjoy my experience at Whole Foods, being coming here for years!! Personnel Katia, is always very helpful, everytime I'm looking for an item, she helps me out The Ladies at the Deli are very efficient, friendly, always a pleasure It a little bit Older and Worn out, but it has Ambiance for I live in South Beach and I really don't enjoy The Brickell area

Sue T.

Yelp
The worst Whole Foods in the country ! The aisles are so narrow people are bumping into each other. The store is way too small for the area. Floors are old and cracked. How bar is gross. Miami Beach is in desperate need of a new larger Whole Foods. People that work there are rude.

Yelp
Title: Wholesome Shopping Experience - Whole Foods Delivers Quality and Variety Rating: Whole Foods, often hailed as a pioneer in the realm of organic and natural foods, consistently sets the standard for a remarkable grocery shopping experience. As a diligent member of the Yelp Elite Squad, I've explored countless grocery stores, and Whole Foods remains a true standout. From the moment you enter Whole Foods, you're greeted with an abundance of vibrant, fresh produce that awakens your senses. The scent of ripe fruits, the colors of organic vegetables, and the sheer variety of products at your fingertips create a grocery store experience that's a cut above the rest. But it's not just the quality of the products that sets Whole Foods apart; it's their commitment to sourcing and sustainability. The emphasis on organic and non-GMO options allows customers to make conscious choices about the food they consume. The store's stringent quality standards are clearly reflected in their well-curated selection of goods. Whole Foods excels in catering to diverse dietary preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or simply looking for healthier options, you'll find a multitude of choices. The prepared foods section, featuring mouthwatering dishes prepared in-store, is a paradise for those seeking convenience without compromising on nutrition and flavor. The staff at Whole Foods consistently exhibit a deep knowledge of their products and are eager to assist with any inquiries. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help make shopping a pleasant and informative experience. One of the highlights of Whole Foods is their emphasis on bulk foods, reducing packaging waste and providing cost-effective options for customers. This commitment to sustainability is a testament to the store's dedication to minimizing its environmental impact. In conclusion, Whole Foods provides a holistic shopping experience that not only meets your grocery needs but also aligns with your values. Whether you're a health-conscious shopper, an environmentally aware consumer, or someone looking for an extensive selection of top-quality products, Whole Foods consistently delivers. It's a five-star destination for those seeking wholesome and mindful grocery shopping.

Yelp
This location is swarming with dogs. I was caught between two sets of dogs growling as I reached between them for produce. The manger is indifferent and allows non-service dogs to flood the isles. Not up to the standards of other Whole Foods!

Momcilo I.

Yelp
I have been to so many Whole Foods all over Usa but this one is the worst by far. Hot bar is terrible. They have so little options and what they have is bad and tastes like they put leftover from yesterday. Also they never have oil or salt or both for the salad, and when I asked the they always say they out of it. Much better answer the they don't give af to help you.

Hinter H.

Yelp
I have been suffering from food poisoning for the past 4 days after eating from their hotbat. I ate meatballs and I believe that was the cause. Edit: I received proper response from the wholefoods team.

Ramon B.

Yelp
My everyday trip supermarket! Everything I need is here! Love it Plenty of items to choose from.

Yelp
Probably the world's strangest Whole Foods, both for mix of products and the mix of customers. This one seems pricier than most (which is saying something given they're 2x or more Publix pricing). The clientele is decidedly skewed to the "beautiful people" and obnoxious wannabes of South Beach. All that said, it's a fairly garden variety Whole Foods. Yes, the prices have come down since Amazon bought them, and yes your Amazon Prime membership can get them to real-world non-fantasy price points. BUT, this particular outpost seems higher-priced than other locations (maybe the expensive and tiny location here?). It also has an attitudinal staff that seems at odds with the "friendly upper middle class hippie buying high-priced vegan food" vibe most other stores project. Logistics here are a bit tough. There is minimal parking, even in slow periods, so don't drive a personal car here. There's usually a stream of Ubers looping through to drop off/pick up, so hoof it to/from a nearby corner if you can. A little-old-lady rolling cart may not fit with the hipper-than-thou philosophy of South Beach, but it sure comes in handy. For this location, the real star of the show (in both a good and bad way) is the stream of customers. People-watching opportunities abound. Think health-conscious grandma with pronounced biceps but a nuclear bake a la Donald Trump, followed quickly by an 18 year old Russian guy wearing a string tank top and a Speedo, and you get the mental image. It's a little bit wet t-shirt contest, a little bit alien bar from Star Wars. Bizarrely, the somewhat bizarre customers get them an extra star from me!

Yelp
Soup is great and lunch is great. Thanks you too. I'm walking outside and fishing and surfing too. Thanks you, Dr. Jacqueline Sacco, MD PhD

Yelp
Inside the store is fine. They do a good job keeping the shelves filled. The staff are super helpful. Outside the store is a disaster. The parking lot is filthy. Trash isn't picked up. Trolleys aren't collected in a timely fashion - there were almost fifty scattered around last night. The trash barrel is rarely emptied. There is just very little appreciation of the fact that they are part of a residential neighborhood. UPDATE Thanks for the response. It was nice to see that someone came out and collected the carts and picked up some trash. Shockingly, this didn't FIX the problem because the next day the carts were scattered everywhere and there was more trash around the lot. How about you designate someone to monitor the parking lot, sidewalks and delivery zone on a constant basis? That might actually help improve the neighborhood your store is in. Thanks. UPDATE TWO: This morning there was a big clean up of the parking lot and the planted area. Looks much better. Thank you.

Yelp
Like many Whole Foods in South Florida... The Hot Bar is poorly maintained in quality... Food sits too long the heating unit to dry out... Inconsistency on what food they put out at the hot bar... The attendants for the Hot Bar aren't very customer service social when you inquire about the hot bar or a specific item... Aside from that, pretty decent Whole Foods although there are times I go to the Downtown Miami location for a larger selection... The customers is a whole conversation it itself... From commercially good looking models, wannabe models, European and South American tourists, stuck up South Beach residents with money or a little nip and tuck or bad tans because there isn't any melanin'... Lots of privileged minded humans make great for people watching... The icing on the cake is this whole thing with people bringing their pet with them for emotional support because you think it's cute. I'm all for service dogs with people who really depend on them because you have an impairment, but cross contamination of dog hair caused by an non-service dog sniffing in the produce section or the hot bar, just doesn't sit well with me... Only in Dade

Craig M.

Yelp
This is not a regular WHOLE FOODS. Service here is abysmal. In the hot and cold food area you almost have to beg for their attention. Even at checkout social conversations along staff is more important than helping customers. I guess you would call this store Whole Foods Lite!

Maria Isina A.

Yelp
I am a regular customer of this Whole Food in South Beach. We love going there, do some shopping and grab something to eat from the counter or the bar. However, last night we decided to go and grab some dinner and sit outside. We knew that you are not allowed to go inside the grocery store with your pet, but we brought our 6-month-old, 9 pounds mini dachshund and sat outside, and we took turns with my husband to get some food. While we were dining, people passed by, and my pup, who was under the table the whole time, would bark. After 10 minutes we were there, a policeman, who happened to be there (I've never seen a policeman before until last night checking out people while eating), came to our table and asked us to leave. He said they were afraid that my dog was going to bite someone. We were startled. We did not interact with anyone; we were not in the way of other people, and I think we were not disrespecting anyone. A guy who saw everything and was seated at the table across from us said, "that's bullshit." When the policeman saw our faces, and we asked if we had to leave, in case we misunderstood it, he said, "yes, believe me, it comes from the top." We did not want to create a scene, we were just eating something, so we grabbed our food and our staff and left. I totally understand that places don't have to be pet-friendly shops, especially grocery stores. I do suggest, though, that they include a sign clarifying that customers cannot sit with their dogs in the outside sitting area. It can save customers from an embarrassing moment.

Yelp
It was pretty busy on Friday night. We checked in to a nearby hotel for the weekend and needed some things for the kitchen. Whole Foods was in perfect walking distance, down the street, and around the corner, past an Italian restaurant, I made note of to visit someday. We walked in and was greeted by the mob of shoppers scurrying about their business shopping for the evening, holiday season, and whatever else they were there for. We needed a bottle of wine and snacks and was hoping to get in and out. The isles are set-up completely different from the Whole Foods I normally shop at so it took us some time to catch our bearings while maneuvering our way through the crowd. (Not as quick of an exit as we hoped for.) It helped that the employees were helpful and gave us the direction we needed. After finding what we needed, checking-out, and walking past the pine trees for sale, it was an overall pleasant experience, one I wouldn't mind having here again.

Francois P.

Yelp
i am living next door and go there for lunch at least 3 times/week. The hot bar used to be very descent. for these last couple of months though it has been very mediocre. EVERY DAYS the same dishes, ALWAYS at least 1/4 foodwarmers with no food, very limited choice of protein. sometimes no togo boxes and frankly the staff is not very friendly. With the price they charge, someone needs to make some adjustments there. Hope this review will help management to improve this situation, thanks F

James R.

Yelp
Terrible, just terrible. Jeff Bezos purposely ruined Whole Foods to push his Amazon & Grocery delivery service. Shopping at Whole Foods used to be a pleasant experience where you could get the best produce from suppliers you trusted. Whole Foods is now legit one of the seven layers of Satan's home. I find this to be the case in a majority of locations I've frequented, but this location especially. Much of the produce is rotten, nonorganic, or non existent. Their selection of other goods is lackluster with prices that exceed a far superior quality farmers market. The store is always packed for some reason. A good half of the shoppers are Amazon Prime shoppers who could care less about you and more about getting their deliveries finished quickly so that Jeff Bezos can squeeze out every penny he can into his $90billion fortune. Jeff Bezos and Whole Foods executive team, I despise y'all and everything y'all have done to ruin one of the best up and coming grocery chain stores the nation would have ever seen. Anyone, even you, can be replaced. America doesn't need you and in fact, it's tired of you and your greedy antics.

antonella ..

Yelp
they have the best products if i wanna make sure to eat healthy this is my go to option

Carlos P.

Yelp
What happened with this Whole Foods? What used to be an excellent market, is now worse every . The store is dirty and abandoned !!!! Quality of products is not there any more. Prepared foods sit there for days, hot bar is always dirty and empty. Sad to see it go down like this.

Luna A.

Yelp
Whole Foods has always been my go to. I always believed they had the better options when it comes to fresh produce compared to Publix and other neighboring grocery stores until today! As I was making my typical morning smoothie I realized I ran out of dates. I had my husband run to the store to grab me a container of the organic medjool dates. I typically go with the Organic Bard Valley Natural Delights brand; however, he ended up purchasing the Organic Sun Date Premium California Brand. Although I was not familiar with the brand I figured no biggie! As long as they're organic and the expiration date read November 2021 they should be good to go. I then split open the first date, took out the pit and tossed it in the blender. Took the second date split it open and could NOT believe what I was seeing! I first noticed all the black dots before noticing the large MAGGOT that was stuck inside!!! I instantly felt sick and could only think what if I never opened it and just decided to bite into it! This was definitely not how I expected to start my day! I then proceeded to take a picture and due to lack of time and the long day I had ahead of me, I couldn't dwell on it or do anything about it at the moment. I instead planned to take care of the situation in the evening when I got back in the area. At approximately 9:30pm I went back to the store and patiently stood and waited in the customer service line. When I finally got to the front, the young lady pointed across the room and said "that's who you want to talk to the supervisor, her name is Kristina." So I walked up to the woman who I believed she was pointing to, but was not sure since it looked liked someone completely smudged what was supposed to be a name on her name tag. Once I confirmed that was Kristina, I showed her the picture I took earlier in the day with a clear image of the disgusting maggot. She then looks at me with confusion and does not bother to express the slightest sympathy for neither the inconvenience of what I had experienced, nor for the sickening produce being sold at her store. She just says "what do you want a refund" and tells me to follow her back to the first register across the room to customer service where I just came from. Her lack of empathy baffled me! I even had to ask as I was walking behind her "does this happen often"? She gave me a careless "no" and proceeded to keep walking. The situation was completely frustrating and it only gets worse! When I get to the register there was already another woman standing on the customers side, where she was supposed to be "helping me." But instead of Kristina politely telling the customer she'll help her shortly after we're done, she completely disregards why we walked over there and begins to help the other woman! Once again I just patiently stood to the side of that customer, only for the employee next to Kristina to tell me I'm blocking her customers way for them to pay! Kristina hears this and sees this and as the supervisor who directed me there says and does Absolutely NOTHING. Before I could even say something the customer Kristina decided to cut me off for finishes and begins to walk away. As aggravating as the situation was I tried my best to remain calm and not make a big deal about all the events that transpired. It's just very unfortunate that Kristina is given a position that is in no way fitting and Entirely bad for business. As supervisor you should want to keep customers around and feel valued at all times.I felt everything but that with her carelessness and poor customer service. And her "sorry" after she handed me my receipt was not the least bit genuine. It felt more so like a let me just say this before she walks away. I can't tell you what was more nasty finding that maggot in my produce this morning or Kristina's attitude this night. It seems pretty equal to me. I just hope Whole Foods does a better job with who they choose to represent them because word of mouth is important and some things are simply unacceptable.

Yelp
this is the fourth or fifth time I planned on going to Whole Foods and getting some thing from the hot bar and left empty-handed. The store is a mess the whole delete apartment bakery department and hot food bar is unsanitary not appetizing and the employees need to go back and be trained about wearing hairnets over your long dreadlocks beard of 6 to 8 inches long that's hanging over the open food because you work behind the deli bar. I walked to the other side thinking I would get some fruit. same thing, no hairnets, sloppy appearance, giving off a strong message that the people that work there couldn't care less that their food handlers and the outward facing interferes with the public for this company. Amazon should've never bought Whole Foods the idea behind the two companies are at odds with each other one is about, a better quality of food and food preparation and presentation and the other one is about completely human list automation they do not blend. unfortunately it's all the Whole Foods stores in Miami that I've been to but this particular location is the worst do not come here. Don't waste your time whatever you want you can get it somewhere else try fresh market or Trader Joe's.

dee g.

Yelp
The staff is helpful and kind and their is plenty of outdoor seating ... this is my first time eating the hot and cold bar and it is gravely disappointing for Miami Beach... the hot food was mildly warm and the variety was very disappointing and the food mostly flavorless ...the chinese chicken option was BBQ which wasn't dry to my surprise the other option I didn't try was fried and I was looking for healthy options. Cindy's dressing are the world's BEST and I LOVE that WF offers so many! They offered Asian broccoli which I would have tried but I filled my box with bland broccoli.. I don't taste oil or salt so I added some salt...the seasonal Brussel sprouts are mushy cold and sweet! Yuck! I got 2 luckily and I could only manage to painfully swallow the one ... this location does not have a fountain in the dining area or cups or plates or containers for salt and no hot sauce...unfortunately the food was not what I'm used to for WF so probably my first and Last experience.... Let's see! On a good note I'm ordering their AMAZING pizza to go on their friday $10 promotion as it is one of our FAVORITE PIZZAS!!

Jordan C.

Yelp
Does this location have a self checkout? I like the quick in and out minimal human interaction ‍

J S.

Yelp
Whomever is making decisions for this store needs to stop- Now! We desperately need this store as it's the only one within walking distance that competes with Publix- But come on with the self checkouts! It isn't working- The lines are long and many of us just leave because the wait is too long!!! People do their shopping there-and when you have a cart full of items a self check out does not work!!! Also- the store is no longer stocked properly It regularly looks empty For what it is, it could be managed and operated better Maybe corporate needs to stay out and realize that this small and very busy location is a necessity that does not need to be run like a lower manhattan location!!!

Teresa L.

Yelp
Good variety and sometimes they have sales! But I won't shop any other grocery store because I know what I'm getting and I have more healthy choices here than anywhere else on the beach. Wish they would learn more about the harmful effects of canola oil and not cook or bake with it for their "hot bar" or anything they make in the store or even sell it on the shelves. Other than that, we're pretty happy with products. Size of the store is way too small, can barely get around with a cart or a handheld basket! Can they build UPWARD? Lol Parking is a nightmare, but hey...that's everywhere, on this beach...

Vince M.

Yelp
When this Whole Foods has the breakfast bar offerings out, it is great. However, there seems to be rhyme or reason, or discernible pattern as to WHETHER they do it on a given day.....or not I have recommended it to several people, just to have them tell me they visited the store, and no breakfast foods were out at all. When they asked staff, got non-answers.

Trisha P.

Yelp
This is my local Whole Foods so I'm here a lot. People who work here are generally very friendly and the stock is limited because the store is small, but that's OK. Just seems like there is a continuing problem with keeping the toilets clean, they are simply disgusting. I understand that customers are leaving at like this, but the employees should maybe have a more frequent schedule to at least check it. Also I have no problem with service dogs, but I do have a problem with the fact that people are allowed to hold their dogs over the food bar and salad bar - it really is unsanitary. No one at the store ever says anything to them. One of the reasons I like this store is that it is laid-back, but maybe when it comes to service animals hovering over the salad bar, it could use a couple of rules- It turned me

Erika S.

Yelp
Extremely expensive for everything whenever we go into this small grocery store it wasn't even clean and too classy!

Larry B.

Yelp
My comments are related to esthetics of the store and of the check out process. Relating to esthetics the store is looking cramped and run down with too much going on in the front of the store...Amazon returns and self-check out in particular. Overall the store is beginning to look like and feel like a warehouse and not like an upscale food store. I would give this part of my store review a -1 if I could. Now to the check out area and process. It is just overloaded with self check outs crowding out most of the entrance and exit to the actual food. The full check out is sorely understaffed (sometimes with as few as 2 checkers). I know this is indented to motivate shoppers to self check out which just adds to congestion and confusion. My personal opinion about self check out is that it is a poorly disguised method for the store to make more money while putting the burden on the shopper. Disgusting! Food shopping is not fun and having to fight your way to get out of the store through the pile-up of self checkers is unacceptable. Larry Buffington

Yelp
Workers are all so sweet but this is by far the absolute worse Whole Foods I've ever been to. . As far as produce quality, inventory, and space . . WF, PLEASE REBUILD

Peter Z.

Yelp
This is a decent Whole Foods that is walkable from my condo. While its small on space compared to many I've been too- they pack a lot in to a smaller space. Great fresh food prep (get there early- gets wiped out after about 7 pm) and a great eating area outside. Beware- Parking lot is small and the streets are torn up so not the easiest to get in and out of presently. The prices can be sort of high compared to a publix, but what can you expect. This is Whole Foods and you get what you pay for to be Organic. Great service and if you bring a reusable bag you can donate a dime to charity. Overall good experience... Can get crowded in highly traffic hours, but Good for a healthy bite when necessary and a great selection of organic products.

Yelp
i bought an art deco sandwich here today. there are pieces of glass in that sandwich!!!! glass in the sandwich! i crushed my tooth stay away from this place

T4two P.

Yelp
It's very convenient to where I live, and there's a lot of great products and people that work there but what's a little bit perplexing to me is their warm food bar is terrible, as if the cook don't care just not up to par as the 123rd St. store is entirely in another category above Also, the meat department sells sometimes old meat and many times I have purchased very tough skirt steak, which is something I don't understand why Publix has for better meats then Whole Foods

Lindsay B.

Yelp
Super surprised at the three star review for this location. This is by far one of the nicest Whole Foods I've ever been to, including many in NY. The produce is perfectly organize, everything is incredibly clean and if you ask the staff where something is they are incredibly helpful in their response and even walk you to it. I really had an excellent experience in this store and will come back whenever I'm in this area. Loved loved it.

Alexa C.

Yelp
While it's perfectly situated amongst the bayside and oceanfront residential and commercial neighborhood of South Beach, this location is certainly the compressed version that Miami offers. Parking is certainly limited although most of the influx is within walking distance. Whether it's their hot food bar or their aisles of earnestly made goods, everything from here is made with intent. Yeah, it's expensive but there's plenty of items discounted throughout their weekly specials offering discounts on plenty of everyday goods. I love the variety of fresh juices, breads, dips, chips, and deli meats just to name a few. The parking lot only offers a limited amount of spots so depending on the time of your visit will determine your luck factor when trying to find a solid spot. Take a look at their ice creams because they offer some pretty cool local goods worthy of your attention like the sapote sorbet I snagged here. Plus, the dill tuna salad from the deli counter is super fuegz.

Rebuffy ..

Yelp
Extremely expensive for low quality fast food experience. If you're looking for healthy food, look elsewhere.

I am updating my review because WF on south beach has upgraded. The prepared foods section specifically the salad bar has been switched to organic. It's about time! Keep it up. On at least two occasions I have purchased custom floral arrangements(I pick out the flowers and florist puts them together)Both times Pablo, at the floral department took his time and carefully arranged them into a beautiful bouquet wrapping them nicely with pretty paper and twine. Lastly, a gracious Whole body employee informed me of the Yelp check in offer WF provides. Every 3rd Tuesday of the month Wf will give you a full size bath product just for checking in. I know compared to other locations this one lacks the variety, the space and the parking but like Cassie G. writes, there's a certain neighborhood charm to it and I am happy to be a part of it.

Yelp
It's great having a Whole Foods in the neighborhood for sure -- the rotisserie chicken availability for a quick and easy dinner is so so so so so helpful. But, the store is small and cramped. And packed. There's a lot of staff here, but they all seem confused and running around a lot like nobody knows what they are supposed to be doing. But overall OK.

Yelp
What can I say about this Whole Foods: my main pet-peeves is the lack of enforcement by the management that people that bring their dogs for emotional support inside the store sniffing any and everything in sight... Its ashame because there are people who actually have service animals that are highly dependent on their service animals while they shop... I'm from Bronx, NY and when you need emotional support, you see a therapist, a mentor, or a Pastor to improve your self esteem... not an animal to go with you everywhere Second pet-peeve, the hot prepared foods bar is poorly maintained...

Yelp
Each time I go to the beach, I always say: I want to try this Whole Food location, well, finally we went last week. This is small Whole food compared with the ones I have been to. Parking can definitely be an issue for anyone in here, but as I'm used to, this place has it all the amazing product, quality, and service. We got a Moshi ice cream on our way out and it was so good. We also had lunch here form their prepared meal. I got Indian, of course, and I liked it.

Yelp
After many years buying in this supermarket the customer service is absolutely ridiculous no curtesy or a kind word "yes mam I'll be with you in a moment" like it use to be I guess we will have to accept this kind of abuse I just wanted to return an Amazon Package and not a word of whom or were I have to go it would it be faster just to tell me that someone will come and help me! great the lady who came was as rude so sorry for all of us we are nobody!

Yelp
The hot bar at this location is rarely ever prepared with more than 8 or so options. The rice cookers never have rice in them. They're also always sold out of different items.

Yelp
I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the prepared food at Whole Foods. This company brands itself as an expensive, organic supermarket alternative to the traditional ones available however their prepared food products consistently offer a minimal amount of quantity, ultimately leaving the consumer unsatisfied. The attached photo demonstrated how little care is put into a simple turkey sandwich. Their price point for essentially a bread sandwich is $4.00. Ridiculous.

Yelp
My go-to spot for breakfast on Saturday mornings. My girlfriend works a block away so I frequent this Whole Foods quite a bit. The hot food bar is pretty limited in the mornings - maybe 6-8 different offerings, but always have the essentials like scrambled eggs and bacon. I do have to say that the bacon actually ends up being very affordable due to the pricing by weight. Tip: Avoid anything that is fried, as these items tend to get soggy and loses it crunch the longer it sits on the bar. i.e the croquettes. One of the best parts of this store is definitely the coffee shop. The baristas are always friendly, helpful, and can even ring up your groceries as well. Coffee prices are comparable to the Starbucks across the street, but WF has local favorites like the cortadito, cafe con leche, etc. I would much rather grab a coffee here than at the Starbucks. The rest of the grocery store is what you would expect to find at any other WF store; you have your fresh produce, dairy, proteins, and other natural products in the aisles. The actual size of the store is smaller than most Whole Food stores, but the lack of SoBe real estate is most likely to blame. Similarly, the size of each parking space is ridiculously small. Why must they be so small? I'm guessing WF tried to make as many parking spaces to increase the parking lot capacity. Larger vehicles will have a tough time finding a spot that can fit their car. Literally, every time I park in this lot - I fear someone accidentally slamming their door into the side of my car. I will repeat for breakfast and coffee!

Yelp
The store just doesn't function at its size. I'm not an interior designer but maybe they could hire some space consultants to help brainstorm some ideas. The layout as of now doesn't make any sense. They added a self check out option recently which has added additional congestion to the store. If you want to do a normal check out and have a cart, you have to steer into the line of people because there's a big pole in the way. What they stock is okay, I'm usually able to find what I need. And the staff are always friendly. I would suggest trying to find a bigger store to serve the Miami Beach community or undergo a massive redesign because right now, HONEY THIS AIN'T IT!

Yelp
Is this my favorite Whole Foods? No way. In fact, it's probably my least favorite Whole Foods out of all the ones I've ever been to from NYC and Denver, to Miami and beyond. So why the four stars? Well, it has a particular neighborhood charm that blends in great to its South Beach home, and gets the job done when I'm hungry. It's very small and they squeeze a lot of product tightly into these digs. It can be a bit of a maze to get around, and you have to work hard to avoid people in primetime. What also suffers during peak hours is the parking situation. I've seen fights breakout over spaces, but during the afternoon, you're usually ok. As mentioned, I always find what I need and all that I expect from a Whole Foods. I admire their sushi selection (with the hand rolls and bowls being my favorite), but their salad and prepared foods could use a little work. Surprisingly, they have a ton of soup which seems a bit funny in Miami where I often find it too hot to have soup... To each his own. Their beer selection is good and there's plenty of wine, but not as much as I've seen in other stores. The cashiers have always been friendly to me. If you want to enjoy your food there, there's a sizable patio outdoors to dine al fresco. It's South Beach, so you're certain to see lots of characters... Enjoy!

Yelp
I LOVE THIS PLACE Is my favorite in south beach but this time let me say If this is the way to prepare Italian prosciutto crudo means that someone chosen wrong people... and wrong profession... Look in google is easy to learn Or just don't do that business... Also 23 dollars/lb Congratulations to the management! If there is one....
