I’ve been to Gypsy Restaurant several times over the years, and it’s always my go-to spot when I'm in San Pedro. The vibe is fantastic—laid-back and welcoming, with a great mix of locals and visitors. The view of the ocean and reef is absolutely stunning! Whether I’m enjoying a delicious meal or sipping on a refreshing cocktail, the experience never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and the staff makes you feel right at home. If you're looking for a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy amazing food and drinks with a breathtaking view, Gypsy is the place to be. Highly recommend!

We had dinner at Gypsy Restaurant last night on New Year’s Eve and it was amazing! The only complaint is that we all ordered WAY more than we planned. There was not a bad dish or drink in the place and we ordered most of them with our 7-person family. Thank you Gypsy Restaurant for a wonderful NYE!

The special of the night was the marmar fish, and it was honestly very flavorful it definitely deserves a good rating. As for the cocktails, the names were nicer than the drinks themselves in my opinion; the bartender could use a bit more practice. Overall, I still recommend this place.

Truly unique recipes with natural flavors that complement each other. We had a cucumber cashew salad. Who knew a cashew sauce over fresh cucumbers could taste that good. We also had cashew pesto pasta and gold coins..aka panko zucchini rounds with marinara and mozzarella. Such interesting wholesome flavor blends. The cocktails were great too. Not too sweet and just a uniqueness about the flavor blends. Top quality food and fun and gracious host.

Best food on the island! LOTS of vegetarian and vegan choices! What a treat to have the restaurant on Amgergris Caye! The ambiance is wonderful, right on the water, colorful, breezy — a pure delight! The owner, Erin, goes out of her way to accomodate her guests. Many non-vegan or non-vegetarian dishes can be modified. Two of us had Lil Noodle Bowl — best ever — and the Mushroom Pesto Gnochi (vegan, done with cashew cream) — outstanding! Two of us are meat eaters and had great spheghetti bolognese and chicken skewers. We all agreed best food on the island!! The Sexy Sangria was also outstanding! Highly recommend!

Gypsy is this unique little treasure right on the beach, tucked next to the Belize Chocolate Company on Front Street. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the vibe—it’s bohemian, beachy, and bursting with personality. The atmosphere has that effortlessly cool energy that makes you want to linger a little longer. You can tell the chef and owner poured their heart into the menu. Every dish feels thoughtful and creative, with plenty of options you just won’t find anywhere else on the island. It’s a refreshing break from the usual nachos and wings routine—trust me, your taste buds will thank you! If you’re craving something different, with great food, great energy, and ocean views to match, Gypsy is absolutely worth the stop.

Delicious food in a perfect location. The atmosphere was great and the food came fast! I could have eaten 100 of the shrimp cups.

The food is fantastic — my personal favorite is the Macobi Pasta — and Eryn and her team always go above and beyond to make each visit memorable. If you’re looking for great vibes, great food, and genuine hospitality, Gypsy is the place to be!
