WIESERGUT Hotel

The hotel is beautifully designed and creates a calming atmosphere as soon as you step inside. However, the experience quickly declines. I had high expectations after a recommendation to stay here, but it was a disappointment.||The staff were polite, but the hotel is massively understaffed. Reception was closed for large parts of the day, and the bar and lounge area were often empty. There were signs at reception directing guests to find staff at the bar, only to find another sign directing them to reception.||The spa areas are small, and the pools were chilly. There were limited loungers and seating areas.||Room cleaning was basic at best, which was disappointing given the price point.||The food was high quality, but the options were limited.||Overall, I wouldn’t return to this hotel, but I appreciate its beauty.

Don't hesitate to book! We have stayed at many top hotels across Europe and I have to say this hotel became one of our top favorites! It was really surprising and pleasant how Wiesergut managed to maintain the family run, cozy, authentic charm and pair it with top quality luxury both in service, aesthetic, and functionality! We stayed in room 5, the hideaway suite and it was breathtaking. The sauna, hot pot, fireplace were pristinely maintained and every night housekeeping would prepare it for convenient use. The design is modern and charming and cozy, so relaxing! The food was clearly top quality, healthy, and delicious. Convenience to skiing was unbeatable and the ski room is very convenient. Anything we asked for the hotel gladly arranged. The spa and gym facilities are pristinely maintained and has everything you need for a wellness stay, including reformer machines in the gym! From the hideaway suite you can see the gondolas go by, the starts rise in the sky. Everything about this stay was so relaxing and enjoyable we cannot wait to come back!

This is without doubt, the most stylish, cool hotel I have ever stayed at. We arrived late and they could not have been more professional and accommodating. It is not at all flash or aimed at the Gucci/Rolex brigade, but if you want style and quality this place is faultless. They undersell themselves which sums the place up. Uber cool. Oh, and the predominantly female staff are just the best.

We (including dog) stayed at the Wiesergut in January for ten days and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is just beautiful with so much attention paid to detail, which we loved. The team is stunning, very personal and all just really lovely human beings. They really are interested in you as guests and want to make your stay special. The food was just outstanding and we loved that a lot of the ingredients come from the farm next door. We will be back together with a lot of other guests who come back year after year for very good reasons. Thank you for the perfect stay x

We had an amazing time here! The architecture and interior is so beautifully done, alpine minimalist styling at its finest. And the breakfast and dinner were unforgettable. We really loved our time in the spa, the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Will absolutely return one day!

The Wiesergut is a high end hide away and has only 23 or so rooms. We had a suite with garden and fireplace and enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was great, also dinner (but too much for us). They have a good selection of wines and also a small but very nice spa area with great massages and wellness. If you are looking for a quite place with high quality to retreat, you will love it.

The Wiesergut will stay in our memories for years as one of the best (if not the best) hospitality experiences we have ever had. ||The restaurant menu is simple, yet refined (great local wine list). In-room breakfast is memorable. The outdoor pool is incredible (even in the snow). And the architecture and style of the hotel make you want to live there permanently.

Great stay here at Wiesergut The location is perfect - you are right beside the cable car station. The rooms are beautiful and all of the staff here is extremly friendly and attentive. If you want to lend some ski-gear you will get picked up right infront of the hotel and brought back again. And the food is just plenty and yummie. The spa is small but you got everything that you need to relax ;) Had a really great time here.
