The Atlantic at The Tryst

11/10 experience! We were greeted by big and welcoming smiles. The food was great, the service was excellent and our server was very kind. All of the employees were wonderful, actually! We had the calamari, the short rib burger and a shrimp salad. All wonderful and with amazing flavor and texture. Thank you!

Views were amazing! Made the experience a bit better. We were seated quickly, which was great, but the experience went downhill from there. Our waiter was slow, and it took about 30 minutes to get pineapple pancakes and a breakfast platter. He didn’t come back to check on us or let us know they were behind in the kitchen. We chose this restaurant because of the photos on Google, but that was misleading. Many of the items shown aren’t actually on the menu. I wanted the waffle that was topped with all kind of goodness & my husband also wanted one of the sandwiches shown in the photos, the one with the egg on top,but that wasn’t available either. They don't sell waffles at all. The pineapple pancakes were extremely thick—about double the usual thickness, but unfortunately the texture was off. The bottoms were tough, almost like they had a skin on them, which really took away from the enjoyment. Overall, the food wasn’t as good as expected, especially given the wait and the hype from the photos. I’d recommend updating the online pictures to reflect what’s actually available so expectations match reality.

Very good food and a great view. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Bread Pudding- the dessert was a little pricy but I loved it. I’m a big fan of bread pudding and they did it right. 5/5 Empanadas- the steak was good. It’s hard to go wrong with meat inside croissant. 4/5 Short Rib Burger was delicious. I really enjoyed the fries that came with it. The fries had a little spice to them that I thought was delicious. 4/5 Wings- the buffalo wings were tasty. I actually was surprised when they came out that they were boneless, but they were good. 4/5

Wonderful staff. Did not stay at the property, but if the restaurant is any indication.. it's probably a fantastic hotel. We only visited for the restaurant. Great food! Solid vibe and beachfront views! Pancakes? Yeah, they 🔥!

We enjoyed every dish and drink we had here! The food was way better and delicious than most landmark restaurants in the area. All the staff was very nice and polite as well.

We came here for the views & coffee! Either didn’t disappoint!! Condado is full of these “Americanized” restaurants. Nonetheless, we did order breakfast and it was decent. I prefer to eat at more authentic Puerto Rican restaurants but sadly Condado doesn’t have much. Come here if you’re not starving & want a nice view! Nothing in this area has great food, I don’t expect much from this side of the island. The west side of the island is where it’s at for us but we were here for the concert. If you want an authentic PR lunch with a water view, take a ride to Piniones.

Love this cute little place - they even sent us inside when the rain came so we wouldn’t get wet! You can’t go wrong with any of the poke bowls and the salmon!

For the drag brunch. Everything was perfectly choreographed. Service was excellent. Food came out quickly. Constant refills of mimosas. Highly recommend.
