Food is delicious. I wish they had more vegan combo options. But, the chicpea sandwich is filling and the butternut squash soup is savory and complements the sandwich well. Service is quick. Prices are reasonable for the area.

Really more of a 3.5, but you only get to choose whole options. A decent spot for a sandwich, and one of the few places where I feel like you at least get your money's worth. But the quality really only feels like it's okay, and I wish they had a few more classic options on the menu. I got the chicken mozzarella sandwich, where the chicken is a little overwhelmed by the arugula and broccoli Rabe, not a bad sandwich, but considering its coming from a place with Tom Collichio's name on it, I would have expected a little more.

Very friendly staff that I wouldn't normally associate with a busy chain sandwich shop. I had the avocado toast which was very yummy. And the Americano coffee I had was better than expected. I'll be back.

This Tribeca coffee shop is a local favourite during the day with workers coming in for their fix of coffee and cake and there's always a line at lunchtime. Come back after 3pm though and you are treated to half price coffees, making it less than $1.50! Inside is a little drab and there is often a smell of fryers. The last couple of times I was there there were little flies about the place so I think I'll stick to take out in the future.

Try the Roasted Turkey sandwich. The caramelized onions are goooooooood. Prices are typical NY prices. about 8-12 bucks for a sammich. Good Lunch spot.

a nice place to stop by for lunch, breakfast, or whenever you're hungry, 'wichcraft offers delicious gourmet sandwiches, salads, pastries, and coffee. the eating area is nothing special, as it's the atrium, but if you can find a table it's a nice place to relax, have a bite, and get some work done.

“Wonderfully crafted” sandwiches and “on-the-go” snacks made from “quality” ingredients justify the “premium price” at this ever-expanding chain from Top Chef’s Tom Colicchio; “no-frills” setups and “inconsistent” service don’t deter the lunchtime “masses.”

Have eaten here for lunch a few times. Decent experience. Sometimes it's so busy I don't feel like waiting so I go somewhere else but if I go and there is no line then I definitely order something.
