I celebrated my girlfriends 50th Birthday with a total of 6 ladies at the Blue Wren cottage at Wildwood Valley cottages.||We had a fabulous weekend surrounded by the beauty of the Wildwood Valley property. The accomodation was perfect for our needs. We loved the seclusion of the cottage and the beautiful, welcoming and warm feel the cottage provided.||The ammenities were great, and we were able to prepare meals in the very well equiped kitchen. The potbelly was a special treat.||Moments on the decking with champagne flowing to celebrate our girlfriend's Birthday were very special! The view from the Blue Wren cottage is spectacular.||The location is amazing if you wish to explore local vineyards and breweries. ||All the ladies in the group will definitely visit the property again, we have a really wonderful time.||Thank you,|Megan x

Did the Canape Coking Course and was great! We learnt a lot and tasted some of the amazing dishes we were taught.|We stayed at one of the cottages for 2 nights and that was great to be able to walk to our course!|A few years ago we did "Mad about Tuscany" and that was just an amazing experience .|Can highly recommend all of the above!|Rene Halstead. We have been coming to Wildwood Valley since 1996, when there was initially a B&B. We stayed in Honeybee Cottage for our 34th wedding anniversary, it is a gorgeous cottage for two people, situated in a lovely location on the property, where you can still see the ocean looking towards Smiths Beach. It is an idyllic place to stay for a romantic weekend and relaxation. Sioban and the team are simply the best, the little touches make all the difference. As soon as we arrive, we feel relaxed and when we leave, we are energized. It is our favourite place to stay in the SW of WA. Everything that you need is supplied, the cottage is very well equipped, and in winter the fire is prepared ready for you to light.

Butterfly was a cosy cottage, set up with everything we could need. Comfy beds, deluxe bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a wood fire, all set and ready to light. The lovely cleaner had turned on the reverse cycle aircon to heat the cottage as we arrived.|The view across paddocks to the coast was delightful and the kangaroos were plentiful each morning and evening. Blue wrens, magpies, crows, honey-eaters, silver eyes - pretty birdsong.|We were attending a "Mad about Art" workshop held on the premises over the weekend, and staying onsite made it a full immersion experience.|Having been to more than a few of Sioban's "Mad about Cooking" days, this accommodation experience has simply added to my already top recommendation.|i would very happily return at any time of year.

Great place to stay central to wineries, brewery Canal rocks etc. Ocean view from large verandah of a very nice clean cottage with a comfortable king bed and Large fluffy towels. There is a wood fire ready to light and reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort., also tea and coffee supplies. Sioban was friendly and helpful, plenty of wildlife to see. We will certainly return on our next trip to Yallingup/ Margaret River.

Wildwood Valley Cottages offer a rustic, no-frills stay in a great location. We stayed in Dragonfly Cottage, which had strong wifi, plenty of TV channels for rainy days, and a cozy fireplace with wood provided. ||The view across the valley is lovely, though the sense of privacy is limited - the main house and reception overlook the cottage and not all windows have coverings. ||Our main issue was the check-in experience. Booking.com lists the property as “Each room includes a bath, fireplace, and free WiFi,” and our confirmation specifically mentioned “an additional bathroom” and a “washing machine”. On arrival, we were given only an ensuite with a shower. When I queried the missing bath, Sioban said it would have been a booking option - and implied my husband had made an error - but that option was never presented. She did allow us access to the bathroom with the bath and the washing machine, but then asked us not to use our ensuite, which felt awkward and inconsistent with our booking. At $325 per night, it was disappointing not to receive what was advertised. ||Overall, a peaceful place to stay - just be sure to confirm key amenities with the property directly if certain features matter to you, like the advertised bath (and washing machine).

Such a beautiful cottage, totally private, fabulous views across to the ocean in the distance. Very comfortable and well appointed, with a cosy combustion fire place perfect for winter. We loved it.

Our experience at WildValley was one of the worst “stay-cation” experiences I’ve ever had. I’m sure the value for money was good here once upon a time but by today’s standard and compared to other accomodation options in the area, wild valley has completely dropped the ball. |I wish I had taken my money and stayed elsewhere. |In summary, from what I observed, the grounds were dilapidated, pot holes everywhere, the chalets floors were sticky, the windows were dirty, there were dead bugs near the couch, some of the lights were broken, the heating was poor, and the tv remote was broken. And I’m sure that’s just the beginning. I believe that if you are going to charge such a high rate then you need to have high quality accomodation that reflects it. |Rest assured, I will not be recommending or returning here.
