Stayed two nights in the ‘Nest’ pod. Great location for views but next to the busy harbour resulted in an endless stream of boats from across the bay. Annoying after 10:00pm. Add to that seaplanes that take off early in the morning. The pod is a cool experience but regular maintenance and better cleaning are in order. Bathroom toilet didn’t work properly and owner had to show me how to troubleshoot when we arrived. Outdoor ambient lighting not working, fans provided were dirty, pedestrian gate lock broken. For an expensive alternative I would have thought there would be more attention to detail. The domes turn into a greenhouse during a sunny day so doors have to be left open or you’ll suffocate. No wildlife was observed. Missed the mark for the money.

We stayed in the WAVE pod and really enjoyed our stay ! The communication with the owners was clear and precise and if you read all the information provided to you via email and text, you will have no problem ! And they are available during your stay and are very quick to respond. We felt very safe and secure and we liked it that way ! The pod itself was amazing. We were there first week in April and it was very quiet. | We might have been the only guests. The pod was nice and toasty when we arrived, we actually turned off the heaters for a bit. In the evening when there was a chill in the air, we turned on the fireplace and added the very warm blanket onto the bed and had a great and comfortable sleep. The shower in the bathroom had great water pressure and immediate hot water. We had no issues with our toilet. Only recommendation is maybe another little shelf to place your toothbrush etc. The little kitchenette included a fridge and coffee which is all we needed. They even provided a small container of creamer in the fridge ! The pod is very spacious. Seating outside the pod on the water, and seating inside too, although an additional have a comfy armchair in the pod would be welcome! (It has two dinette chairs, dinette table and one armchair) It was a wonderful experience to stay at the Wildpod Tofino. Worth the drive from Victoria !

Spent 2 magical evenings in the Rock tent and it was amazing! The views are fantastic and the location is perfect for walking to anything you need in Tofino. It was fairly warm while we were there, but opening the door and using the fans provided cooled the tent down in less than 10 minutes so the lack of air conditioning didn't cause any discomfort. The bathroom is cozy but very functional and it was nice to have a private bathroom in the tent. The tent was also immaculately well kept and super clean. Highly recommend booking here for a unique and cozy experience

The view was fantastic, so wonderful to go to sleep and wake up to the view of the ocean and mountains. However, I would not call this really Glamping, it was definitely a step up from camping. To enter was easy, we actually never saw or spoke with anyone who ran this place. Although, we stayed for 3 nights we were only given coffee for one morning. The walking door to the area of the pods was broken, so everytime you needed to leave the area you had use the car entrance. This should be fixed! |It was a plastic bubble and it would get very hot inside during the day the only way to cool it down was by keeping the door open. |These pods are close together and you can hear your neighbours. The beds are small and very soft. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. |We thought they could of done many little things to make this experience better. Treats, milk, better coffee maker and more. |Thank goodness it did cool down at night. |Many disappointments for the cost. I had expected a more upscale glamping experience.

We stayed in the NEST and WOOD pods with our friends and could not be happier with our time there. We stayed over Easter for 3 nights and enjoyed waking up every day with the beautiful sunrise and ocean in our face. It does not feel like 'glamping' if feels like home. It's a fantastic location - very walkable in to the main street; we had eagles all around us and otters swimming by. The hosts were available by text the whole time we were there however, we didn't require their assistance. Instructions were clear on how to access the pods and their helpful tips inside were perfect. The coffee in the morning was a perfect addition to lying in bed drinking in Tofino. I would highly recommend this for anyone to stay at. Way better than a resort/hotel etc.

Wildpod ignored my wildfire safety concerns and gave a rude one-line no-refund reply—unprofessional and not worth booking. I ended up going despite the Cameron Lake wildfire concerns, but I would not book here again. When I reached out about cancelling for safety reasons, I got a one-line “no refunds” reply and then was completely ignored. Policies are one thing, and I know I am not entitled to a refund, but the total lack of communication or basic courtesy was unprofessional and disappointing.

Overall we were not impressed by our stay here. Maybe for the odd night but we wouldn't stay here more than one night. If we were to return to Tofino we would not stay here again. The overall idea of WildPod Glamping is good but the execution is lacking. Upon receiving our entry code (through the main get as the man gate was broken), we got notification that our toilet was broken and instructions on how to flush it. They said this was due to the previous occupants however, you could clearly see that the tape had been on it for some time. Don't blame someone else, if it's taking some time to have it fixed just say that. The rules and waivers you have to sign to stay here you would think you signing on a lease agreement to your new home. Way to many rules. The view is great if you can see past the lay of grime build up from the elements. These should be cleaned between each new occupant , especially with the price tag you are paying. No one should have to ask to have them cleaned, this being one of the rules, you are not allowed to clean the window even with water and paper towel. The fridge was dirty and like others has said it is very cold at night so be prepared. That all being said, never again.

My wife and I had booked to stay at this place last September, due to a sudden unexpected family death we were unable to make our reservations. We got NO refund or compensation back from the owners. They took nearly $1000 from us by not issuing us a refund or an option to rebook for a future date. If you book to stay here, make sure you intend on going... even if your mother dies and your father is a quadrapalegic! We had no issue cancelling our other Tofino reservations, but this place just gave us the cold shoulder. The owners should be ashamed how they operate, I gave you all the notice I could sorry it wasn't good enough for your policy. HEARTLESS!
