Maybe one of my the best experiences in my life. From the moment of arrival being greeted by song, to the stunning landscape with the hippos grunting their hello’s, and every member of the staff. I have to give a shoutout to our guide Innocent. What a wonderful man, he knows his animals, he knows the landscape and he knows how to make the experience fun and exhilarating. Some mentions of the staff, Samuel, the chef. What a genius. Every dish was perfect and fresh. He really cares about each plate. Fina, the manager, she was exceptional. I almost cried when saying good bye. Pascal the bartender was always kind and attentive. His drink creations were worthy of the highest end hotels in New York. Joy was another member of the staff who was always a Joy to see. Overall this was a perfect experience.
