We stayed in the WAVE pod and really enjoyed our stay ! The communication with the owners was clear and precise and if you read all the information provided to you via email and text, you will have no problem ! And they are available during your stay and are very quick to respond. We felt very safe and secure and we liked it that way ! The pod itself was amazing. We were there first week in April and it was very quiet. | We might have been the only guests. The pod was nice and toasty when we arrived, we actually turned off the heaters for a bit. In the evening when there was a chill in the air, we turned on the fireplace and added the very warm blanket onto the bed and had a great and comfortable sleep. The shower in the bathroom had great water pressure and immediate hot water. We had no issues with our toilet. Only recommendation is maybe another little shelf to place your toothbrush etc. The little kitchenette included a fridge and coffee which is all we needed. They even provided a small container of creamer in the fridge ! The pod is very spacious. Seating outside the pod on the water, and seating inside too, although an additional have a comfy armchair in the pod would be welcome! (It has two dinette chairs, dinette table and one armchair) It was a wonderful experience to stay at the Wildpod Tofino. Worth the drive from Victoria !

Spent 2 magical evenings in the Rock tent and it was amazing! The views are fantastic and the location is perfect for walking to anything you need in Tofino. It was fairly warm while we were there, but opening the door and using the fans provided cooled the tent down in less than 10 minutes so the lack of air conditioning didn't cause any discomfort. The bathroom is cozy but very functional and it was nice to have a private bathroom in the tent. The tent was also immaculately well kept and super clean. Highly recommend booking here for a unique and cozy experience

We stayed in the NEST and WOOD pods with our friends and could not be happier with our time there. We stayed over Easter for 3 nights and enjoyed waking up every day with the beautiful sunrise and ocean in our face. It does not feel like 'glamping' if feels like home. It's a fantastic location - very walkable in to the main street; we had eagles all around us and otters swimming by. The hosts were available by text the whole time we were there however, we didn't require their assistance. Instructions were clear on how to access the pods and their helpful tips inside were perfect. The coffee in the morning was a perfect addition to lying in bed drinking in Tofino. I would highly recommend this for anyone to stay at. Way better than a resort/hotel etc.

Overall we were not impressed by our stay here. Maybe for the odd night but we wouldn't stay here more than one night. If we were to return to Tofino we would not stay here again. The overall idea of WildPod Glamping is good but the execution is lacking. Upon receiving our entry code (through the main get as the man gate was broken), we got notification that our toilet was broken and instructions on how to flush it. They said this was due to the previous occupants however, you could clearly see that the tape had been on it for some time. Don't blame someone else, if it's taking some time to have it fixed just say that. The rules and waivers you have to sign to stay here you would think you signing on a lease agreement to your new home. Way to many rules. The view is great if you can see past the lay of grime build up from the elements. These should be cleaned between each new occupant , especially with the price tag you are paying. No one should have to ask to have them cleaned, this being one of the rules, you are not allowed to clean the window even with water and paper towel. The fridge was dirty and like others has said it is very cold at night so be prepared. That all being said, never again.

My wife and I had booked to stay at this place last September, due to a sudden unexpected family death we were unable to make our reservations. We got NO refund or compensation back from the owners. They took nearly $1000 from us by not issuing us a refund or an option to rebook for a future date. If you book to stay here, make sure you intend on going... even if your mother dies and your father is a quadrapalegic! We had no issue cancelling our other Tofino reservations, but this place just gave us the cold shoulder. The owners should be ashamed how they operate, I gave you all the notice I could sorry it wasn't good enough for your policy. HEARTLESS!

We’ve been looking forward to staying here for about two years, ever since we had to cancel our original booking. The rooms are spacious, and the service, along with the clear instructions for access, made settling in easy. However, there were a few aspects of the experience that left us feeling a bit disappointed. While we understand it’s glamping, for the price we paid, the room remained uncomfortably cold despite running three heaters and the fireplace. Additionally, I had to deal with small spiders along the headboard wall near the bathroom, which was unpleasant. They did inform us in advance about the broken toilet flush—though functional, it wasn’t visually appealing, but that was fine. However, the showerhead handle kept slipping out of place, which was frustrating to deal with. Another minor inconvenience was the limited selection of games, accompanied by the odd note that we might need to share our Scrabble set with other guests. Given the cost of the stay, this felt a bit unusual. Overall, it was a unique experience, but not one we’d repeat. We’d describe it as a “been there, done that” kind of stay.

I am so glad that this was my first glamping experience! Interactions with the owners went smoothly, they communicate very well via email and text, be sure to read your emails!! The view was beautiful, the pod itself was perfect. We stayed in the “rock” pod so it had its own outdoor fireplace, which we really enjoyed. Its location makes it an easy walk to lots of restaurants. Would recommend, and I hope to go again if I’m ever in Tofino!

The most unique and aesthetically pleasing accommodation we stayed in during our travels around Canada. We stayed in the Rock Pod and found the place to be clean, comfortable and spacious. The view was stunning and we enjoyed the use of the fire pit while overlooking the water. Ashleigh and Pete were responsive and informative during our stay. The location of the pods is very convenient and walking distance to food and drinks. A must-do!
